Painfully!!....with lots of stress, because of the poor quality of work and lack of skill. I gave him money for materials I never saw. He admitted to owing me materials, but has not delivered them, or reimbursed me for anything.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
I will never go against what my instinct is telling me again!! I brought Deryl onto the job at home, and from the beginning it was nothing but headaches!! He hardly stayed on the job in any one day for more than 2 or 3 hours. When I called him to ask him where he was, he always responded by saying he was home and it wasn't even noon yet. He left garbage and debris inside and outside my property. Trash and materials all over my home. He brought a laborer into my home that stole from me. The laborer showed up on my property with other people drunk. I paid him for material and never got some of it and I ended up paying for it out of my pocket. He would call me and ask me to buy and pick up materials for him. What a joke this whole experience turned out to be!!!

This project was NOT a joke it was a night mare. Immediately we encountered termites thru the entire house, which I spent 10 days repairing walls and dry wall. I did not learn of any theft or see any police report of theft to this date. Only till I was ready for my third draw did these issues come up. The member is clearly short on money and with the project 75% complete decides he can finish hims...
