    The guy who came was nice, but he was quite unprepared for what we needed done. He didn't seem to know how to hang the chandelier, and took way too long trying to figure it out. We had hoped that he could hang the matching sconces too, including cutting the wall and fishing the wires, but that was obviously beyond his skill set. My husband finally had to show him how to hang the chandelier and at last it got done, but $119 for supposedly two hours of work seemed like an awful lot to hang one chandelier! (Recommendation: If you require something very challenging to be done, request a Master Electrician!)

    I contacted Clem after the company that refinished the surface of my pool replaced the fiber optic light tower and it wasn't working correctly. Clem responded quickly and was extremely professional over the phone. He was able to come out within a couple days to diagnose the issue. He immediately saw what was wrong (after I was told by the previous compmany that nothing else could be done), gave me an estimate and set up a time to make the necessary repairs. Clem kept me updated on when he would be there and also confirmed with me before he returned to complete the work. He was able to get the tower working properly and repair the fiber optic cable so that now my pool light works beautifully and lights the entire pool, which it didn't even come close to doing before. I have worked with many different companies for various home repairs over the years. Clem was one of the most professional, efficient and courteous people I have worked with to date. The job was fantastic and the price was great. I will be using Clem to add more features to the lighting of our pool and also to have our kitchen countertops redone. I would recommend his company to everyone. You won't be disappointed.

    Lloyd arrived on time and got to work on the exterior fan. It's now been a few weeks and the fan works great. Lloyd connected it to two switches, one for light and one for fan so they operate independently. He also installed the cat door and it works fine and has stayed put even though my larger dog keeps trying to get through it. In all both tasks were handled very well and I would definitely hire them again

    Everything went smoothly. Mr. Colburn (owner) arrived at the agreed upon time with his helper. The work was completed in a timely manner. There was a small amount of extra labor needed for one of the flood lights to install a more secure mounting base, which had been a problem with the old light. He informed me prior to the work being done and I agreed. I will certainly hire Franky's Electric for my future electrical needs.

    Lloyd was excellent!  Very prompt in response and VERY professional.  Our ceiling fan that needed to come down was VERY heavy apparently but he never complained (sorry Lloyd, we had no idea), just did the job that he came to do (which was excellent!).  I would HIGHLY recommend him in a heart beat!

    I had a very prompt response when I sent a message asking about the work I need done and if it would be possible.  I booked the service through Angie's list using a current running coupon/discount.  The work was scheduled and he arrived on time without a problem.  I explained what I needed done, he went right to work.  He explained the problem with the shower.  I was very happy with the job done.  There were a couple things that he was not able to do but he explained to me everything that would need to be done and I was confident that I could handle the problem myself.  The entire process could not have gone smoother.

    In Phaze Electric

    I explained there had been an ongoing problem with an entire circuit in the backyard where the plugs/lights would not work because the GFCI on that circuit kept blowing.  This was the same circuit In Phaze installed approximately 1 1/2 years prior; however, since I previously hit one of the lights with my tractor and water got in one of the junction boxes, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and was not trying to blame them for the current problem.  I explained this to the electrician, Lamont. 

    I also asked them to figure out why another switch/plug was not working, replace a GFCI plug, and replace an indoor switch.  Each "diagnostic" fee was $122, which seemed high but at least two were necessary.  Where I started to be concerned was when the outlet I simply asked to be replaced was going to also require a "diagnostic" fee, even though I explained only one plug on the whole circuit was giving me trouble.  So even though I am very confident it is only the plug, I would have to pay $122 plus the cost to replace the GFCI of $75.  That one was cut out of the bid.  The indoor switch turned out to be a 4-way switch they did not have. 

    One "diagnostic" fee turned out to show one GFCI (the one I described as continually tripping) was bad (shocking huh?), and the other fee was paid to show there was a bad wire connection.  I realize I will pay for an expert to come out and service my home when I call, and these were items I did not want to do myself, but $244 right off the bat just to tell me those two things, plus $75 each GFCI plug seemed unreasonable. 

    Fast forward one week, I am still having the same trouble.  The circuit in question will blow within 10 minutes, if not immediately sometimes.  Frustrated, but still reasonable since things happen.  Schedule a "warranty" appointment for Monday, 12/21/15 at 11:00.  It was explained to me by the scheduler they had a company meeting until 10:00, and the electrician would be out to me by 11:00.  I call the number on the website at 11:50 asking for an update.  Call a different number listed on Angie's List website around 1:00.  The call screener said he would look into it.  Within 5 minutes I get a call from Lamont, the original electrician.  He stated he had a window to arrive between 11:00 - 5:00 p.m. If this is even true, it would be a horrible way to run a company.  Had to cancel that "window" since I was not planning to wait around all day for him and had an afternoon appointment.  Now I will be into this issue for a third workday. 

    To be clear, the call screener has been very cordial every time I call, and is prompt to respond.  Lamont is even very professional on the phone and in person, and I can tell one of the covers they put on to protect one of the junction boxes is an upgraded version and is more professional than the box stores.  I am just very upset with the fact the job is not fixed and will at a minimum be costing me three afternoons off work.  Furthermore, their prices are too high.  I need to get the job I already paid for completed correctly, but will not be using this company again.

    Two technicians arrived on time and completed the work within the time frame I had purchased (2 hours.) They were very friendly and professional. I had started this project on my own and quickly realized it was a bit too much for me to handle. They completed the job quickly, it was done very cleanly, I really can't remember the exact date, but it's been quite a while. Still, I wanted to review this service and give them a big two thumbs up. I'll be getting some more work done by Prestige Electric in the future.

    I was in town to interview contractors in an attempt to find someone to do a gutting of a home I had recently purchased.  Floor To Ceiling employees came by to look over the house, and we later met at the design center to go over different options and ideas for the remodeling of my home.  Everyone there was informative and pleasant.  I had no doubt that they would do a great job if left unsupervised in my home, and that they would have the work done before my family was ready to move down to Florida. 
    Laurie, in particular, was very helpful and available for any questions that I had.  She explained everything that would be done, and showed me the different choices I had for every aspect of the project.
    While Floor To Ceiling would have done a great job with my home, their price was quite a bit more than I was willing to spend. The items they would have provided would have been top quality and I am sure very close to what I envisioned for my home, but the labour costs were far beyond anything any other contractor provided.  I was sorry that their labour costs were so high, and that coupled with the cost of their products just put them out of the realm of what my family was comfortable spending.  After all, we still have to do some work on the outside of the house, too, and I did not want my entire budget to go to the interior.
    When I found the cabinets I wanted that a different contractor was able to provide, that was my final deciding factor.  That was no fault of Floor To Ceiling, at all.
    That said, if I did desire to make my home into a showpiece (and if I didn't also need to put in a pool!) and not just a home that is comfortable for two big dogs, a few cats, and various family members, then I am quite sure Laurie and Floor To Ceiling would have fulfilled all of my wishes.   The people there were really fantastic, it is just that my vision was more easily and comfortably realized with a different contractor.  I would still recommend Floor To Ceiling to anyone looking to do any remodeling of their home.  I never doubted their ability to do a great job.

    This family was absolutely awesome and I can't say enough good things about them. They worked with me on the price and were more than fair. Everything they did was done so professionally and to perfection. My new counter-tops were protected while they worked on the back-splash and installed new electrical outlets. The window was put in perfectly. Each day before they left, they went to great trouble to make sure everything was cleaned up. They vacuumed the floors and wiped everything down each day. This is a family business and they were absolutely a pleasure to have in my home...I looked forward to seeing them every day.  I've already picked out new projects to work on in my home and I wouldn't use anyone other than the Bartomioli's.
    I cannot recommend them highly enough...they were wonderful!
