    Westfall Roofing
Brian did a great job explaining the proposal, answering all my questions. Contract signed on 8/12 and I was notified verbally that work would begin on Wednesday 8/28. On 8/28, I received a call that work on another roof had not been completed on the previous day & my roof was delayed till the following Wednesday 9/4. On the morning of 9/4, I was notified that the crew's car had broken down & they were waiting for a tow truck work was rescheduled yet again until Thursday. My 'bad luck' continued on Thursday morning with another call stating that the crew had been unable to complete work on the previous roof because of a delay in delivery but would arrive about noon. That did happen and they did work until about 7pm. However, there was a language barrier and I was unable to communicate with the crew. Luckily, when my nephew arrived, not only does he have experience working with roofing jobs, he was also able to communicate with the crew and noted several problems: that there was no one actually supervising the work and there were quality issues that needed to be addressed. After the crew left on Thursday, we were appalled to find my property was left looking like a disaster area. There was asphalt on the lanai screen as well as the pavers and lawn; water bottles, nails and trash thrown all over, granules in the pool, even an open container of tar on the roof. Tools were left under a tarp on the front lawn which by the way, was the the only tarp used. Luckily, no one was injured by stepping on a nail or tripping over debris - including my neighbor whose property was also littered. This review will come as no surprise to Westfall as my nephew sent 21 pictures along with his observations of the work and I followed with an email as well. On Friday, Westfall did send Hector who supervised and addressed the issues. But we never did receive an explanation as to why someone from Westfall wasn't doing that supervisory work on Thursday, instead of my family member. New gutters in the front of the house included in the contract cost - completed on Wednesday, 9/11. Wind mitigation was included at no additional cost. These last 2 items and the final appearance of the roof are a 'plus', so my rating reached "C"

    Omega Roofer LLC
It went great the workers were very professional and answered all my questions. The workers didnt make a huge mess either. I was afraid from past construction I had before that my yard would be a mess. But they kept all the roofing tiles in neat piles

    The Roofing Company
After contacting a few roofing companies asking for an appointment for a roof repair estimate, The Roofing Company responded immediately, and set up an appointment. ( other companies said they would call but never did). Chris ( the owner) was on time and extremely professional. He answered all my questions and sent me an estimate. I highly recommend this company for your roofing needs. Outstanding!

    Affordable Roofing Systems Inc
I contacted several roofers in order to replace the aging asphalt shingle roof on my house with a standing seam metal roof. Affordable Roofing Systems had the best price and uses an American-made product, unlike their competitors in the area that use an imported product. There was a long lead time to get the metal ready, but that was common among all the companies I got quotes from. They have a crew that specializes in just metal installs. The install quality is impeccable. Every seam, every joint is tight and clean. The install manager was very particular about doing everything correctly, and they worked extremely hard to make sure the job they were doing would last. My house is so much cooler now with a pale colored metal roof, and now I don't have to worry about shingles blowing off in storms. I would absolutely recommend them in the future, especially for people who are interested in moving away from shingles for a more durable, long-lasting solution. My house looks great, too!

    A#1 Seamless Gutter Solutions
We started the process mid-May and finally got the job completed August 6. There were two times where we had to cancel & reschedule due to most of their crew "calling out sick". However, we spent the majority of the 2+ months (June 17 to July 15) dickering over "was there or was there not wood that needed to be replaced". We agreed to the initial estimate to replace wood but then they "discovered" more that they felt needed to be replaced and stopped work. We waited over a week for their contracted roofer to contact us and come by to look at our house. He felt we needed to pay additional to have the extra wood replaced. We had our roofer come in to assess and he felt replacing the additional wood was not something that was crucial to the gutter job. In the end, the only way that A#1 would continue with the job was for us to agree to no warranty. We needed the gutters installed and we trust our roofer's opinion so we agreed to A#1 terms and the gutters are installed. They do look nice and do the job.

    Ridge Pro Roofing
I found Ridge Pro when they were replacing my neighbor's home. Doug came out and went over everything with me and even showed me the shingles they would be using. My neighbor was extremely happy with their experience and the work look great, so I hired them for the work. They came out about 2 weeks after signing the paperwork and had my roof done in 2 days just as Doug said they would. I'm very happy with the work and my experience with Ridge Pro.

    Kennedy Construction Groups LLC
I received 2 estimates for a roof leak. Bob Stephens og KCG came out to provide the estimate. He did not get on the roof or go into the attic & quoted $1,500 to repair the roof leak. The 1st contractor did go into the attic & onto the roof & quoted $3,000. I wanted to go with the more expensive quote but the home warranty would not cover it. After dealing with the warranty company I decided to go with KCG but the quote expired & I scheduled Bob to come back out. The scheduled time was 2-4p. At 4:05p I called to see when I could expect Bob. The receptionist stated that Bob was delayed at his previous stop & would call me in an hour to let me know when he would arrive. I said to cancel the whole repair. Bob immediately called & stated that KCG would honor the previous quote. I accepted the $1,500 quote & submitted this to the warranty company which was approved. After the repair was complete I checked the attic during a storm & the roof was leaking in the exact same spot prior to the repair. I called KCG & they stated that there are additional leaks that need repaired for additional cost. I complained that these additional leaks should have been included in the original quote (which I assume is what the other contractors quote included & is why the quote was higher). I explained that the warranty company is very difficult & now I have to submit a claim for the same leak. KCG stated that they will help deal with the warranty company. So I scheduled someone to come out to provide a second quote to submit to the warranty company. The scheduled time was 9-11a. At 10:30a I called KCG to get an update on when I can expect the technician since I previously had an issue with timeliness. The receptionist said she would call the tech & call me back with an update. At 11:05a I did not hear back so I called KCG again. I was informed that the technician called out sick & that I need to reschedule the appointment. I complained that if I did not call about an update I would never have known that the tech was not coming & this is the 2nd time this has happened. KCG said that they cannot control when people get sick & that the roofing industry is busy & that people cant always be on time.

    Arry's Roofing Services
I will highly recommend Arry's Roofing. The Roof repair was through GAF Golden Warranty, However, the fascia removal and install was additional work I needed done. They were prompt in coming out, surveying what needed to be done and gave me a very reasonable price. Their crew especially Jorge was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had regarding the project. They followed up with me to see that I was satisfied with their work. You can't go wrong when you choose Arry's. I would also recommend receiving their informational emails.

The Job went very well. They stand by their "repace all rotten" wood policy. Eddie the owner kept me abreast of all that was being done and even sent me pictures as the project continued through completion. They did a great job tying the flat roof to the single roof system. I might add that they did a much better job than the roofers that replaced both the shingle and flat roofs. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs flat roof repair/replacement

    Sander and sons roofing llc
Sanders and Sons roofing LLC did a great job. The crew was very professional, friendly, picked up around our house and also took a magnet through our grass areas to pick up all the nails. If we ever move and we need another roof theyll be the the company well call.
