    Pawfection Dog Training, LLC
In december of 2016 Darryl came to our house to help us deal with a rowdy 3 month old puppy. In a little over an hour, my husband and I gained more "dog knowledge" than we've ever known. We learned how dog learn and that we were contributing to her poor behavior. We were offered the chance to "come and see" the saturday obedience and agility course in Winter Springs. We have now been with Pawfection for over 2 years!! We love the trainers and how they focus on the positive rather than the negative! We now have an amazing, well-behaved 2 1/2 year old GREAT dog thanks to Pawfection and the amazing trainers!

Pawfection dog training has been wonderful for my puppy. It gives him socialization with other puppies, as well as, helps to build trust between my dog and me. The practice recall they do gives me comfort in that if my dog ever escaped he would come back when called. If you ever have a question just ask, they give very good advise on any puppy question! We will continue training with Pawfection!

Daryll showed up on time and was polite, professional and AMAZING with my yellow lab Bentley. I have owned labs my entire life and have never had any other breed. I honestly thought that I could train Bentley myself, so after having him less than a year, I have lost three couches, a mattress and several rugs, shoes, you name it. Daryll spent about 45 minutes to and hour teaching my son and I the tricks we need to keep Bentley busy while we are not home. He also trained Bentley not to jump, bark, and how to walk nicely on a leash. I spent about 200 dollars with another trainer, who BIT my dog, BARKED at my dog, and snapped at my five year old son. I would recommend Pawfection to ANYONE who has a dog and thinks they can train it themselves. I am amazed at the complete 180 Bentley has made and can NOT wait to be able to invite people into my home again! We had a visitor yesterday and Bentley didn't run to the door, he didn't bark, he didn't jump on them.....it was a sight to see I tell you! This guy is AMAZING!

First Impression: Darryl was a little bit late, but sent me a text to let me know, so no big deal. He went through the PowerPoint and listened to our concerns. We started with correction at the door, and bark correction, and finished with leash walking. Better behavior at the door, leash walking, and barking have all improved with the tools he gave us. Great. Although most of this was simply encouraging us to spend money on certain items such as specific collars and canned air to correct behaviors. The main reason we wanted training was to help with newly developed aggression from our bigger dog towards the little dog. We have had both dogs for 3 years together since both were puppies. They get along great, and are crate trained together; they sleep the night in the crate together. Food and water bowls have always been side by side and never had issues. Recently they got into a fight over a bone that ended with a laceration on smaller dog's ear. The "training" for the dog aggression was to essentially keep them separated if there are toys or bones present. Ok fine. Since this training day, the big dog has been aggressive to the little dog 2-3 times with no bones or toys present. This is a new behavior that has never happened before. I don't blame Pawfection for not helping to solve that because it is a new issue. What I am unhappy about is the followup. When Darryl left, he said to text him at his number if there were any issues. After the second unprovoked act of aggression I did text him, asking when I could speak to him. He never responded. So after spending hundreds of dollars, the main issue is not resolved and Pawfection disappeared. Then my wife took to the trainer's Facebook group seeking guidance. During our lesson we mentioned that the little dog eats quickly and the bigger dog will graze throughout the day. He mentioned getting a "Green Feeder" to slow down the smaller dogs eating. Unfortunately, when we tried to feed the dog in the new bowl, the larger dog exhibited aggression. Darryl's response seemed dismissive and even contradicted things he actually said in our home. In his response he stated that we should have purchased two "Green Feeders" as he suggested (which he didn't) and that he said we should have kept them separated while they eat (which he didn't). Our dogs have never in 3 years expressed food aggression until the food was in the green feeder, which is fine because it is perceived as a toy. The issue is he never told us we needed to purchase two of them or to separate them because we never had issues with feeding and it was not something that was discussed. He even left us a receipt which indicates the products he suggests purchasing and only the special collars are marked. When addressing our concerns that there have been unprovoked instances of aggression, his response was "there is always a trigger". Let me set the scene, the small dog was laying on the floor and the larger dog walked by and starting growling, lunging and snapping, and that is what we mean when we say unprovoked aggression. It is possible that he is thinking of a different client and maybe doesn't remember our specific session, but when you spend $350 on a two hour session that lasts less than two hours, and you have unresolved issues, it seems like a follow up phone call or text message is not too much to ask. Overall Darryl was pleasant and informative during the lesson, but at this point it feels like it was mostly a product endorsement session and when issues arose after the lesson he did not respond until our concerns were posted in a public forum.

Darryl began out home visit without our dogs present! Before meeting them he wanted to hear our concerns, learn what we have tried to do to correct the problem behaviors and get some background information on their personalities. He listened patiently as we spoke and thoroughly answered every question we had - we had many! He then talked to us about their nutrition, educated us on pack behavior and recommended specific toys/games to stimulate their mind and prevent boredom. Afterwards, we introduced him to our dogs one at a time and then together. He worked with them on the issues we identified: jumping and barking at people when they came to our door and pulling us all over on walks (we have large dogs so this was a big problem!) These problems were solved while he was here and they have not returned. Darryl was with us for 3 hours and what most impressed us was he did not advocate violence or domination to get our dogs to change their ways. We now feel we have the tools to handle any issues that may arise with them in the future. His visit was invaluable in so many ways :)

    TUSCAWILLA ANIMAL HOSPITAL
Her jaw was broken when the vet extracted a loose canine tooth. The vet offered no treatment or follow up for the injury.. The next day I took her to Gainesville to the veterinarian college for evaluation. X-rays were done and she was put in a soft muzzle she had to wear 24/7 for a few months...even while eating...and her diet was changed to soft food. She took meds for discomfort and I made several follow up trips during her treatment. At one point my husband and I met with the vet who did the extraction and asked what would he have done differently in retrospect. He said he would do nothing differently, which said volumes about his abilities. I discussed the cost his treatment had caused and he ignored the issue. The dental was approximately $300+. Treatment for the broken jaw was over $700. I fired them and have been extremely vocal about this clinic and the substandard treatment and follow up care for the injury they caused.

I had the worst experience ever! Tara promised me verbally and through a written contract that her and I both signed that if my dog wasn't trained as she promised that she would give me a full refund by giving my money back. BIG MISTAKE EVER! My dog isn't trained and Tara didn't continue the dog training because she had some outside personal guy friend issues going on. So in the meantime she continued to cancel meeting with me one on one to train my dog at my home with numerous lies and excuses that she gave me from one day she had the flu, one day she had food poisoning, one day she stepped on her phone cord so she couldn't walk, another day she didn't have a ride to come to my home and the list goes on with excuses. I would NEVER recommend this dog training company to anyone! Especially since Tara isn't licensed to be a dog trainer in casselberry. She is running a business and she isn't even registered with the City of Casselberry. So now I'm out of my money that she has promised numerous times by telling me that the bank mailed me a check and now after she ran out of lies she said she refunded me the money and she has the receipt but the funny thing is I don't even have a receipt from Tara. Anyways buyers please beware! I'm upset and I'm disappointed that I got played!

I have an excellent. An absolutely excellent dog grooming service. They are wonderful wonderful people. They have taken care of my dog when I was on vacation, or in the hospital recently. If you have the grooming service and you schedule another service while you are there they give you a 15% discount. They are wonderful.

The last time he had stayed because the lady who owns the place when I am away she takes him to her home and then I found out she lives in my community. So, I said to her I know where you live I am coming to your house. She started laughing.

They are excellent, they have been around a long time. They are very very very caring. Interestingly enough they use the same veterinarian that I do. They absolutely get an A all the way down. Professionalism is an A+. I would of course use them in the future.

He goes in regularly. Usually they go once a year I bring him in more often. The vets name is Dr.Edward Griffith. Very reasonable, very reasonable. If its an older pet he takes it very seriously if it gains weight. He kept me there 20 minutes because my pet Samual had gained weight and he was very depressed. He has taken care of my dog for years. Absolutely A's all the way down the line. He really goes out of his way. There have been situations that were urgent and I am so surprised. When a person is alone and all they have is their pets, he has really taken good care. I am very loyal, and he keeps me well.

They are expensive. For the big dog, the cost is about $70. I think they are pricey. My big guy is really big and so, I don't want to do it myself. They are quick. They workers are very good. One of the reasons I don't bother to try to find somebody else is because they all know Jake and they treat him well. They could bring down their prices. I would take Jake to get groomed more often but it is a tad too pricey. They do everything, they brush his teeth, cut his nails. He is a Japanese akita and so they spend extra time with him.
