    D'TAILS PET BOUTIQUE & SPA
I have an excellent. An absolutely excellent dog grooming service. They are wonderful wonderful people. They have taken care of my dog when I was on vacation, or in the hospital recently. If you have the grooming service and you schedule another service while you are there they give you a 15% discount. They are wonderful.

The last time he had stayed because the lady who owns the place when I am away she takes him to her home and then I found out she lives in my community. So, I said to her I know where you live I am coming to your house. She started laughing.

They are excellent, they have been around a long time. They are very very very caring. Interestingly enough they use the same veterinarian that I do. They absolutely get an A all the way down. Professionalism is an A+. I would of course use them in the future.

They are expensive. For the big dog, the cost is about $70. I think they are pricey. My big guy is really big and so, I don't want to do it myself. They are quick. They workers are very good. One of the reasons I don't bother to try to find somebody else is because they all know Jake and they treat him well. They could bring down their prices. I would take Jake to get groomed more often but it is a tad too pricey. They do everything, they brush his teeth, cut his nails. He is a Japanese akita and so they spend extra time with him.

I have an 18 1/2 year old cat that was extremely matted.  Aussie sent Amber to help me.  Amber was AWESOME!  She was able to get my cat cleared of all mats.  She was very considerate and compassionate with my cat.  Aussie is a little pricey but I felt it was worth the extra to have them come to my home and avoid the stress of putting my cat in a carrier and in the car.  I would definitely recommend Amber's services to any cat owner.  In fact, I made a follow up appointment with Amber before she left!

The staff is excellent. Our dog was well cared for by people who have great compassion for the animals that they care for. When we picked up our dog he as very relaxed and gave the appearance that he enjoyed his boarding experience. He had been given a bath and his fur was fluffier than when we dropped him off for boarding.

    As the Tail Wags
It was horrible!!!! The owner said that she could remove the stickers from my pets hair and I waited while she was doing it. While my dog was in a harness she held my dog up by his facial hair and continued to yank while he yelped in pain. I literally put my hands on her arm to try to make her stop and she still continued, even after begging her over and over to stop! I left shaking! I will never go to her again. BEWARE!!!
I also have a friend that took her dog there and eventually has to stop because her do would poop and cry as soon as he walked in the door.

    TUSCAWILLA OAKS ANIMAL HOSPITAL
I took my 3yr. old Goldendoodle to this vet because we had just moved and they were the closest to our home. The good news, the doctor was very friendly and compassionate towards my dog. The bad news, he was the only one. The staff and nurses/vet assistants were very unprofessional and annoyed by my dog. My dog is hyper when he meets new people. He doesn't bark nor is he aggressive. He wants to greet and be petted by everyone he meets or give them a kiss on the face. I understand this is not the best social behavior because not everyone loves dogs but if you work in a Vet's office as a nurse or assistant, you should not show disgust for any animal or put your hands up as if you don't want to touch him. Furthermore, the person who took my dog back to get his vaccines was irritated at him for pulling. She raised her voice to him out of frustration. Again, I understand some dogs are difficult but considering the career path these people have chosen, one would expect better service and friendlier people. Essentially, they do not show much care or concern for your pet. I got the feeling we were more of a nuisance than a welcomed customer.

Feelin' Groomy Pet Salon & Self Serve Pet Wash
I called the telephone number and someone actually answered --rather than reaching voicemail. She told me to come over and she would work me in. When I arrived with my Malinois, she took us back immediately. She actually got the nails trimmed, anal glands expressed, my dog bathed and blow dried --all within one hour! I could not ask for better service!

Feelin' Groomy Pet Salon & Self Serve Pet Wash
I have used Feeling Groomy for approximately the last year and had been very satisified every time. Dorien is wonderful and does a great job on my mixed breed dog who most closely resembles a golden retriever. I really appreciate the time Dorien takes to go over my specific likes and preferences.

    Wags To Riches
I dropped pets off in the morning and picked them up around 3 p.m. that day. Dogs looked amazing and were happy and calm when I picked them up. They were glad to see me, but didn't rush to get out like at other places I've been. (I prefer using small shops because of personal service and to support small businesses.)
The price was what I expected. I always want it to be less, but the groomer is a master groomer and it shows. (I tipped $10) My dogs' hair is thick and curly and straight and crazy... very pleased with this shop and will continue to bring my pets here.
