Right Choice Moving & Delivery Inc is as easy and comforting as having your aunt and uncle move one's belongings. Angie immediately responded to my online inquiry. Angie provided an expert estimate based on a few pictures. Also, Angie volunteered to provide guidance on the size of the storage unit I would need. She was 100% correct and saved me from renting a bigger storage unit. The moving team were professional and thorough and protected my belongings as if they were their own. Based upon my experience, I would not shop around for other movers. Thank you

My realtor hired Richie to do a home inspection on the purchase of my new home, and he was very good. We arrived about 10 minutes late, and as soon as we got there, he was already working. He introduced himself and informed us right away of the issues they found while looking at the property. Once his inspection was completed, he took his time explaining all the issues to us and every question I had he went into detail and told me the issue and also demonstrated it if necessary. He was amazing. Would use him again if I needed another home inspector.

The worst home inspection company out there. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. First of all they failed to properly inspect the attic. There is over 400 SQ FT of the home that has ZERO insulation at all. When I say zero I mean there is only sheet rock and studs. The remaining attic is covered in less that 2" of insulation not coming close to meeting the building code standards for homes in Florida. In addition to the insulation issue, the licensed air conditioning and insulation company I hired found that over half of my ducts are leaking air into the attic. Additionally, we found water stains in the garage and traced it back to one of the bathrooms and found that the over flow drain was not properly sealed and was leaking water for an extended period of time which ran up and down one whole side of the house. Upon removing the floors we found a significant mold issue which required immediate attention. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms had to be completely ripped and replaced. I can only describe the facts as they are which I have thoroughly documented via pictures, videos and licensed professionals. BEWARE!!!

I should have read all the negative reviews before paying these guys almost 1k to inspect my new home during the closing process. In three hours they found only an electrical issue and a couple of others minor problems so my fiancee and I were very happy. About 3 weeks after moving in, this is where we are: Gas range: "only has a broken thermostat". So far we have spent $3500 to fix several parts and a gas leak Oven "no pictures taken, nothing noted". The oven was fully rusted. Wolf didn't no longer makes the parts, lost a 10k double oven, had to replace Fridge: "works fine". Door didn't close. Replacing gasket on a Subzero was $600 parts plus $275 labor Pool heaters: "you have one, we don't examine those, they break every 6 months and are about $500/$600". Pool company: you have 2 heaters, They are $4,500 EACH and usually last about 10 years" Front Impact door: nothing wrong. Didn't close properly, metal rod is broken, only option is to replace, approx cost is $4,500 Washer and dryer: dryer didn't dry (This was missed); after 2 hours of yours truly having to clean mold and a non identified brown substance from the washer I gave up and bought both brand new. WHO MISSES 30K+ WORTH OF ISSUES???? I would have negotiate a better final cost on the home had I known that I would have had to pay 30k out of pocket for items that I hadn't budgeted. I have previously dealt with two inspectors for homes I have sold. They even accounted for non working light bulbs which I really thought was excessive. Again I paid these guy 1k. And lost over 30k. Worse of all I wrote them and never received a response which tells me they are at fault - and they know it. I wonder if they received money from the sellers as a "bonus" for lying on the inspection. I will never know I guess. But what I know is that I will make sure to review them online everywhere and write to the BBB. These crooks shouldn't be in business.

We have had inspections done for other home purchases, but none as complete and as impressive as Ron Walker Property Inspections. In addition to our 4-point inspection, Ron Walker also lined up termite and septic tank inspections, and also tested our home for mold. Ron Walker and two employees showed up on time and for 2 1/2 hours combed over our entire home, inside and out. They inspected appliances, closets, attics, cabinets, fixtures - if it was in the house, it got looked at. Plus, we received our inspection report the same evening of the inspection. Although Ron Walker is slightly more expensive than other inspection companies, the additional cost is well worth it and relatively minimal considering a home is such a huge investment.

Summit was AMAZING! Honestly, the movers came early and were extremely fast and organized in moving all of our furniture and belongings. We will be hiring Summit again to move us into our final destination! I 100% recommend them

Fantastic! Ron and his guys were polite, knowledgeable, and professional, and went out of their way to explain the home, operation of its systems, and any issues that they had found. The reports they provided were clear and concise. They identified several issues, including a potential plumbing issue that I do not believe all inspectors would have found. I was able to negotiate thousands of dollars cash back at closing as a result of their findings. I engaged with them again to provide the 4pt and wind mitigation reports. They were an absolute delight to deal with; a rare find amongst South Florida businesses. I would absolutely hire them again and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality home inspection.
