AArmortech Windows & Doors IncEric and Scott replaced my ingress/egress doors and all of my windows. The doors were installed about a month earlier than the windows as they arrived at the shop earlier. Eric and Scott are very friendly and easy guys to get along with. They do good work. Brian was the salesman who walked me through everything about the window installations and explained how to choose the appropriate windows and doors. Another Brian came out and did all of the intricate measurements, even triple checking them, making sure they were correct.- Debi C.

Everything was installed correctly and they even pointed out a small crack in one of the window frames so they had a new window ordered and then came back and installed the new window. BStaff was kind and considerate. Installer did a good job. However, when Mr Karoly did the estimate I told him I wanted to used my current door knobs. After installation my handles where too large to be used on the inside without scaping everyones knuckles on the other door when opening and closing. A friend of mine scraped his knuckle, it could have been more serious issue. When he did the quote it seems like he should have known the handle was too large. I had to buy a new inside handle. Thankfully I was able to find one to fit after research.

FBadly. They had to measure for the shutters four different times and came up with wrong measurements three out of four times. Project t5aht started in June is not finished on December 31. Owner claims to have instructed his crew to keep customers informed of the progress, but neither his employees nor he, himself kept us informed. Constant lies, more lies and more lies. This is the most unreliable business ever. In addition, they ruined our entry door tiles for no apparent reason and for several months failed to have it fixed. We had to do it ourselves. Worst bunch of incompetent, lazy and unreliable people. Be warned !!!
