Very nice and quick on the initial installation. After the first time running the sprinklers I noticed an area wasn't receiving any water and a few of the sprinklers needed adjusting and I needed a little retraining on that. They came out right away and added another sprinkler head to cover the piece that wasn't getting enough water, adjusted the sprinklers and showed me how to do it for the future. Here is where the problems happened. When the sprinklers were installed I asked the man (Brian) if the green zone covers (seven of them ) were secure enough for my John Deere to ride over the top (blades clear them). I was assured that they were just not to drive over them with the wheels. I drove over them with covers dead-center of the mower and sure enough, the covers got sucked right up into the mower and chopped into little pieces. This happened a couple of times the first time so I put little pieces of wood over the holes and mowed around the remaining covers with an edger and a push mower. Needless to say this is extra work because I was expecting to just drive over these areas with the tractor and life would be good. I called Savanna the next day and never got a return call or a reply to my e-mails. I ended up buying the covers out of my own pocket and to this day I still have to edge and hand mow around these seven. I bet it takes an extra fifteen minutes to do this. Recently I discovered a couple of other interesting things. I researched the building permits that are on my house and I found that Savanna never closed out the permit so no inspector ever came by. I have to get a new permit and have it inspected. Of course, I didn't install it so who knows what the inspector will discover. I also found out the other day when I put a stepping stone down in the path of one of the underground pipes that the pie was literally only one inch below the sod. Just for the heck of it I tried to call the phone numbers I found online for them and got an out of service message. If they are still in business stay clear of them at all costs.

    Reliable Services

He was supposed to get back with my on discussing fixing some of our problem areas and some of the landscaping issues we had.  I never heard anything back., and it has been almost a month.  He originally scheduled us for the morning and then confused us with another customer and mixed our times up so I was not home and he dealt with my spouse.  I called that evening and he told me some of the issues but have not heard from him since.  I never received an invoice or anything saying actually what was done, no email no invoice, nothing.  Like a previous review, I am not sure what I actually paid for.  I understand this was a "tune up" but I never received recommendations on how to tune up the system.  The whole reason we paid for this service was calibrating sprinklers is challenging and I wanted a professional to help me with the issues and poor watering issues we were facing.  I am not sure what I received from this service if anything at all outside of a $49 charge and I have waited patiently for recommendations with no such contact.

Cedar Oak Landscaping gave me a very fair price. Much More reasonable than the other estimates I received. Peter and his crew arrived right on the scheduled time and were ready to get to work. They were polite and professional, the job was completed without a hitch. They were fast, friendly and neat. Finished cleaned up and were gone. I highly recommend their services and will be sure to call them again for any tree service, landscaping or irrigation issues. Thanks guys!

    Bryan's Lawn Maintenance Inc
I was not pleased with them. I felt that I was over charged, I was charged a $154 for him to come out and he told me that I had some holes in my pipe which I still do. It wasn't repaired but they charged me a $154 for him to tell me that. I wasn't happy with them at all. I would have been happy to pay the $65 for service charge. It was a $65 service charge for them so it wasn't a free estimate. I was okay to pay that but I really wasn't happy that I was charged $154 when it wasn't repaired. I wasn't at home so I couldn't tell if he was here for five or ten minutes but I was told by the operator or the person that I spoke to that he located the problem right away. I guess he was over in my area for another service call that he had to make but they still charged me $65 for that plus the total which was a $154. I wouldn't recommend them and I told her that I would get back on Angie's List with some feedback on them. I felt like they didn't do anything. They came relatively fast. The receptionist was polite. I tried to explain to her that I thought they were overpriced and that it wasn't repaired but she said that's the charges. I think they are overpriced and may be they shouldn't service in our area since it's not in Milton. May be that is their problem and they should just say that it's out of their service area which would have been much better for me and I could have found another company in the area that could have done it.

Had to return to redo some of retaining wall as it washed thru with rain. looks very good is level and straight. fence boards should have been better paced. [board at one end was overlapped on to one not replaceable. Pavers were done well.

    Bryan's Lawn Maintenance Inc
Bryan Calderon (owner) came personally to survey the lot, recommend a location and shape (very pleased his suggestion, much improved the resulting garden), and help us refine the design. He came again when work started to oversee the layout and give sufficient instruction to ensure the design was to specfication. Bryan's team paid close attention to detail and to precision. When the garden design was altered once (to add the second tier), Bryan was very easy to work with and very professional and cleanly accomodated our changes (which continued to be refined as the design grew).
Over a period of a few weeks and in two phases, Bryan's team (which had the advantage of a very talented lead-landscaper to maintain a consistent approach) performed the work with minimal impact to daily life and never interuppted us except when necessary to answer design questions. The entire team (they used approx seven team members in all, though not all at once) was very polite and friendly and professional and cleaned as they worked so no refuse was left over at the end of the each phase (retaining wall and backfill dirt in the first phase; path, irrigation, and plants in the second phase).
The quality of the product of phase I was top; the final retaining wall was of remarkable precision. The top of the retaining wall was perfectly level from corner to corner and the shape of the top was a perfect diamond. We were honestly surprised at how complicated it was to meet our specification and how well they adapted to it.
The quality of the product of phase II was also very pleasing; the flagstone path especially is very attractive and their execution of our requested path-shape was flawless...better than expected. The planting had equal aesthetics and their creativity in design was a great improvement on my drafts.
The design changed many times and Bryan accomodated our requests on a handshake even when our requests exceeded the contractual agreement. There were (as could be expected in any project of this magnitude and complexity) a few errors and accidents that had to be corrected, but Bryan took full responsibility for every aspect of the variances that didn't come from our design changes. He never charged us labor for any fixes or additions that resulted from his own desire to keep the quality of the design consistent and make sure the final product exceeded all our expectations.
I am extraordinarily pleased with the final product and with the process and with all our interactions with Bryan and his team. Bryan's Lawn Maintenance impressed me as very passionate about customer satisfaction and ensuring that not only the product, but also our experience with landscaping was easy and pleasant. I plan to use Bryan's Lawn Maintenance again soon for landscaping since I plan to continue to modify and add to my garden; I have a great degree of trust in their work...especially hardscapes...remarkably meticulous.
I can recommend Bryan's for complex and strict landscaping designs without hesitation. I am very happy with the entire experience. It was very fairly priced and of top quality.

From the time I called to schedule an appointment for the estimate until the work was accomplished and the site cleaned, everything went very smoothly.  Great company, hard working crew that knows what they're doing.  Very professional.

I tried contacting them for maintenance on my sprinkler system. I left a voicemail. They returned my call with another voicemail and a cell phone number. I called the cell phone number and left another message. No return call. After a couple of more calls I finally gave up. This is not uncommon in Crestview/Niceville. I often have to call half a dozen companies before I get someone to return my call.
