  • Phil and his team saved us big time. We unfortunately came home to a broken water line (to our washing machine) and standing water in a majority of our home. We called Philip White for his water mitigation services, and he arrived just ONE HOUR after we called on a SUNDAY! He assured us that as bad as it was, he knew exactly what to do and that it would be okay. Phil and his team were extremely thorough taking before and after pictures with his FLIR camera. This was particularly important since the pictures would later on be used to show/prove the water damage in the cabinets and drywall to the insurance adjuster. Phil was eager to explain everything they were doing. He set up a number of fans and dehumidifiers to prevent further damage (we were worried most about mildew/mold). He left the equipment for several days, and came back daily to ensure everything was dry before removing the equipment. Phil was great through this entire process, and was always willing to answer questions and even help send information to my insurance company as needed, even after the job was complete. I would absolutely call these guys again if I find myself in this unfortunate situation again, and recommend you do the same.

  • Total Home Roofing did show for the appointment.  Sent their consultant Chris to look at our leak and flat roof.  I told him we did have other roofing companies give us quotes but we wanted a larger more reputable company (so we thought) to do the job.  Chris asked numerous times about what the other companies told us which I thought was strange.  I wanted his professional opinion without him knowing what others had told us.  He didn't seem very confident in what needed to be done or how it was going to happen.  Took a couple pictures only and left, telling me he was going to show the pictures and discuss with the supervisor.  That was the last I heard of Chris.

Just about two weeks later, decided to give him a call to see the status of our estimate.  He told me the supervisor was supposed to give me a call back but that obviously didn't happen.  Then he proceeded to tell me that they did not want to do the work for us.  Even though they are general contractors, they were not interested in this job and would have to charge me too much money to do it because they are so busy right now with other roof jobs.  I couldn't believe it.  We have wasted two weeks with this major leak and they literally decided that they don't want our business because they are unsure of how to handle the balcony situation, even though they are general contractors.  So there you have it.  Moving along to another company who is more confident in their abilities!  Next time, call a client back, it is common courtesy.

  • Bob Burkhart did an outstanding job repairing our home after a water leak.  He is friendly, professional and very competent in performing drywall repair and finish carpentry. We would not hesitate to recommend him to our friends and neighbors.

  • I hired 3-D Restoration to mitigate water damage after a bathroom pipe burst and soaked the drywall and laminate floors in a bedroom. Not only was Danny able to come to my house on a Sunday, but he got there within an hour after I called. He spent several hours removing all the floor, the bathroom vanity, molding, and some of the drywall. He was very thorough in inspecting for damage and checking for moisture in the walls. After four days with five dehumidifiers, the walls were finally dry. He even enclosed the area in plastic to help facilitate the drying and prevent drywall dust from spreading to the rest of the house. Although the final cost was a little more than the original quote, due to the need for additional drying time, I was very happy that he was able to save most of the drywall. He also worked directly with my insurance company and we received a payment from them quickly and
without any problems. Although my main concern is that the job was done well, there are a few other reasons why I liked working with Danny at 3-D. He responded to my emergency immediately, he checked on the progress every day, he made every effort for an efficient treatment, and he was excellent about keeping in touch with me through the process. I hope that I don?t have another
pipe burst, but if I do, I will hire him again. Thank you Danny and Diane for being a pleasure to work with.

  • The sent in 2 young men who as soon as their boss left they went to the truck until 10 am. They pretended to clean until 11:30 and then went to lunch for almost 2 hours. They left at 3pm and the house was actually dirtier than when they came. They did not wash anything at all. I even took pics of the drink cans they left on top of our furniture.
They were suppose to be using a special cleaning product to wash all the walls, cabinets, windows, blinds, furniture and so on. They used fabulouso, murphys oil soap, swiffers and never even made a bucket with fresh water to add the cleaner to the bucket and wash with their rags. Nope they did none of that at all, nothing. They brought in those machine only 3 of them and they were in the house less than 24 hours which did absolutely no good b/c they need to be in the home much longer.
Best advice do not ever hire this company. We ended up having to pay out of our pockets for all the cleaning and that cost us $2,500. They did everything that you were suppose to do.

  • It could not have gone better. They wrote up a detailed estimate explaining the fees in fine detail. WE wanted to hire them 100% bc they are so professional and they answered every question we asked of them for a few weeks. Definitely hire them they are honest, reliable, courteous, kind and explain everything you will need to know to make a sound decision. We play on using them any time in our future. You would be lucky to have a company like this to help you with any of your needs. Thanks for Excellent advice that went above and beyond our expectations. Even when our landlord choose another company against our better judgement Servpro allowed us to call them anytime for advice which we did several times. We so appreciated this companies honestly and values. We appreciate all of you and would definitely use them again in any capacity we can think of. Everyone should hire them b/c their values are excellent and they are not out there just for the money they actually feel everyone should get a fair deal and their Honesty and integrity were the best of the best. Thanks again!!

  • They were here for about 3 days and showed me the progress each day. I could see with their meters the water that was coming out of the carpets. I was amazed at how the humidifier thing could work so well. Each day they came to look at progress, up date us and make sure everything was drying out. They were very professional and cleaned up all their mess when they finished. I was very pleased with the results and would recommend Like New for any water damage you might have.

  • Tried talking to John Burket about the problems and said it was between us.  Well if they are not there to guarantee their sub contractors work and reputation then why are they hiring them out on innocent customers.  I'm owed over 1000.00 on several jobs and was physically threatened over and over by Mark Tolla of M D Custom painting services Inc (Which by the way is not and Inc at all).  They forced me to put liens on innoncent home owners and that's not fair to them.  I've sent out my notice to owners and am filing the liens this next week.  I feel so bad for having to do this.  I really liked the home owners.
