    We Move On Demand
Went well, my only complaint is that I had a coupon from Angies list I mentioned after I was given a quote. Arthur acknowledged it but didnt take it. The day of the move I mentioned it to the movers but they also did not take it or comment. I contacted Arthur who told me he discounted the coupon in the price, however, the quote he gave me was before I mentioned the coupon. I was not discounted or given a Home depot gift card for $50. No other complaints.

    Alltrust Movers
Don't hire this company what ever you do! Although they showed up on time and the foreman did a good job of wrapping and disassembly of the furniture, there were some major problems that the company now refuses to own up to since they've now been paid. One of the crew, a big kid was lazy and didn't do anything unless specifically asked. Whenever the foreman was busy with something, this kid didn't just stand around, he actually looked for places to sit down. Saw him sitting in the cab of the truck when I went to see how the load was going and once I walked into my empty dining room only to see that this kid had pulled out my only folding chair, set it up and was relaxing in it while the other two weren't looking and were working. Didn't sit well with me considering I'm paying $145/hr. Everything went smooth moving the boxes and furniture out of our condo in Coral Springs but my wife was at the other end in Port Orange when they unloaded. Right away she noticed that one of our heirloom 82 year old dining room chairs was missing. Since we were the only load on the truck I asked how this was possible and no one had an answer. I had checked outside when they left and nothing was left behind. I found the chair at the end of our parking lot broken and in the dumpster! I had to retrieve all the pieces using a ladder to go dumpster diving. It can be repaired but it will take a specialist in antique refurbishing to do so. When I reported it to the company that night the sales manager was outraged and said the crew would be fired and that I should send photos which I did. This happened last Friday and he promised me he would forward the photos of the chair in the dumpster as well as what I had recovered to the owner and that I would have a response to take care of this by Monday. Monday came and went and no word. Tuesday was half gone when I texted him. His response was that they would only pay .60 per pound for any damage! As soon as I paid them, they refuse to do anything about this. I started pricing chairs like this and it's valued between $500-$800! I'm outraged that a company would not only break my furniture but then try to cover it up by tossing it in the nearest dumpster! I was also told that they would like to be paid using Zelle so I registered with my bank and used it to make the deposit. They knew that the move would be at least $2k and when I tried to pay, Zelle would only issue up to $1000/per day. Sounds like a bait and switch to me because they want 5% more if you use your credit card. Then after spending an hour on the phone trying to get this payment to go through, they tried to charge me for an extra hour! In fairness, I ended up using my card and they did waive the 5% fee. But only after finding out that I had discovered what they had done with the chair. I can only speculate that while the foreman and other kid were disassembling my bedroom furniture and the lazy kid was no where to be seen that he probably sat on it, leaned back and broke it, panicked and tossed it when no one was watching. He was unaccounted for for about 15 minutes during this time but again this is only speculation on my part. They also broke the antique glass window to the china cabinet that was part of the dining room set but that's minor compared to what they did with my chair! It's a shame because I had three people who are all moving between June and September who were waiting for my report and they seemed to do a good job otherwise. But breaking then disposing of the chair instead of just letting the insurance take care of it is in fact criminal. Removing it from the truck and putting it in the dumpster instead of delivering it to the contracted address constitutes theft and I have already filed a police report. To only offer 60 cents a pound instead of doing the proper and moral thing is inexcusable. These people are crooks.

    The Moving Squad
I contracted Moving Squad to move locally from my condo in Aventura, FL to my Townhouse in Coral Springs, FL on August 10, 2018. I was never offered insurance or extra insurance. The movers/workers were careless and although I repeated multiple times that my new Italian leather king size needed to be taken apart to fit thru doors, they said they would make it work. They damaged wood door frame, walls, my stereo console and the bed which I just purchased a few months prior for $600. Upon damaging the bed the worker in charge said no worries just take pictures, send it and I get the money. I opened as case with claims department where they said they come back to me in 60 days. After 2 months and continues calls to them, they came back with an offer of $50 which I rejected. Two weeks after they came back with $100 offer which I ignored. I decided at this time to put a formal complaint with Better Business Bureau. Do not hire this company. The workers they hire are reckless and dont care as well as the company dont seem to care for their reputation.

    Titan Moving & Storage
We hired Titan to move our 3-bedroom home from Coral Springs to Weston. Jennifer was very thorough and gave us an accurate quote. The price was extremely reasonable. They sent out a 4-man crew (including the owner Chris). Everyone was very pleasant and worked hard. The entire move took about 7 hours. They made sure the furniture and boxes were arranged as requested. Overall, we're very happy with Titan and would definitely hire them again.

    SF Local Moving Inc
The movers were completely professional and polite, did not balk at any special requests. They were meticulously careful with all packing, disassembly of glass shelving, and reassembly at destination, without any breakage or incident. I've moved many times in my life, and these were the best movers I've ever used. They moved a glass display cabinet, a baby grand piano, a glass top dining room table, and more, all without incident. LOVED THESE GUYS!

    Helping Hands Moving LLC
Helping Hands did a great job. I hired three guys and a truck to move my stuff out of storage and into a 1 bedroom condo. They showed up on time, worked hard, were professional and did everything for a fair price. Would definitely hire them again.

    NORTH STAR MOVERS
5 days before move, they come to your house. Three hours later, they call you up and say we cannot move you, we are losing money. This is because they saw my house and my house and my belongings, and said they will lose money on the move. This company is a fraud.Beware, they should not be on Angies list!

    Sunset Moving and Storage Group
Our move could not have gone more smoothly. The morning of the move 3 gentlemen showed up with the truck. They were very professional and polite and got to work right away. They treated our possessions like their own. They moved them with extreme care. When they got to the house, again they got right to work unloading our items and carefully placing them in the appropriate rooms without as much as a scuff on the wall. They were very careful to not place any of the boxes against the walls. I will say I was very nervous in hiring a moving company as I have had nightmare moves with two other companies in the past. They could tell that I was nervous when they got there and put me at ease right away. I highly recommend this company!!!

    Titan Moving & Storage
I was given a "flat rate" quote for packing of over $700. They were there only two hours. The day of the move I was at the house we were moving from and trying to keep my purse close at hand. Even so I had a credit card stolen and information off another one taken. We also had a check stolen. A pair of headphone were also taken leaving the empty box in a packed box. The police were involved and Jennifer was very cooperative after she realize that one of her staff actually used the card at a Walmart at 10:00PM that nite. I believe she wound up firing at least 2 workers. The move wound up with some damage but we were paid to fix it. Boxes were placed helter skelter in various rooms even when the crew were directed otherwise. This happened towards the end of the move.

    We Move On Demand
Obviously this company is making so much money that they can turn away business. We have used this company for three moves in the past which were successful. When my wife contacted the company and spoke to the owner Arthur Yale, she questioned the pricing. He told my wife that if she did not like the price to go somewhere else. You have lost a customer for life.
