    They are a Florida company. I don't think they are anywhere else. People go there because they're cheap. They do not really have any customer service. You take it off a loading dock and load it in the back of your truck. I happen to have a truck so it's no big deal for me. They have a lot of stuff.

    Fantastic job as usual. I first used AAA Modern Air 15 years ago and was very happy with the job they did. Fortunately for me, aside from some small maintenance, I haven't needed their services again until now. When the unit in my new home stopped cooling the house, AAA Modern Air was quick to come out and diagnose the issue. Since the unit was dated and mis-matched, we decided to replace the system with a more efficient Bryant unit. The install was clean and we are thrilled with the new unit. Thanks again!

    The sales staff is TOTALLY INEPT  to say the least.  Salesperson promised my appliances in two to four weeks no problem. Needed them in five weeks called a few times to see if everything was ok. She said no problem after five weeks I had to call to see if the applainces were ready she did not know.  Seemed to busy to care had half the money finally after another week they arrived but need all the money before they could deliver the three appliances, but still missing one with date of 18 June to be delivered.  I was desperate because granite guy coming to cut the cook top.  They delivered the three and even that was aggravating because they did know if stuff was on the truck.  It did arrive on the 18 I call to see where applainces were had to go to the manger then and only will sales staff return a call.  I could go on but needless to say its the WORSE EXPERIENCE I've ever had as a customer.  They promises you anything then delivery late or not at all.  Had to CANCELL the rest of my order.  Buying from the fine appliance store from HHGreg wish I had done this to begin with.

    it took 6 months for the building permit to be issued which was not the contractors fault. the problems began during installation. the fence that was installed did not meet any of the building permit requirements. we only knew this because we watched the installation. the post holding the gate could not support it. two days after installation the gate started to drag the ground and the handle to open and close the gate fell off. lowes offered to correct the problems which we agreed to. the second installation followed code but did not give us the final results we were promised.

    I have been using Sears since 30 years. I have a service contract with them, the time to get the service calls from them is ridiculous, it was two weeks from the time I had called them, and they used to come on the next day or so. I won't renew the service contract with them, because of their slow service but their technicians are fine.

    Went to Albers Appliance because of the great reviews on Angie's List. I was not disappointed! Now I know why they have an A+ rating! The salesperson (I think his name was Dave) was extremely knowledgeable, straight-forward and honest. I was replacing a very old double oven that they don't even make anymore so I had to have a new electrical outlet installed for the over- the-range microwave. He said they had someone who could do the electrical, mount the microwave and do a backsplash where the old oven was. I was quoted $250 for the installation which I thought was very reasonable. I shopped around and they were cheaper than anywhere else, even Brandsmart! And I would've had to have an electrician come out and pay a delivery charge of $150. I called Dave back and did everything over the phone so I didn't even have to go back to the store. And I wasn't pressured into buying an extended warranty like all those other retailers out there! The oven and microwave were eligible for a $250 rebate which was extremely easy to do and I've already received the rebate check!
    Kevin, who came out for the electrical and backsplash for the microwave, was extremely professional and friendly. He only charged me $150 for the installation because he didn't need to do the backsplash.
    I am going to be replacing my refrigerator soon and I am going straight to Albers! I like giving my business to a small, family owned business rather than the big box retailers. Do yourself a favor and don't even waste your time shopping around! You won't find cheaper prices or better customer service!

    I met with Dave when I purchased the washer/dryer. He was very helpful in meeting my needs and offering suggestions. Prices are very reasonable. I order washer/dryer, appliances arrived the next week, Albers called to set installation appointment, arrived right on time, removed old appliances, installed new washer and dryer, tested to insure both appliance ran properly, and helped with operation instructions for new high efficiency washer. It is now two weeks after installation. We have washed and dried approximately twelve loads of wash and both appliances work extremely well. High efficiency washer operates differently than old conventional washer, took a few loads to adapt to new cycles, but the results are outstanding. Very positive overall experience regarding help with ordering, professionalism, on-time appointment, installation/service, and pricing.

    We noticed a problem with frost build up in the ice dispenser causing the door not to close properly.  The company was an hour late for the first call for repairs, causing me to miss an hour of work.  Because he was late, and I had to get to work, the operation was not fully checked upon completion.  We noticed the same problem with frost build up a couple days later and called them back out.  Repair man adjusted the flap and said that problem was fixed.  The problem was still there the next day and we called them again.   We asked the company for a different technician but they said he was the only one available.  He came back out and broke a different part which he had to order.  We made arrangements for him to come back out a few days later on Saturday morning so I wouldn't miss any more work.  Saturday morning we noticed the freezer and refrigerator were not cooling and called to advise the technician in case he needed to bring anything else.  When he called back he said the appointment was for Monday.  At this point we told him to forget it and that we would get someone else.  When we called the company to complain and suggested that the problems were related the owner went ballistic and called US unreasonable.  Terrible experience.
