AArmortech Windows & Doors IncEric and Scott replaced my ingress/egress doors and all of my windows. The doors were installed about a month earlier than the windows as they arrived at the shop earlier. Eric and Scott are very friendly and easy guys to get along with. They do good work. Brian was the salesman who walked me through everything about the window installations and explained how to choose the appropriate windows and doors. Another Brian came out and did all of the intricate measurements, even triple checking them, making sure they were correct.- Debi C.

AWestfall RoofingFrom the start to the finish we were kept informed about everything that we could expect and when it would happen. Even the people Westfall hired to haul away trailers, etc. were the best. Everyone kept our yard cleaned up and made sure neighbors yards were kept clean and free of nails, etc. This is the second time we have used Westfall and if anyone needs repairs or a new roof these are the people to call. AWestfall RoofingThe crew was here early on the appointed date. They worked professionally and diligently for the entire day. The work was completed after about 12 hours which included a complete clean up of our area and both neighbors. They use a magnet mower to pick up any stray nails. When they were finished cleaning you could never tell workers were here. They also came back to remove any tar spots that were on our pavers. I would highly recommend them.- JoAnn B.

If you can dream it, I can build it. I am a third generation carpenter, trained by my father, who was trained by his father, to always do your best. In my long working career, I have run the gauntlet in the construction industry. Everything from new houses, to remodels, to custom built-ins. I have developed a knack of "thinking outside the box" because that is where the answers lie. My focus is on quality, not on being the cheapest. Fully licensed and insured trim carpentry at your disposal.

ATom built us an awesome and useful kitchen. He saved our marriage with his professional work. We found Tom's name and skills on line, called him to first install baseboards and 4 interior doors on our 30 year old Condo. His work was so well done, that we asked him to take over the kitchen remodel. He completed the kitchen demolition down to the bare walls, built a 1/2 wall for lower cabinets, and raised the ceiling installing new sheet rock. He went with us to Home Depot to buy the supplies for raising the ceiling, insulating the outside walls, installing furring strips, and then installing new kitchen cabinets. As a result of his measurements and experience, there was little material waste. He did all the work himself, except the electrical. He worked collaboratively with our electrician and plumber. At each step in the remodel, he met with us to finalize our design based on his knowledge and 20 plus years of experience. He worked effectively and was punctual each day. We were impressed with his vast ability as a Master Craftsman to finalize our concepts into reality. We are now enjoying our modern and efficient kitchen!

ASimply stated, the entire experience went wonderfully! From the very first meeting, through the demolition, until the last tile, fixture, or piece of hardware was placed. Everyone that entered my home carried themselves with the utmost professionalism, and each showed their expertise in their work. This is my first home, and the first time for a remodel and I could not have asked for a better company to take me through this process. AOriginally I wanted to replace the 3 bottom kitchen cabinet bases, the counter-top and install an under-mount sink in my small kitchen. The project was too small for just that, so we included the top cabinets so that the upgrade was cohesive and I wouldn't have to revert to a box store install. We started planning everything with Kandi starting July 2017 and had mostly everything hashed out pretty quickly when our project was handed over (really to manage ordering, production and install dates) to a new employee. Although nice, she did not measure up to TBMW's usual standards. Due to inconsistencies between the estimates, so much so, they would not request a deposit until it was sorted. This project rolled into a later project we were doing with them so finally as 2018 was approaching, Kandi asked if I still wanted to move forward as the "new" employee hadn't managed our project properly. Kandi even apologized for not overseeing her more closely. I was so grateful to Kandi for asking, especially after all the work we and the team had put into planning, but she recognized the issues that had led to the delays. She did not complain about all the time we spent with them planning or request that we pay any type of administration fee. To me this is amazing (as I am writing this review sometime later, I have had terrible experiences with several other contractors). I ended up in August of 2018 hiring Home Depot to do just the base cabinets & counter-top to disastrous effect. So much so that HD Corporate immediately refunded 100% of my money and left me with a gutted kitchen. I found another small family owned business, K&M, that was able to knock out the job in under 2 weeks brilliantly selecting lesser quality materials and craftsmanship than that originally planned with TBMW. We then hired K&M for a 2nd job and it was a disaster. The moral of this story is that TBMW has spoiled us. Kandi & Geoff are so professional, their quoting, sketching and invoicing is so specific, updated, and finalized that there is no doubt as to the scope of work, including conditions of cancellation, permitting, subcontractor management, etc. They always seemed to care about us, managed us very well and treated us as valued customers regardless of the project budget (small or large). If I had to do it all over, I would have planned the remodel to fit into TBMW available schedule, it would have been worth it. I gave the score of C for price because it is a fair price and worth is, but because they use such high quality materials it is hard to downgrade on certain things, which again is not really a complaint :0)

AQuite well. Kevin spotted the problem. The tracks, top and bottom were different widths, so different size wheels were needed for the top. Other handymen just wanted to replace the door. I could have done that, but in a year or two I would be having the same problem.. Kevin fixed the problem.

ABeautiful work by Adriano Frazatto and his Seven Golden Floors, Inc installation team! Wood like tile from Adriano's wholesale tile company The Noble Floors was installed flawlessly with minimal 1/16" grout and you cannot visually tell the difference between this wood like tile and hardwood floors. Wood like tile blends so well with hardwood floors in our living area. We are so happy that the team took the time to meticulously install the tile, to carry away the carpeting, and to clean up all areas each day. Our floors will last forever! Excellent, five star + job!
