    The South Florida tech (Roger) removed the viruses and then installed Windows 10. Everything went GREAT!!! Also, the South Florida tech (Roger) noticed that I was using Microsoft Office 2010 and he recommended that I upgrade to the latest version of Microsoft Office. He made this recommendation because older software package do not have the best protection against new viruses and the new versions. Since Roger installed Windows 10, everything is working GREAT!!! Also, I thinking seriously to upgrading to Microsoft Office 365. Based on my experience, I highly recommend individuals to call The South Florida Tech Group for any issues they are having with their PCs.

    They charged me in advance. They sent a technician to my office. He disabled my system. He damaged my server and internet connection. He changed the network card. He changed the antivirus. He misconfigured the server among other things. They are now trying to charge me for a renewal of the service and they are not responding to my e-mails or calls. They haven't provided any service throughout the year.

    First of all, the Exclusive Technology Consultants completed all the work at my house.  The tech called and said he would arrive in 30 minutes.  In 25 minutes the tech was at our home.  The technical support we received from Exclusive Technology Consultants was GREAT!!!  Aaron was EXCELLENT, OUTSTANDING, and SUPER!!!  Aaron was courteous, professional, and skilled.  I'm extremely confident and satisfied with the support I received.
    Before we decided to use Exclusive Technology Consultants, we spoke with Courtney.  Courtney explained everything that would be completed.  Through Courtney's professional approach and knowledge I became confident and comfortable with using Exclusive Technology Consultants.  If you are having desktop or laptop problems, I highly recommend Exclusive Technology Consultants.  They will go to your home and provide technical support on your PC.  Also, they have a year support plan and they provide assistance through remote access.  Exclusive Technology Consultants are GREAT!!!  Give them a call.

    I went with these guys with a deal off of Angies List. The tech came and seemingly knew what he was doing and completed the job. The next day we were locked out of the computer with what he had set up and was kind enough to come back and re fix the issue. This is where it ended though. He placed a access program on my computer without asking and It made me uncomfortable that someone could access my computer at their whim. Against my better judgement I went ahead and paid an additional $200.00 for two laptops whereby they would go into my computer every quarter and clean out any un necessary junk files etc. After asking for my password and other details I was informed that I would get a call and schedule a time to let me know when it was time to do this service. I tried to believe that this may be a good thing in this new age of ours.
    One month later my both computers glitched despite again being only several months old, At the exact same time? One woul;d not turn on and the other would not work allow me access.  I could only deduce that the company was doing some thing with my computers and gave them a call. Irritated I spoke to a girl named Heather who informed that they were not doing anything to my computer and shocked my with her attitude instead of helping me. It was all very fishy it was as if she was waiting for me to ask her for more services. Without getting to wordy they did not feel the need to help me with regards to giving me pointers or advice as to how to get my computer working before they could perform services, this was on me. What she did tell me is that the had only made $11.00 off of my business so far [ I guess through the Angies List deal] so I the market share trade off for a discount was not working out for them and it seems got mad. 
    I eventually had to go to another computer business to get it straightened out and bought McCafee. A total loss of $200.. DO NOT GET CONNED WITH THESE PEOPLE. I am currently filing a grievence in small claims court and let them explain there actions to a judge.

    Giving the vendor the benefit of the possibility of technical problems at the time I attempted to contact them, I might be willing to try again.
    No service was performed. The form requires a location so I chose my residence to submit the review.
    I gave the provider a grade of to give them the benefit of consideration of technical email problems.

    I called and that same day they stayed open late for me to drop my system off. Juan called and explained what they found, how they fixed it and what to do to prevent it. I have since taken my daughter's system in for a cleanup and the service was as good the second time.

    I made a call to inquire about hours, stopped by the following day for the diagnostic.  The diagnostic took about 2 minutes.  We then spent another 5-10 discussing the right level of replacement part and what was the cheapest he could find for it.  A few days later the laptop had been repaired so I went back to pick it up.  He had me boot up, verify that all was working and returned my laptop and used hard drive to me.  Very easy, nice gentleman to speak to, and he could walk me through what I might have needed and what was more than what I was using my  laptop for.

    When he returned the computer to me, it was so badly infected that I had to completely all programs and content to remove the problem. I then reinstalled them and ran several programs to remove malware before I was certain that the infections were removed. I have not go0ne back, and I will not. Apparently his partner, who was quite good decided to retire leaving the present owner to run things, but not well in my case.

    This was a very nice experience. Everything was done exactly as promised, and the cost was exactly what was quoted. I had tax programs for myself and other people on the computer. It was important that all the data and programs covering the past 10 years be saved and functional. I called CCH and asked technical support to explain how to save everything and everything was done perfectly. He did a very good job without making it seem mysterious. He basically saved my computer. Other firms had it and only made it worse. This was the only firm of the many I contacted that did a proper job.
