  • Terrible customer service. Just dubious behaviors just pitiful customer service. Basically they just say things and spin words. How can you claim same day service and less than 2 hours of your store opening can't do same day service. Just a bogus scam. I asked for the manger the man I dealt with said he was the manager. I asked are you the store manager he said yes when in all reality he was the "manager" on duty. Just not honest. Don't shop there they only care about the next sell they don't care if you are happy. They are a disgusting company that I will never shop again.

  • We had a good experience with a salesman named Van. He didn't pressure us into buying anything we didn't show an interest in. In fact we came back the next day to buy the furniture instead of him making us feel like we had to purchase anything before we left.

  • My son just got a job and new apartment in the Cleveland area.  My wife and I went with him to buy bedroom and living room furniture.  We went to the store in Parma.  The salesman was very helpful but not pushy. We bought a queen size bed, mattress, and 2 end tables for the bedroom.  We bought a sofa, recliner and 2 end tables for the living room.  We ordered the furniture on Saturday and it was delivered the following Monday.  The delivery people were very professional and courteous.  The couch was large and they had to work to get it through the entrance of the apartment up to the second floor.  Overall we were very pleased with the experience.

  • I purchased several accessories, a pool cleaner and salt water system from them including installation.  Technician showed up when I was not home and left the box and paperwork outside where it was destroyed by the rain. Pool cleaner never worked correctly and within weeks not at all.  The store manager did not honor their installation at all.  I have had pool service in every home over twenty years and have never been this disappointed in customer service.

  • It is impossible to write down all the work Homemade Design has done so far. Amanda and Allyson have gone above and beyond helping me with design choices.
    Their response time is super fast and even though they are not local - I always feel like they are standing behind me ready to help me any time I have questions.
    They will work with your budget and give you tips and tricks from the "design world".
    I highly recommend this company  - you will not regret!

  • The sectional was delivered 11/27/09 so we've had it a little over a year now.  We just noticed that there is an indentation in the leather so we called Bloomingdale's to have someone come out and take a look at it.  The technician agreed that this was a defect and told us we'd receive a call from Bloomingdale's within the hour.  Upon asking him what caused the problem, he informed us that he did not know.  Within the hour, we received a call from Bloomingdale's informing us that the manufacturer's warranty had expired and the repair would not be covered.  When I inquired how they were able to come to that decision, given the fact that the technician wasn't able to determine the cause of the problem, the associate could not answer my question.  When I asked to speak to a supervisor, the associate hung up on me.  Generally, I'm of the opinion that you get what you pay for.  Sadly, this is certainly not the case here.  We specifically went to Bloomingdale's so we wouldn't have this sort of problem, hearing that they have excellent customer service.  Maybe that used to be the case; that certainly is not the situation anymore.  Do yourself a favor - save yourself the money and purchase your furniture elsewhere.  You may very well end up having to pay for repairs out of pocket, but at least you'll have those extra thousands of dollars still in your pocket to cover the costs.

  • No problems with their design services. I worked with one of their designers. However, upon delivery of furniture several pieces were delivered in damaged condition. I refused delivery of the damaged pieces. They set up a new delivery date to replace the damaged pieces and two looked to me as though they had been repaired in the same spots where they were damage in the first delivery. When I questioned this, the delivery driver argued with me in front of my neighbors outside and yelled at me in my house. Ultimately, they took all of the furniture back and gave me a full refund.
