Dermatology reviews in Coconut Grove

    Mayoral Dermatology
I would not recommend them. The customer service was terrible. I was waiting for over an hour and a half for my appointment and then the doctor didn't come in for another half an hour. They weren't apologetic or anything about it. Then they were really trying to sell me products that had nothing to do with why I was there. The office is nice and clean and the staff members were friendly. We're never going back there.

    Margulies, Dr. Michael C.
He is willing to recommend new treatments, then call me back for follow-ups. His office is busy, and I now expect to wait at least an hour past my scheduled appointment time to see him. Not good, but that's the way doctors' offices are today.

    Busso, Dr. Mariano E
He was VERY late and not friendly at all. His explanations were vague and confusing !
But the most disturbing fact is that he "FORGOT" or DIDN'T SEE 3 warts.

The practitioner is obviously more interested in Botox injections than any other "treatment".

Scheduling was good, office staff was very friendly and they went out of their way to ensure that my charge went toward my deductible even though I had to pay for the entire service. Dr. Busso was friendly enough, but his thick accent made him a little hard for me to understand. And the walls are very thin so I heard his conversations in the other rooms leaving me to wonder when he would be getting to me. The office was freezing, but he noticed it himself and asked his staff to turn it up. I had not problem getting an appointment and once there was taken back pretty quickly, but then I had to wait in the cold room for quite a while before being seen. I appreciated the fact that he offered for me to have my mole removed by a plastic surgeon so as to not leave a big scar instead of being a money hungry dr wanting it all to himself.

Doctor looked at condition. Gave treatment options available. Gave me a prescription. Also discussed several other "beauty" treatments for wrinkles, etc. Although he has a product line, he did not push it, but rather discussed a variety of treatment options (creams, surgery, lazer, etc.) He is an EXTREMELY knowledgeable doctor that has the attention to detail that is a must when it comes to the face.

They are a little expensive, but they are very thorough.
