  • They're very good and caring. They call you if you feel sick, like when I had the flu. I've been with Cleveland Clinic for about 10 years now. If you go to the emergency room and they don't see you within 30 minutes, they don't charge you. They promise, which is true, within 30 minutes when you go, sometimes even 25, right there is a doctor. They're wonderful. The people are very nice. I had a very good experience with them. Everything is there, even the eye doctor.

  • I went there a year ago and I am due to go again.  It is a process.  There is a procedure that they go through eventually and everything is done and the results get sent to my doctor and they tell me as well.  I need to fill out a form to say whether I had any changes or whether I had a breast surgery.  I have to wait until I am called and I have to sit in the paper jacket.  These days mammogram isn’t painful anymore but in the old days they used to iron us out.  It is not cold like how it used to be like the freezing cold metal and it is a non event.  They are gentle as they can be and it is not a big deal anymore.  They are very good about making appointments.  As soon as you are in the system and you go through step 1, 2, 3 and 4 and before you know, it is done and it is for an hour and a half from filling up the forms to sitting and waiting for the next steps and it is not so long.  There are female nurses who do that for me.  The office environment is fine and it is good as anything that is going to get.  The staff is very friendly.  It is a process that we have to go through just to make sure it is preventative, it is good and if you are not expecting too much it is perfect.  When you stand in front of the machine you say, “Oh, Jeez, now comes the torture”, but they say it is not bad anymore.  The facilities have improved.  The lady who does the actual placing of your arm is very good.

  • It all goes through my husband's work so I never had any issues with it and any reasons to contact them. We never had any problems, it just carries on. Every year they send us a renewal card. I know his company pays towards it as well. Their coverage's are good and most people take United. I know my doctor does and we have no issues. I haven't had any dealings with. I know when I do a full medical they cover it. Once they did call me as they wanted me to do a mammogram as it is free with United. There is no co pay with mammogram but with medical I have to co pay $20. I never had to wait for the card as it just arrives every year before the last one expires.

This was by far the most painless experience I've had with a health insurance broker. I especially like the efficient use of technology to streamline the experience. Jimmie was very responsive to my requests for more information. I would certainly use this service again in the future.

  • Went well, no pressure education of all the options for my complicated health situation after being dumped and trampled on by Coventry Health care.  Ended up purchasing a new health insurance plan from Humana that even though it had riders that excluded pre-existing conditions, was a good hold position until the Affordable Care Act insurance plans become available.

  • I have a group plan with United Healthcare through my employer. Since I work for a large company they have their own plan. I had one problem with them in 2012 where I was told something was covered as preventative and then paid contracted rate. I even had the girl's name and reference number and I was told to contact the dr. It was probably more the fault of the dr, but in the end it ended up costing me almost 500.00. Since the appt. was in December, I would have waited until January so it would have applied to my deductible. The only other problem was this past surgery which was the fault of the person who reviewed and paid the claim in the insurance company. When the EOB came in and saw that nothing was paid and the error, I called and it was quickly corrected. In dealing with UHC, I have always found that their representatives have always been cordial and helpful. The claims are paid quickly. They have other benefits as well including gym/fitness membership reimbursement, a nurse to speak with, and great preventative medicine benefits. I have good benefits and am very happy with them.

  • We have had many good experiences with Cigna, they are easy to get in touch with and provide excellent coverage for doctor visits as well as pharmaceuticals. We have had other insurance companies in the past and Cigna has been one of the easiest to work with and has provided us with the best and quot;bang for the buckand quot;
