    It did NOT. I spoke with the owner as well as emails. Finally was told Dora would come today at 9:00 a.m. I had said not to bring any equipment or products. She came at 9:05 loaded down with things so I told her to just leave them on the porch rather than take the time to reload her car when time is awasting. She began to drag them in anyway so I asked her if she speaks english; she said no so I said no and waved her out. When I called the service I was told she can speak enough english to understand me and do her job. Well it's odd she didn't understand to leave her things on the porch! I told them never mind and hung up. I am so tired of dealing with incompetent people I could scream!!!

    The ladies were punctual, efficient, and polite. They did an exceptional job! There was some initial confusion about special items i had requested that were not planned for by the crew but one call to the office straightened it out and these items will be addressed on the next visit. I plan to use Cleaning by Jenny monthly to keep my house looking as wonderful as it does now.

    Wow. We used this service a few months ago and were pleased. Even more pleased this time! I originally chose Busy Bee because they did not seem cookie cutter. Cleaning without skilled extensive decluttering would do me no good. Unlike some chains, they seemed open to combining organization with cleaning. That's exactly what I needed. I wish I had pics, my place was a disaster before each visit. I had areas in my home where mold, clutter, moisture, dust, hair spray and sprinkles of cosmetics made a grime that got in nooks and crannies. They had to completely remove objects (perfume bottles for example), wipe down the objects, deep clean the surfaces around the objects and then reorganize the whole area so it was not the jumble they started with. There is no way they could have faked or cut corners to achieve the clean final result. What I also liked was that they were good listeners. We told them about things in the house that are broken (the blinds) and not to touch them because they were on the verge of collapse. (the blinds, not the cleaners). We also told them not to touch our collectibles. They followed directions and yet intuitively did chores that we forgot to mention on the to do list we provided. They had discretion. They came with reduced crew due this time. There was only the lead house keeper and her partner. (I forget the partner's name) The partner worked really well in synergy with her team lead. She put a lot of energy and focus into her tasks. She and the Bus Bee crew are going to be our Go To helpers when we move to Clearwater. I think they do services out on the Gulf coast as well as central Florida. We will use them again. Thanks guys for your help. Keep up the good work!

    Amazing, As usual. I have known and used Barbara for my cleaning services since March 2017. I will continue to do so as she is a pleasure to work with. I work long hours and have a family of two. At times it can be difficult for me to take the time and thoroughly clean and maintained my house. Barbara comes over once a month and ensures that my house is thoroughly clean and mantained. Barbara is a professional and I highly recommend her services.

    Let me just start by saying we put out some feelers through angieslist stating that we needed a deep clean for our new home before the movers arrived the next morning. Maureen was the ONLY ONE to respond to our request for help! She called promptly and came out the SAME DAY working from 630pm until 11pm to make sure that she got everything that we needed done. She and her son arrived exactly when they said they would and they both were so friendly. Our home was pretty nasty when we got the keys but after Maureen was there only a few hours it shined, making our move in transition so much easier. We are so grateful that she was willing to work with us so last minute and she had such a great attitude. Thank you Maureen! We definitely recommend her services and will be calling her in the future.

    I work at a local store as a beauty advisor. That means I come home exhausted after being on my feet all day. At home I have trouble focusing on housework. I get scattered and indecisive on where to start. I have a toy poodle named Belle and frankly I'd rather be cuddling her as opposed to cleaning toilets. This is why I researched cleaning help. I picked this service because I saw that they help hoarders and seem to take a more custom approach to how the employer wants things done. Other corporate cleaners seemed to have a set plan and I wanted to have help in certain areas. For example, I wanted time spent on degriming surfaces, so asked them skip kitchen cabinet cleaning so attention could be elsewhere. Imagine 7 big laundry baskets full of books to overflowing. Now add piles of clothes, a ramshackle linen and bedroom closet and lots of odds and ends lying around. That was what the team lead (Casey) had to deal with yesterday. She made a messy, chaotic area that was beyond my organizing capabilities, into a home. I think being homemaker is part of her identity, which is how she provided such attention to detail. For example, she took scattered knick-knacks and arranged them artfully. I was really touched. As a person in the sales world, I can read people. This lady really cares. The other lady who did a lot of degriming made my hard water and seriously nasty, soap scum encrusted faucets etc shine. The tub was a disaster. I use lots of emollient hair products in there so she really had to work at removal. The chandelier in the front room had 7 years of dust on it - she made it shine. I would tell anyone to use these folks. Do write down a list of the most important items you want cleaned if you are not there to provide direction now and then. I spent the time on my patio but I popped in occasionally to remind them of key areas I wanted addressed. Go to the team lead Casey with concerns. She and the manager in charge made a generous price adjustment in my favor when I felt one area in the house received less attention. Be fair to them and they will be fair to you. These folks are doing really hard work that I/we don't want to do, so communicate your concerns and have realistic expectations. Many thanks to THe Busy Bee crew!

    Charlie and Angie are great! From the start their quotes were reasonable, they showed up when they said they would be there, cleaned up thoroughly and did quality work. When something was in doubt they asked questions to clarify and always went the extra mile to make sure everything was done right. We had 3 walls removed (about 30 linear feet), removed a drop ceiling and then redid the drywall for the ceiling and the areas where the walls were removed. We also removed flooring from about 1400+ square feet of flooring. We are currently waiting on new flooring to arrive and will be calling C&A again for the install. Highly recommended without reservation.

    We have been using this cleaning service for over a year now and are extremely pleased with their work. All the ladies are professional and thorough and seem very happy working for Jenny. I have a lot of dogs, but the house sparkles after the crew has swept through! Anywhere from 2-4 women show up each week, which includes a team leader who always remains the same. Mannu has been our team leader from the beginning and is awesome! We have come to grow very fond of her and love that she never leaves without making sure the floors and bathrooms are spotless. The quality of the cleaning has been consistently outstanding. I also appreciate that the office is willing to work around the occasional scheduling conflict.

    It was a hassle getting them scheduled. When they got there, it wasn't a deep clean. It was a surface clean. Their definition of deep clean and my definition of deep clean are two different things. It was not impressive. Plus, they weren't particularly pleasant, and I was given grief, well you didn't tell us you had cats. We have two cats. I didn't think it was necessary to report on the demographics of my house hold. They didn't do things that I ask to. Deep cleaning to me is you got to clean and wipe down the doors. You got to wipe the baseboards. I asked them to do stuff and some of it they just didn't follow through on so I was not particularly thrilled with them. I said I don' really believe this is a deep clean and she said well if you wanted other things done it all extra. I said deep cleaning is not just cleaning my refrigerator and my oven. I told them I didn't need them to clean my oven because my oven is clean, its like brand new. I told them don't clean the oven. I said rather than cleaning the oven this is what I want you to do. It was a lot of attitude. You try to call them and you get a voice mail and they want you to do everything via email and I don't operate that way. Two people, three hours because they said no six hours for one person and three hours for two.

    I called twice, and nobody called me back. I try to call everybody back, no matter how busy I am. 

    I thought that was pretty lousy. I think they need to follow up and work on their responsiveness.
