  • This was such a great moving experience! Minimoves made it super easy (and inexpensive) to move my belongings from NYC to MIA. They disassembled my bed and wrapped everything so perfectly, including my art which I was incredibly thankful for! The customer service was fantastic from start to finish with all my questions being answered quickly - emails were always responded to within 30 minutes or less which made it so much easier on my end. The drivers/packers were so fast and careful in handling my belongings - absolutely nothing was damaged in the move. Also, Minimoves' price estimate was FAR LESS than other small moving companies so it was really a win win all around. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!

  • Very well. Movers alerted me when they were on their way and actually arrived a few minutes early. Crew leader was polite, meticulous and efficient. He laid floor coverings at new place upon my request without hesitation. Crew moved contents of 2bd/2ba unit. Items were well-wrapped and carefully removed. Items were unloaded in orderly fashion and furniture items reassembled before departure. Travel distance between locations was about 3 miles. Job started at 9 am and was completed by 2 pm I provided bottled water, lunch and tips. Very good experience. Mover provider all necessary insurances and bonds.Price was fair and Mover honored the Angie’s List discount. I have already recommended them to someone else.

  • Our move with All American movers was excellent. We had a relatively small move, but the items were headed to two different locations/states following our mother's death. All American came, gave a binding estimate, and was able to base the cost of the move on the total amount of items vs estimating items going to each destination. This was a huge cost savings. They arrived within the window they predicted and were responsive to our requests for check ins en route. At the final unloading in Philadelphia, they were both gentle with our things and thorough. We were quite impressed and would certainly use them again. They are not high-tech, but in this case they were exactly what we needed. Thank you Jordan, Tony and everyone! (Note: we did purchase additional insurance through the third party carrier they suggested because many items were antiques; however, we did not need to make any claims on the move.)

  • These were by far the best movers I've ever had. They were on time, courteous, and extremely respectful. All of our furniture and valuables arrived safely, and they even came back to pick up the boxes once they were unpacked. I would recommend them to anyone!

  • Our property has now been in their possession for 14 days. I initially contacted Jordan by phone on 6/2/17 to get a quote. At that time I specified that I needed the delivery in New York City by 6/9 for an important presentation to clients in our new office there. Jordan told me the expected delivery date was 6/8, but that it would be there for sure by 6/9. I chose All American Moving and Storage based on his assurance that my deadline could be met. 6/2 Initial inquiry, estimate prepared and signed, First payment of $518 processed by credit card. 6/5 Property picked up. Second payment of $550 made by check. Advance authorization for third payment by credit card was made contingent upon final delivery. This authorization was made only because I would not have been in NYC on the delivery date of 6/9 to issue a check. That authorization is hereby rescinded. 6/8 Jennifer, from my office called to inquire about the delivery time, and no one was able to tell her where our property was or when it would be delivered. 6/9 Jennifer called again and was told it would not be delivered on 6/9 or 6/10, and that someone from dispatch would call her back. I left a voicemail for Jordan, but received no reply. I later emailed Jordan asking him to call me ASAP. No reply. I sent another email to Jordan reminding him that he had promised delivery by 6/9. He replied by email that he had been told that it would be delivered by 6/9. He told me to contact dispatch and gave me the number. I spoke to Pete who told me that he’d see if our property could be offloaded and delivered on time. I did not hear back again that day. I rescheduled my NY presentation to 6/14 because of the delay. 6/12 Pete called me and left a voicemail asking me to call. 6/13 I called and spoke to Chad who said I’d have to pay a $700 shuttle fee to get my delivery. “you can get it today, but it’ll cost you another $700.” I refused to pay the additional charge, the specs of the job that was estimated had not changed. I said that Chad should pay the shuttle fee, and he said “I didn’t move to New York, New York. You did!” Chad said he’d call me with a delivery date. Chad never called. 6/14 I had to borrow office space from another company so I could have my presentation. 6/15 Spoke to Pete. He said he’d check with Chad and call me back. Pete called back and said Chad says it’s on an 18-wheeler and will have to be offloaded and delivered by shuttle for an additional $350. I said nobody was still telling me when I can expect my delivery. Pete said it would be an additional 7 days before it could be delivered, putting the delivery at 6/22, 17 days after pickup, and 13 days after the promised delivery. I refused to pay the additional charge, and asked Pete to have Chad call me. Chad never called.

  • I can not say enough about Cathrines's Cleaning of the Hampton's starting with the initial customer service on my inquiry! The two ladies arrived promptly, in uniform with the tools and products to finish the cleaning of the move out of my home to deliver the house clean to the new owner. They were organized, polite, bilingual, professional and worked swiftly. The house sparkled! Thank you!

  • Luis & Son Moving were wonderful. They had to disassemble and reassemble custom made furniture. They worked quickly and efficiently, took extreme care in handling items to be moved. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

  • The move itself went reasonably well. It was twice the price that was quoted on the phone, but I still thought it was fair because the situation was complicated and we had far more stuff than a typical move. The guys who moved us were very nice and tried hard to do their best. Unfortunately, a few things were broken during the move, including two family antiques. I have been trying to get the situation resolved since December. I sent in the paperwork as required and have called the company and repeatedly emailed the owner since December. I have had one short response saying I would get a check within two weeks (that was a month ago). But this was impossible as the antiques require a repair estimate. I have repeatedly contacted the company by email and phone seeking to make an arrangement for getting an estimate so we can get this resolved, but I cannot get a response. Now it appears by looking online that the company has been sold or at least changed names. What was originally a decent if flawed experience has become a real disappointment.
