    BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT hire this company or you will REGRET it! I was left stranded for 5 days without half my furniture (no bed or couch to sleep on) and not once did I receive a call telling me they weren���t coming. I called over and over, day after day, and was told dispatch was working on it. The last day I was forced to pay an extra $500 and sign the contract stating that everything was inspected and delivered in good condition BEFORE they would finish delivering the other half of my furniture! I was held hostage! Not surprisingly, damages to several items. It���s a 3-bedroom condo that took 5 days to get all my belongings and they had the nerve to charge me $3000! Adding salt to my wound, they left my office desk in the hallway outside the condo (in the elements) blocking my neighbor���s front door for 3 days! The worst company ever with very shady business practices. Spare yourself a horrible experience!

They came on time and immediately put me at ease. They knew what they were doing and moved my heavy desk and filing cabinets with ease and precision. I would definitely use them again.

    Their tagline should be 'let us add stress to your move.' I hired Iron Man Moving & Storage based on a raving recommendation from my realtor. I was getting ready to sell my house -- moving from a 5 bedroom 3 1/2 bath to a somewhat smaller home 20 miles across town.) I have a professional job, am a caregiver for my 82-year-old mother and have children. I desperately needed help packing and moving the entire household. They came to my house and gave me an estimate: between $1,500 and $2,100 - "TOPS" - I was told. My final bill came close to $2,500 -- and worse -- about 25% of my items didn't get moved because they couldn't fit them on their truck. Now I have to find another company to move the rest of it. I lost a freezer full of food because they had me empty it to get it ready. Good thing I had a cooler, because they forgot the one they were supposed to bring. It ultimately didn't fit on the truck, so add the cost of the lost food to the bill that was already way above what they promised. The move was supposed to be in the morning. So I was at the house waiting for them at 8am. I got a call around 9 saying they were running a little behind and they would call when they were on their way. 1pm rolled around -- still no call. I called again. "They'll be calling soon" (verbatim text response). If a call hour later is 'soon' and arrival 2 hours later is 'soon' then I guess they did what they said. They arrived to start loading the truck at 3pm. For some people, that's 'morning' (right?) For my family, it's not. I work standard hours and my kids go to school. The move was on a Sunday. I had no idea that my family would all be up until well after midnight by the time everything was loaded, transferred and unloaded. Let me tell you - it was a ROUGH Monday morning. I was told I'd get a call from the owner Monday (they did admit that that they had WAY underestimated). That didn't happen. They did collect my money though. In retrospect, maybe I should have suspected there would be problems when they asked me if I had ordered boxes the morning the packing started. Problem was, they never even told me I needed to. Nor did they tell me where to go or how many to buy (that's why I wanted to hire pros - I thought that they were experts in that kind of thing!) This company is obviously not set up to deal with major household moves. They are not experienced estimators, their truck is too small for households that are established, and their communication is poor. Wish I could call them to discuss this, but they don't answer the phone. Maybe they're ok for small moves. If you have a larger home with nice furniture - I definitely would NOT recommend them. These guys don't seem to have experience dealing with people who have 'real furniture.' Hire someone else - hopefully you'll have better luck than I had.

    Service was excellent and I could not have been more satisfied with everything. Kenny and Stevie were on time, kept me informed, and hustled to save me time and money. I moved on Labor Day and they never complained about working. I would definitely engage Bull Moving again and recommend them highly.     I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!! The sales people will say yes to anything you ask, and then reality hits when the crews call to set things up, and when they show up for your move. I was told I could pay the deposit for my long distance move and local move by check, and pay both at the same time.FALSE-when I received the call arranging the time for my long distance move, I was told that I had to have cash or certified funds for the 10% and I would have to mail a check or bring it by their office, and then the day before my local move into storage, I was once again told I needed certified funds or cash. I was told that the blankets that they used to wrap my furniture to move me out of my house would remain on in storage since it was only 6 days, and be used for my long distance move.FALSE - When the crew arrived for the local move I was told that they would be removing the blankets before placing in storage unless I wanted to buy their blankets or purchase paper blankets. After complaining, I was told they could leave the blankets on, and when the long distance crew came to take my stuff out of storage, they would have to wrap and unwrap each piece because the blankets were not ���long distance��� blankets. When the long distance crew came, they claimed that I had purchased the blankets and they were not unwrapping. I called because I did not want to be charged $15 a blanket, and they called me back saying they were unwrapping, and tried to blame my sister, who was there in my place, saying she told them not to unwrap. They broke a leg into 3 pieces on one of my dining room chairs, and broke the leg and cracked a whole in the wood on the underside of my bedroom dresser. To top it all off, there is NOT ONE piece of furniture that does not have dings, scratches, or chunks out of it. See attached photos, but it limits me to 10. I put in a claim for the bedroom dresser first, and heard nothing even after I sent a second email requesting acknowledgment. I put in the second claim after the long distance move and once again got no acknowledgement of receipt. 10 days after the first claim I called the office, and conveniently was told there was no one there from claims. (This was a theme, as every time I called, the person I needed to speak to was never there). I called back and once again was told there was not anyone there to speak to. I had to threaten to post my bad experience all over social media before someone actually called me back. I received a check for $62.00 for my damage. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! I have moved many times, and this was the most stressful and infuriating move to date.

    I was going to write a mixed review but recent events that have happened to me on a personal level has changed my feelings, which has resulted in a bad review. Mike (the owner), if you are reading this you have to know what has occurred behind your back. This person has worked for you a long time did something to me that was beyond horrific. I would of told you this on the phone but I was threatened and scarred beyond repair. This person who works for you scarred me and hurt me emotionally and I will never be able to recover from ever. He has multiple personalities - nice one minute mean the next. He threatened me that he would tell all movers in the Tampa Bay area not to help me get my stuff out of storage, he also threatened to say horrible things about me on the internet, and bash me to you. I told him that you support me and will help me regarding my moving needs since my stuff is in storage. I am sorry MIke but I can no longer use your company services in the future because of what your employer did to me. I am so worried that my personal stuff is not in my storage unit, I am also upset on how it is set up in there. Your employee blamed me for him re injuring himself, said impersonal things to me that were sexual, called me horrible names, called me a cow, bashed me for being homeless, rubbed in my face what my horrible neighbors did to me. I had every right to defend myself. He said horrific things to me that were uncalled for and refuses to apologize for it. He thinks he did nothing wrong. This all results in when I first met him when he did packing on 1/30/18 - I regret telling him my horrible story of what happened with my neighbors and why I am being forced to move. I trusted him - he said he wanted to be my friend. That was a lie and has been lying to me ever since. He manipulated me, lied to me, caused me so much emotional pain when I am going through **** from other horrible events in my life. He doesn't care who he hurts. You think he is a nice guy but you don't know his evil side the side I have seen. Wish I never met him. So many bad things have happened to me since I called your moving company. Dillon claiming my two items are in the storage unit. I would like to see that myself but oh wait I can't - it is so disorganized I cant even see them. I am really upset here. What your other employee did to me was so horrific - I had every right to bash him too he had no right to make me believe we were friends when it was not true. He hurt me in the worst possible way and was so unprofessional outside of work. I trusted him and made me feel horrible about myself. He even called me a ***** on numerous occasions via text. Mike we talked about texting and you know I hate it. I asked your employee to call me on numerous occasions but he refused. We did talk once on the phone but it didn't last long. He had no right to do this to me - didn't deserve this. I am a good kind person going through **** in my life and your employee exploits me, causing me so much pain, and then other times he is supportive. He is clearly Dr. Jeckell and Mr. Hyde. Mike if you want to discuss this further I would be happy to tell you the whole story. Your employee has to own up to his horrible actions toward me, he was unprofessional and this should of never happened to me. I would of come forward sooner but he threatened me. I had no choice but to come forward in this bad review to tell you what happened. He is not going to get away with it. I believed his lies and the things he wrote via text were so very hurtful. He deserved the things I said to him. He is not a nice person. He clearly has mental problems and it is a known fact that he hates women. I opened up to him only to be hurt by him. I have a right to be angry and upset about this. I won't use his name but I will give you a hint Mike (he owner I spoke to - he helped me twice in my move. You need to know the truth - I didn't deserve any of this horrible treatment by him what so ever. He has no remorse for what he did to me and has damaged my life further. I warned him that I would start writing bad reviews if he didn't apologize but he refuses to do that, which has left me no choice in to doing this. Do you think I like bashing him this way but I am sorry I didn't deserve to be talked to in such a horrible way via text. It is childish and uncalled for. Mike - if you want to reach me to discuss this further you know how to reach me. It didn't have to be this way but everything that has happened since I called your moving company to having the check of the move being wrong, one of your employees not doing his job when I hired your employees to pack - one did the other sort of packed and was charged for him slacking off that resulted in more hours of him wasting time and didn't pack everything I asked him to that I ended up having to do was the worst thing ever, the two items in storage unit in-accounted for, and the worst thing imaginable was your employee's personal behavior toward me via text. I am sure he will show you the texts but he caused all of this by pretending to me by friend and support me. I am an idiot for ever trusting this guy you have on staff. I was a victim, his target in his hurtful game he was playing. He left me no choice but to speak out. Nobody deserves that not even me to be talked to with hurtful gut wrenching words like ****, *****, homeless, calling me a cow, *****, stinky, fat, and other horrific things I have blocked out. He made me cry on numerous occasions - how could he do this to me. Why??? It was so not right and so not fair. I hate this. I want an apology and to never speak to him again. He made me feel horrible about myself. I tried to work out the situation last night but he refuses to open up or work things out and he refuses to apologize to me because he thinks his actions are fine and that he did nothing wrong. Are you frickin kidding me. He was out of line and hit me below the belt so to speak. None of this should of happened to me but it did. It will haunt me forever. I am so afraid what he is will do to me. Scared everyday. My life will never be the same again. Make this right Mike and reprimand him. He was in the wrong to do this to me and I will not let him get away with what he did to me. All I can say is my stuff better be in that storage unit - I don't deserve to be put through this **** I just don't. Lost so much already now I lost my self respect and will never trust a guy again. Mike - I will tell you who it is if you call me to discuss what occurred over a week ago and recently. Will not be verbally abused by him ever again. I did nothing wrong but believe his lies. He manipulated me and tore down my vulnerability when he knew I needed a friend to talk too. I have proof too.

    I needed to move to move across the state to a new place for work. It was quite a hassle and difficult at the first place. we contacted Quest Moving. They efficiently managed to pack our belongings and their packaging was really excellent. The moving was fast and smooth. And the pricing were really reasonable. No damage and no additional cost. Really glad that we took their service. Completely satisfied.

    This was our second time using Baku Moving, and we received equal if not better service which returned as customers. They were prompt to call and inform us that they were on their way well before the allotted window of arrival. The moving team was friendly, fast and proficient at cataloging the items that needed further wrapping/padding/packaging. The movers were in and out and in route to our new apartment and the unloading and assembly commenced. Not only did they expedite the unloading and assembly, but documented which boxes and furniture, by living area, and placed everything accordingly in our new home. They took the time to make sure everything was set up as desired. At the end of the move, they double checked that all items had safely been delivered, along with our satisfaction with the service. We absolutely recommend Baku Moving to anyone that is looking for a reliable, efficient and professional moving company.

    There were three workers, though only two did the moving. Patrick, the driver was apparently the navigator for the job. Prince and Jerome were very hard working and worked consistently for the entire time moving things to the truck. Patrick was very nice and polite, but appeared to be in a "fog." He didn't have any paperwork for my job and instead had three pieces of ripped paper with the names and addresses of the three jobs for the day. He was confused about a lot of things and I had to redirect him several times. After we had everything moved to the storage facility and the guys left, I received a call from Patrick about ten minutes later asking me for my address. I asked him if he needed the address to the storage facility that he just left and he then he realized that called me by mistake and thought I was the next job. Overall, I think they did a good job, but it could have gone qucker if there was a little more organization involved.
