AUnique Construction IncLiterally the highest possible recommendation. Complete and total satisfaction--exceeding all expectations. I've lived in Miami for years and have renovated multiple houses and used dozens of contractors. The trauma of working with Miami contractors of all stripes is real. Even high-priced contractors you're bound to get either a) robbed/overcharged/mischarged or b) terrorized with overages (time and $$) or c) **** workmanship/quality of finished product. Which is what makes working with Joel and Jose Ramos of Unique Construction all the more exceptional. Project was done earlier than timeline, of better quality than even my highest hopes, and has proven to hold up over time. Impeccable responsiveness and professionalism from both Joel and Jose. Things were constantly and clearly communicated from proposal to completion. Their crews show up every day at beginning of day, leave at end of day, and don't leave **** around. Most importantly, they do things the right way. No shortcuts, no cheap/half *** fixes. All basic things you'd say but things that are virtually impossible to find in Miami. Will absolutely use again for kitchen, bathroom, and home addition projects.- David D.

AEnsel Tile Inc.With great pleasure I write this review. First, I found Alon on Angie's List second because he is fantastic, professional, attentive, tidy and reliable along with his entire staff. We recently purchased an apartment that required complete remodeling and Ensel Tile Inc. helped us with complete reconstruction of the bathrooms (tub & shower) demolition of kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities and tile/carpet removal throughout the apartment. To name a few, Edgard was excellent at tile installation, precise and fast. Angel, was detailed on the bathrooms and Levon took great care of our baseboard installation. All in all, workmanship from all of his staff far exceeded my expectations. Also, the Association requirements were met at all times and we never had any complaints. Alon staff is respectful, knowledgeable and reliable. They go above and beyond. Trust them you will be happy with their work.- Alicia A.

AEnsel Tile was recommended to me and my wife at DB tile after my wife convinced me to get rid of our 20 yo ceramic tile floors ( I was obviously doing a good scrutiny of the companies bc I was not fully convinced of doing it) . He was one of the 3 tile installers we contacted and this is our experience: - He was puntual and 100% responsive to all my calls and text messages. - He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to give me answers to all my concerns. - His price was competitive ( not the chepeast not the most expensive). - His team is great. They are courteous and were careful with our stuff at our house. - Most important part is he knows what he’s doing and he makes sure to meet expectations set at the beginning of the job. He had a answer to every question we had and we were able to figure out every detail that came up during installation. - This is the first time I used them but I’m not hesitating recommending them among the neighbors. We are more than happy with the new floors and with Ensel tile job. We had the same feeling somebody mentioned in this website about missing Tom/Joshua/Libon around after the job was done.

AI cannot say enough good things about Jean and his helper. Our project was a dangergous emergency because my elderly mother lives alone in Boca Raton. Due to a prior faulty installation, the tiles were coming off the cement with hollow air underneath in the entire living room and the potential for my mother to hurt herself was very high. Jean came in to provide a quote the next day and understood the situation. He prioritized our project over two others in the queue. They worked from 8 am to 6 pm every day including Saturday and Sunday. My mother insisted upon living in the condo while the work was onging and Jean was very flexible in dealing with my stubborn mother, kept her happy, and did the tiling in a way so that she could always get to the kitchen to eat her meals. He encountered an additional problem that required more work but did not increase our price. While he was there, he also fixed an electrical issue with the dining room light which would not work, fixed a linen closet door that kept running off the track, and pointed out a water leakage problem that was coming from the condo above. We will definitly be calling Before and After General Services for additional repair projects!!! Thank you Jean!

In addition he showed great organizational skills, not only was he a superb supervisor of the project but he also sent his installers Jusenil and Robson who showed teamwork at its best. Knowledgeable, always respectful, always helpful and of course always punctual. The work was done in the projected time and the rooms looked beautiful and the entire workplace was left in excellent clean condition. We chose the materials from Floors direct, a company with an incredible selection and most polite sales representatives. We can more than highly recommend Ricardo Marques, Solid Ground Flooring.
