The staff and just everyone is fabulous, friendly, and professional. They helped us find an office at my friend's university town so he can continue to get his injections there. They have been very helpful.

Whenever I'm not feeling well, possibly with sinus infection or lung issues, the staff always gets me in to see Melissa within 24 hours of my call. Melissa is very knowledgable as well and is especially careful not to overdue it with antibiotics if they aren't needed and using the same ones repeatedly. They let you know upfront it could be 3-5 years before the shots work as well as possible since you have to build up immunity in your system in small increments. I know they're working because they re-did the pin p**** tests at the 3 year mark and all of my original high allergens have decreased to minimal irritation. I,ve developed new high allergens due to tree pollens near my new home in the northern part of the county, but Dr Phillip reworked the shot formulas and they're working already! I highly recommend him, Melissa and his entire staff. Now that I go to their satellite office in Palm Harbor, it's more convenient to where I live now and I got to keep the doctor and staff I'm comfortable with after all.

They are self contained, it's like a little Mayo Clinic. They do everything from Cardiovascular, General Physicals, Neurology and more, its all under one roof.
They are prompt, will take you right in, and they are very friendly. Often times you will see a Generalist and he may refer you to a Specialist within their complex. So far I am pleased.

He is good. He has a sense of humor that is important to me. It's not important to anyone, but it's important to me. He's good, and he's honest. He's available to people who live around the area. His staff are excellent.

I developed asthma in my early 40's.  I started going to Dr. Phillips when referred by my primary care physician seven plus years ago.  Initially I was put on inhalers and antihistamines.  As I developed migraine headaches that left me basically bed ridden one summer, I was put on shots.  The end result is that I am migraine free!  Appointments are prompt 98% of the time, shots are given by Barb who keeps the line moving, Heather is as sweet as can be, and Dr. Phillips is constantly attending seminars and conferences learning the newest advancements.  (Prescription eye drops in my nose is my favorite.)  Hands down Dr. Phillips is the best.  I love his PA Mellisa too.

In contrast, I had taken my son to another allergist five years ago mainly for their availability on Wednesdays for shots.  Surprisingly to me at least, this allergist is an Eastlake area favorite.  My son after nearly three years of shots was just as miserable as when he started.  I have since learned that  unlike Dr. Phillips, this office will only give shots in the 1/100 concentration.  Dr. Phillips gives the 1/10 concentration which I can attest to having wonderful results.  I too did not improve until I had my dosage increased to the 1/10 level.  Also the other office only gives tree "mix" in the serums, because they don't test for individual trees!  Dr. Phillips splits out all the trees and only treats you for the ones you are allergic to.  Apparently, you can only have so much serum put into your arm.  So you better not be filling up your shot volume with tree "mix" and grass "mix", but instead the actual trees and actual grasses you are allergic to.   You will not be disappointed if you see Dr. Phillips.  I feel so much better now.

I have been to both the Clearwater office and the Palm Harbor offices.  They do need updated.

Dr. Levoir and every MD in that group takes their time with each patient. You may have to wait a little in the office but that is because the doctors are taking time with each patient.
