    Jeff was amazing! He is super smart and knows his stuff. He said my washer was dead and suggested looking on Facebook. I said I didn't have a truck to pick it up. He offered to go get it if I found one. Sure enough found one about 10 minutes away. He picked it up, installed it, ran it and hauled the old one away. I would call him again. Dryer was clogged, he got up on the roof to make sure no critters were in it. He blew out the lint, took apart the entire unit and vacuumed it out and it runs beautifully . Dishwasher was mis aligned. Unscrewed some bolts and adjusted it without having to use the parts he brought Jeff and his company will do what it takes to get it done, the most reasonable way possible. All together he was at my house for about 5 hours making sure everything is in working order. Very thorough. I'm happy they offer a TIP option when paying with card too

    Josh was very professional! He went out of his way to explain everything. He advised me it would be better to replace washer than fix it. We hit it off! I think of him as "good ol boy!" Not some fast talking salesman trying to squeeze more money out of a job!

    All About Appliances did an excellent job on my refrigerator repair. They came when they were scheduled, quickly diagnosed the problem & called to arrange an installation of the part after it arrived. The technician explained to me what to expect & what to do if the water was not flowing after the 72 hour time period recommended by GE. (call All About Appliances) In almost exactly 72 hours the water was flowing. Great job. Would definitely call again.

    Cliff was awesome. Good value on the $39 service call. Called and he came out same day, on a weekend. Showed up on time. Immediately got to work. Cliff diagnosed the problems, laid out the solutions, and started with a $150 repair. Cliff is great, I've already recommended him to a few people.

    Called up and connected directly with Cliff. He had me take a picture of the model info. He gave me a quote on labor that was very good. He called back on the price of a replacement and I gave him the go ahead. He was at my door on time checked and the ice maker did need replaced. In less then an our her was out the door for less then the quote. He did a very good job and a very good price.

    THIS GUY IS AWESOME!!! We woke up to a freezer full of thawed meat, warm refrigerator and big mess on the floor. I called Victor at 6:30 a.m. He returned my call by 7:45. He was knocking at my door by 9:30, and done by 10:00. Happy camper again! VERY professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem by phone, brought the part needed with him and go it right. Definitely adding this company to my favorites.

      On Wednesday 11/18/2015 we called Lakes Elec. And told Lateisha that our Refrigerator was not cooling.She said she could not send a service man today but promised to send the man first thing in the AM at 10:00 o'clock I will be first!

     On Thursday 11/19/2015 at 9:30 AM  the service man called and said he will be there at 4:00 to 6:00 pm.

     At 6:15 pm Chris arrived at my house  and said I needed to replace the evaporator fan motor but he would have to come back tomorrow (Friday) at 10:00 AM because he did not have the part on the truck. I gave him a check for $99.00 (Service Call)

    On Friday 11/20/2015 at 9:20 Am Lateisha called and said they could not get the part until Monday morning because they do not work on weekends.

     On Monday morning 11/23/2015 at 10:45 AM Chris arrived and installed Evaporator  fan motor. .He was finished in 20 minutes.

    I gave him a check for $152.45.


     I checked the price for the evap fan motor in central florida and it was $43.46 at  a parts store in stock on Friday. In fact three parts stores had the fan motor in stock on Friday 11/20/2015. This company does not have any regard for customer service or that I had to disgard  Milk, eggs, yogurt an other condiments into the trash. 

      I think some of this could have been prevented if he had the part on the truck. This company is very undependable and unreliable.

    He explained everything he was doing in a clear, understandable way ...even for me. Within a very short time he found the problem: a "thermal cutoff overflow thermostat", replaced it and voila ..heat! He also explained that he couldn't, at this time, tell why the part went bad but that it could be a few different issues, one of which would be very expensive and not worth fixing. Mike was a wealth of knowledge. It was obvious he's been doing this a long time and not only knows what he's doing but he leaves you with clear expectations of whether the problem could reoccur due to a more serious issue. I feel I learned a lot in the short time he was here.
    Right now my dryer is working great and I'm a happy camper. But the happiness didn't end there. I'd mentioned that I had an issue with my refrigerator, which had stopped cooling. It's been unplugged for 6 months and I've been using the fridge in the garage. Mike plugged it back in, wiped off a few things and voila again ..cold air! 6 months ago, I was told that it was a compressor and that it would cost $500 to fix it. This was not from a non-Angie's List company. Not being able to afford that, I just had it unplugged. Mike not only told me the compressor is working fine but that even if it weren't, a new compressor + labor would amount to a lot more than $500. By tomorrow I should know if it was just a temporary malfunction, possibly from the door being left open or, if it stops cooling again, a more serious problem to further evaluate.
    I purchased the $80 travel + diagnosis from Angie's List. The additional parts + labor was only $76 and came with a 90 day parts + labor guarantee. I consider this more than fair for the exceptional service I received. I'm not only glad to have my Angie's List membership but thanks to that, I'm double glad to have found Mike with The Appliance Doctor. The next time I need an appliance repairman, I know who I'm calling! I would challenge anyone to find better service. Thank you so much, Mike ..you're the best!

    He was good. The only thing I had to complain about was a little fuse that I could have gotten from the hardware store for 3 bucks and I got charged like 90 bucks for him to come out and put the fuse in. The price was a little steep. He was a nice guy.

    Before coming to the house, the provider called to ask about the make and model of the refrigerator, and arrived with the right capacitor (which happened to be the problem) for the refrigerator.  It has worked well ever since.   I was impressed with the prompt response to our call (within one hour) and the of the repair.
