    The guys from Professional Electrical Services were great from start to finish! They completed my installation in only 2 days and after they were done, you couldn't tell they just did a major installation on my home. Any debris, packing materials, etc. were all gone and they were all very professional gentlemen! Our system has produced even more power than we hoped, even on cloudy days! They have an app that allows us to monitor how much power the panels are producing in real time that I show off to my co-workers, lol! I have referred them to all of my friends and family that is interested in solar for their homes. My only regret is that I didn't do it earlier....great company!

    The guy who came was nice, but he was quite unprepared for what we needed done. He didn't seem to know how to hang the chandelier, and took way too long trying to figure it out. We had hoped that he could hang the matching sconces too, including cutting the wall and fishing the wires, but that was obviously beyond his skill set. My husband finally had to show him how to hang the chandelier and at last it got done, but $119 for supposedly two hours of work seemed like an awful lot to hang one chandelier! (Recommendation: If you require something very challenging to be done, request a Master Electrician!)

    Allow me to share with you how my wife and I see it. We had a power outage about 5 days before the hurricane Irma that exposed the generator issue. I called you guys that instant and as I recall it you assured me that you would be out the next day or so. That appointment went unanswered. I called you that day and you finally made it out on Saturday. When I called you told me I needed to replace the control panel. You could not help me but you said I could come get the part and install it myself. This was not the issue as it turns out. We own the Harley Dealerships in Lake County so we have machines that diagnose and test batteries. I can tell you with 100% confidence that the battery was 100% fine and did not need to be replaced. Therefore I have no intention of paying for replacing a perfectly good battery. We talked to you after your tech diagnosed the problem as magnetos you did not have in stock and you would be overnighting the needed parts. A week or so later I called again as you had not yet called me. I was told you would be out that week. The next week after you again missed the appointment you said the only guy that could repair the problem would be out that afternoon. Again, no show. By this time I was growing concerned that the Warranty that had recently extended at considerable expense was no good. So again I called and you said that your tech would be out the next morning which finally did happen. By my recollection that was 27 days with out a generator that I regularly maintain with you being the only company that has ever touched it. We also feel that the warranty should cover any cost associated with the repair. So it is our position that we should not be paying for any service call much less 2 of them. As business owners we realize that its possible to get a little behind. We also call our affected customers and keep them informed when we are having problems fulling our promises. I think you would agree that your treatment of this customer was not your best foot forward, unless that is typical of your companies customer service. We don't see this as a valid invoice and we do not intend to pay it.

    They arrived on time and quickly determined the problem with the electrical circuit. There was a loose wire on one of the outlets causing the whole circuit to have issues. The outlet I needed replaced was also done quickly. I had purchased a 1 hour service call at a reduced rate so I cannot attest to pricing. Although I did show the serviceman other work I would like to have done and he said I would be contacted with pricing for those items. I have not heard back from them on those items. As far as the work they actually did I was pleased and would use them again.

    Solar Lights & More
    Contacted several companies and obtained quotes. Solar Lights and More were very competitive in pricing to include solar blanket for the pool and the spa included in the price. The sales man Rick Zay was even willing to reduce the price of the system by $100 if I went without a "pool" solar blanket. Sounded great as I will never put a blanket on the pool it self. Installers came and did a great job installing and explaining things to me. When I asked about the solar blanket for the spa they advised that the paperwork said "NO Blanket". The lead installer advised he would talk with Rick about it and they would probably just drop one off. I waited about a month and heard nothing. I even called the office to find out about it and was quoted $115.00 for a solar blanket for the spa. This is an 8' round spa! (Not sure why the price would be that high as anyone can purchase 16' x 24' 16mil online for under $100.00 . I told them that that is was insane! I sent an email to Rick Zane and while tech was at my house yesterday fixing a small installation problem, the tech got a call from the office. He had the lady on speaker and it wasn't hard to hear them talking about my issues concerning the blanket. It appears that honor is no important with these folks! Overall the system works good and installation was good. Not sure why they tried to pull a fast one on me about the blanket, and not sure why they wouldn't return my emails. Very disappointing ending after they did so wonderful in the beginning!
