  • Terrin worked with me to develop a new landscape plan for the front and backyards. He was tentative listening to my request and developed a landscaping plan. Did a good job installing the landscaping and provide the level of detail needed. Terrin educated me on the different plants and the level of care need. You can tell he enjoys sharing his knowledge. I had a few sections of sod that was not thriving and Terrin came out and corrected the issue right away. I am enjoying my new landscaping

  • Everything went according to plan. John did a wonderful job creating a draft computer image showing exactly what the final landscaping would look like. Very healthy and beautiful plants. John was very helpful in giving advice on what plants would look nice and where to put them. I would definitely recommend his quality service to a friend.

  • Excellent. Luke (owner/designer) is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Landscape designs promptly sent and specific issue addressed. Workers arrived timely and were extraordinarily hard working -- so much so that a 3 day job was done in 2 days with a third day for some minor additions to the original plan (for which I was not charged). Beautiful work.

  • Great! The job started just before Thanksgiving. Understanding they would not work during the holiday weekend, they finished job within the time frame expected. I did have some additional work to be done to the neglect of the previous owners of the house, but everything was explained properly and in a timely manner. I am very happy with the job done and have not had any issues thus far. Natasha was very helpful. Other than the initial estimate, Natasha was my point of contact throughout the entire job. She was responsive and very courteous. I can see that she has been doing this job for an extensive amount of time. She takes pride in what she does and she is very attentive to the needs of her customers.

  • It's refreshing to deal with a company in South Florida that has high professional standards. Dealing with Sue Sommer was a pleasure as she was extremely responsive and her follow up and attention to detail was exemplary. All work was done in a timely and very capable manner. I highly recommend Pristine Landscapes to anyone needing landscaping design / installation work done.

  • We contacted them to do the services listed above. We hired them in February to start on March 28. They were suppose to start that morning, morning to them is after 10 and after lunch means after 3. We are going on two weeks and the work isn't finished. We were more than willing to work with them and ignore the length of the job. We even added on services, extra sod and more plants. Before we started they were told they could take anything our of the yard except my pony tail palm and a dreadlock plant. The pony tail palm was removed and thrown away, it was something that was given to me by a family member and brought to this house from our other house. They are refusing to produce another one or reimburse us for it, they are pricey palm trees. We showed him where we wanted the sod laid, he measured wrong and told us to buy our own sod to lay it down, we also had multiple sprinkler heads covered by the sod. Our ficus was not trimmed in some areas. They also did not clean our waterfall they were hired to do. They did a good job on the landscape, but everything else has made this experience miserable. We are still waiting on a credit for the pony tail palm or a pony tail palm.

  • The appointment was made & the estimator was very punctual. We discussed the needs to resolve a soil erosion problem. Within a few days a written proposal outlining a Phase I scope was provided. We agreed to terms & arrangements were made to begin immediately the following week. The crew along with site foreman arrived early and began work. The crew worked diligently the whole day and prepared everything for the installation of new road rock sub-base, topsoil and sod. They also installed 2 new 4" drains to off flow heavy rain water that was tied to roof gutter system. The scope of work was completed in 3 days. This company has a thorough client end user structure to maintain their schedule, and client approval from start to finish. I myself have a 32+ year company and understand the principles in providing a service that is required to meet client approval.
Pink & Green Landscaping has all these attributes required to manage a top notch operation. Their office staff, management & site crews provide a pleasant working relationship with their clients. There was never a moment where any question or discussion on the scope of work wasn't managed in a professional manner. I recommend Pink & Green Landscaping services to anyone looking for a complete project done with utmost quality. We are planning on utilizing their services again soon for our Phase II scope.

  • Eddie came out and was very cordial. We talked about what would be necessary to do the job correctly, and both agreed on the work to be done. Have 11 yards of common pea gravel dumped Prep the current gravel Lay two layers of basic weed paper Spread the gravel I was initially quoted $5500 dollars to perform this week. The most shocking of which included $3300 for 11 yards of common pea gravel. When I called and advised there must have been an error, they advised they would look into it. I advised them that the local nursery was selling the identical gravel I requested for $50/yard which would have totaled $550 plus a $50 delivery charge---total $600 vs $3300 for the product I requested. The next quote I received lowered the cost of the gravel to a whopping $2750. Complete rip off. I honestly can't understand how anyone could justify the pricing they gave. It is atrocious, and this didn't even get into the prices they wanted to charge for weed paper, and labor.

  • Ron was very professional and easy to work with. He arrived on time for our appointment, was respectful of my home and was set up and ready to work with no delay. The cleaning process was flawless. He was very detailed in his work, if there was an area not clean to his high standard he went over it again. Ron and his helper are very honest and hard working people which is very hard to find in South Florida. I would have no hesitation in referring this company to friends, family, neighbors or co-workers. Thanks Ron for a job well done. The floor has not looked this good since I installed it.

  • First off we had several Company's come to give us estimates for a Back Patio that we wanted to have done in Travertine, first impressions were nothing to write home about until we met Jaime !! He was Punctual, Professional and my wife and I liked him immediately. Jaime took his time to tell us a little about himself and how he got started into the Business, he also was eager to hear our
Idea's and in turn made suggestion's that we really liked and eventually used. I knew even before he left that we would be using him and after a few e-mail's a date and price were agreed upon. Jaime scheduled a time for the material's to be delivered prior to the start date and once the Travertine was dropped off i was in Awe at the Quality and Beauty of this Stone !! I knew immediately we made the right decision. On the Start date the time scheduled was for 8am, his crew was knocking at my door at 7:59 and came ready to work. They were very polite and very professional, I had patio furniture, potted plant's and border block (Heavy) that they removed for me and then the transformation began. They excavated and leveled the ground, removed all the debris and laid crushed limestone as a base and then compacted it, laid a weed repelling material down and then started on the Travertine, I was amazed at not only the Speed at which his crew worked but also the Artistic ability they possessed and through this all Jaime was there to supervise the whole thing . The job was originally scheduled for 2 day's but his crew was able to lay and cut all the Stone in one. In one day my yard went from Depressing to Magnificent !!  Because of rain the sealing of the stone was put off, but once we had a few consecutive day's of dry weather Jaime himself came back to apply the Polymeric Sand and Seal the Stone. The finish product was Jaw Dropping, all my neighbor's who have seen it can't believe how beautiful it is and all have asked for his number. I plan on having Jaime come back to do our Driveway and also a Patio at a rental property we own. If you want Exquisite work done by a true Professional, then I Highly Recommend Jaime and His Crew. Thank you for a Job well done.
