    My Handy Craftsman Inc
This is the only company we will use in the future for our home updates. The team was a reliable and conscientious group of professionals. The owner arrived several times during the project to determine the quality of work and our satisfaction. We benefited from their expertise and ideas as the project progressed. The new build-out, the tile work, the painting, electrical and plumbing was all completed without issue.

Mr. Handyman serving Debary, Lake Mary, and Winter Springs
The job went great! To begin with, the tech showed up and was on time and went to work immediately. Midway through the work, I mentioned I would like to screen my gutters in the future. Without hesitation, the tech added it to the job and completed the whole project by the end of the day. Excellent job and fair prices.....

    Jeremy Farris Handymen
Jeremy was excellent!! He came right away to estimate my job and wrote everything down in detail. He worked with me on a plan to get everything done and was able to complete all work in one day. When a minor issue came up with one of the repairs, I contacted him and he came the next day and fixed it with no problem. Jeremy also came back again a couple of weeks later to do some more minor repairs. Again he was prompt and quick to do the work. He has a wonderful assistant, Brittney and they work well together!! I would highly recommend Jeremy and Brittney as team for any handyman work around the house!

Mr. Handyman serving Debary, Lake Mary, and Winter Springs
Chad responded quickly to my website request for service and we arranged for Johnny to come out the next day at 9:00. Johnny rang my bell promptly at 9, looked over the work with me, made some recommendations and went out for needed materials. He worked steadily all day to finish the project. He had a great suggestion for an alternate material for the window trim and it looks great. He cleaned up completely. He was competent and professional and a nice guy, too.

    Paris Handyman Connections
Dave is a very skilled, detailed-oriented and dependable Handyman. We quickly learn to trust him and let him drive the project. I wanted to remove a hallway closet and replace it with a built-in bookshelf, remove popcorn ceiling and replace it with knock-down look; my Wife also wanted to give the kitchen a face lift with a new countertop, backsplash and new appliances. Dave came on time on the day of our appointment and advised us on the best way to move forward with the project. He is very respectful and courteous. He is busy but he will not jump from job to job. Once he starts your project, he will not jump to another one until he is done with yours. we patiently waited for him and his was time well spent; The project went like a breeze. Dave considers our inputs seriously and takes the time to explain the impact of each scenario. He is not the cheapest handyman on the block and you are not going to break the bank. I find his pricing very reasonable. His professionalism warrants every dollar. I would recommend Dave to anyone who wants a job well done in a reasonable time.

All Time Services Design & Construction
We were very happy with the interior work performed by All Time Services. So much so that we retained Jose as our General Contractor on some other projects we wanted done. One of these was a re-roof on the rear of the house. He suggested a man he uses for roofing so that's who we went with. I thought everything was done well until recently when we went to have a new super gutter installed on our screened enclosure around the pool. We then discovered that the roofers had not done what we had requested by replacing all damaged/water damaged wood. We paid quite a substantial upcharge to make sure this was taken care of since we knew it was an issue. Jose never showed up during the entire process to monitor the project. I called Jose to see if he could come and meet the gutter people with me since he had agreed to do the soffit after this was completed. He couldn't make it because of a doctors appointment. Once the gutter people got here and we discovered the issues that weren't resolved with the roofers, I called Jose again. He was very short with me and told me these people were trying to take advantage of me. I knew this wasn't true because they told me exactly what the issues were and were only trying to make his job easier when installing the soffit. We had All Time Services lined up to do many more jobs for us. Some are still scheduled because we have already given him a deposit. We will not be using his services going forward. I felt like since it smaller projects that we are doing, he no longer had an interest in our home. All Time Services does not have employees and relies solely on independent contractors. If you hire them, you are only hiring a general contractor to oversee the project. Jose will get in there and do a few things but 90% of what we've had done was performed by subs. My recommendation is that if you need some interior remodeling done, All Time Services has great prices and does a good job. I would not recommend them for anything other than that though.

Mr. Handyman serving Debary, Lake Mary, and Winter Springs
I called Chad at Mr Handyman this past Saturday to see if someone could reverse our existing folding attic stairway. I made an appointment for the following Tuesday morning.  Johnny was the employee who came to our house to do the job.  He drove a van well marked with the Mr Handyman logo.  The job took Johnny two hours to complete.  He cleaned up loose debris and repainted the stairway roof panel.  We are very happy with the results and would contact Mr Handyman in the future if needed.

    Total Home Roofing

On May 2015 I met with A.J. to talk about the estimate he just made and he was very accurate and to the point.  He explained me what materials are going to be use.

On June 17, 2015 at around 6:30 am Total Home Roofing show up at the house and start working, I met with Julio Garcia, Production Supervisor and he explained me what was going to happen.

During the day he calls me and tell me that everything was ok, and that they  where able to finish the job in one day, sure it was, I get home after work and my house had a new roof. They clean very good after they finish. Very professional, I highly recommend this company.

    Total Home Roofing

Total Home Roofing was professional from start to finish.  Our initial face-to-face contact was with Alex Norris.  Alex was professional, personable, and very responsive.  He provided the initial and final quotations very quickly.  The job began approximately three weeks after I signed the contract.

I was told by the office that a dumpster would be placed in our driveway as early as 6:30 AM on a Monday morning and you could almost set your watch by when he arrived.  The crew arrived about an hour later.  Every worker was very courteous.  Our project supervisor was Julio Garcia.  Julio is a busy man but he nonetheless was always responsive, even when I sometimes had to call him while he was still home very early in the morning or in the evening.

And right when you'd least want it to rain, when the roof was most exposed, guess what?  It rained, not a little rain but a LOT of rain that went on for maybe 12 hours, like a deluge at times.  I came home that evening and saw that we had a leak.  This was when things were all undone, there were no shingles yet.  I called Julio that evening and he was here at the crack of dawn.  He assured me that the ceiling would be fixed and it was.  I was soon contacted by a drywall company that was willing to come out at 7:30 AM and they did an excellent job.  Hey, stuff happens.  Julio said they'd make it right and it was, without delay.

Eight sheets of plywood were needed to replace damaged decking from prior leaks with the old roof, mostly in the valleys.  We had had a fair amount of damage done by squirrels to our 2 x 6 rough-cut cedar fascia.  Julio found the matching wood and I was very pleased, even impressed, with the carpentry work the crew did.I also thought the charges for the extra work done was fair and reasonable.

With rain knocking them off the job for about a day or so, they still got the job done by late Friday.  Every day they went around the entire house picking up debris, especially any nails.  It has been a couple of weeks, and we've had no tires punctured by stray nails.

The Friday after the job was done, a very courteous person came out to do a Wind Mitigation Inspection.  This service was included in the contract.  Before that week-end was over, he had emailed me his report, including a bunch of photo's that I was able to send on to my insurance agent, who told me that I'm going be saving about 35%, over $1,000, on my homeowners insurance.  (Mind you, we had a 26 year-old, albeit tile, roof.  I learned that insurers don't like roofs over 25 years old.)  By the way, I went with the peel-and-stick underlayment over the entre roof.  I thought the added cost, $910, was very reasonable for the extra protection it provides.

In summary, their price was very good compared to the others I had gotten. The service provided by everyone (even the subcontractors for the drywall and wind mitigation inspection) was excellent.  And we're very pleased with the finished product.  What more could you ask for?  I recommend Total Home Roofing for whatever your roofing need is.

    Total Home Roofing
Our first contact with Total Home was AJ - the Sales Manager. We were visited by three contractors and they all quoted very similar prices, but AJ stood head and shoulders above the rest. He provided incredibly detailed explanations of each and every facet of his proposal and why he made those recommendations. (I suspect that AJ was a hyperactive child, based on his energy level...) After his presentation we knew which contractor to select. We had full confidence in Total Home based upon AJ's presentation.
The scheduler, Ita, called to confirm our color selections and to let us know how long before our job would be on their schedule - about three weeks. We were called the very next week and told we had been scheduled for the week after that! They were going to begin in less than two weeks!
Ita told us that they would begin work at 7:00 AM on Monday. The crew was in our driveway before 7:00 AM but waited until the stroke of 7:00 before they went up on the roof to begin work. Their ladders were already in place at that point! I was told the dumpster would be in place for the debris early in the morning and it was set in place before 7:30. At this point we were already impressed.
The project manager, Eddie, came by mid-morning to go over everything and to introduce himself. Total Home always has a supervisor who speaks English to make communication easier. Eddie was exceptional - just like his crew!
The three person crew worked tirelessly throughout the day and into the night - even after dark. the weather forecast called for rain Tuesday afternoon, so they wanted to get as much of the roof covered with tar paper as possible before the rain fell. They succeeded in covering 99% of the roof before the rain began on Tuesday. They had already stripped off the old shingles and tar paper and they had inspected the underlayment and identified a few small areas that needed replacement by Monday evening . Our order included two sheets of plywood for such repairs and they did not go over this amount, so our final bill was exactly what AJ had quoted.
Tuesday morning they were in the driveway before 7:00 AM and the hammering began at 7:01 AM. We left for the day and when we returned at 4:00 PM in the rain they had left and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. The roof was almost totally covered in tar paper and all of the shingling had been completed on the front of the house. There was no leaking into the house as the heavy rain fell that night.
Once again the hammering began promptly at 7:00 AM on Wednesday. The work was complete shortly after Noon, the area around the house was swept with a magnet and most (but not all) nails had been removed from the yard, and they left. An hour later the overflowing dumpster was removed. Eddie visited before the crew left and explained what inspections still needed to be completed and made note of our payment preference. By the end of the afternoon I had gladly paid for the work completed with such skill.
In the few days since the work was completed we have received several inquiries about the quality of the work done and so far I have three referrals going to AJ and Total Home Roofing. They are by far the best roofer we have ever heard of!
