    We got several estimates from other companies and Roundhouse gave us the best price after giving us a discount. Just a few days after our estimate work was started. We are extremely happy with their work and some of the extra tasks that they agreed to do as the job went. They were very thorough and on time with no surprises in the process. The house looks great!

    A few years ago, before Irma our fence needed repair. After Irma, it needed replacement. We called four companies to get estimates to have a new fence installed. Just to get an estimate, we had to wait a few weeks for someone to inspect the property. Florida State Fence was the only company to send someone in a few days. Although their estimate was neither the cheapest nor the steepest, we chose them. And they did a terrific job! Recently, a large limb from a 30+ foot tall Sweet Gum tree fell and damaged the fence. We called them to repair it, which they did very efficiently and professionally. Thank you for the memories.

    Disappointing. I signed the contract on 5/28/19 and was told the work would start the following week, but work didn���t begin until 6/23/19 and completed on 7/10/19. Owner blamed it on rain but the worker said they were doing other jobs. Once the work began, one worker showed up at 11 am and left at 1 pm some days no one showed up. This went on for a couple of days and then he found someone to work with him. They seldom began work before 11 am and left early. The owner assured me at the contract signing that he had seven gentlemen working for him and would stay on the job until it was finished. One worker and sometimes two, would show up and work a couple of hours most days. Worker said he didn���t know what was in the contract and when I showed him what was agreed upon, he called the owner who then was argumentative and said he didn���t work for free and that unless it was in writing, he wasn���t going to do it without additional cost. He didn���t include everything in the contract that I asked to be included in the scope of work, but I thought they were small details and not necessary to put in writing. My fault for not insisting everything was in writing, down to the products used. The worker argued about how expensive the crack filler was and insisted he didn���t need to fill the cracks all the way. I told him i was paying for it and would like it done. The cracks were so deep I stuck sticks in it to show him. He filled the cracks the next day. He was belligerent and even when I���d ask what he was going to do that day, he would tell me to leave him alone he knew what he was doing. Owner told me they were using self leveling concrete, but when I asked the worker if that was what he was using, he called the boss and was told that that would be an extra $850 because it was not in the contract. At the final inspection I pointed out what looked like collapsed bubbles in the finish and blank spots where the faux finish wasn���t completed, as well as areas where it looked like paint was just dropped on. This was on the upper deck. Owner said it was natural for the product they used. The same product was used on the lower deck and no bubbles were on that surface. There are dark brown paint spatters on the deck where a border was painted. After another argument, I told him to just finish, move the patio furniture back in and leave. He said the contract said they would move the furniture out, but not back in. The contract said they would pressure wash the screened in enclosure, but when I pointed out the mold on the outside of the screen, he said they only do the inside screen, not the outside. The job wasn���t finished until 7/10/19. The owner and worker were disrespectful and frequently argued over the scope of work. They made no effort to keep grit out of the pool which resulted in the pool cleaner replacement of bearings and wheels. My pool brush head was broken when they used it to fish out something they knocked in the pool. The sprayer on my hose was crusted with their concrete and I had to throw it away. Small things, but on the whole added up to a lack of care and quality of the job. Even though he asked what he could do to make it better, it was too late at this stage of the job and I just wanted him off my property and didn���t ask for anything more. For the amount of money I paid, $12,500.00, I expected a better quality of product and service. Owner said he had a good rating with Angie���s list and the Better Business Bureau. I couldn���t find his business on this site and there was a complaint similar to mine on the BBB site.

    I cannot recall a more disappointing consumer experience, albeit expensive experience, than the one we are currently having with Morgan Exteriors. A project to install all new hurricane impact windows and doors in our home began in March 2019 and remains unfinished in mid-July. Morgan has either too much work to handle, or the front office is incompetent. We suspect both. Installation work in March was professional and done correctly. Morgan dropped the ball in the finishing work: exterior slider stucco bands and door painting. Morgan also did not follow through on our door lock order. The south side of our home has an unfinished look and every day is a reminder of what bad customer service looks like. We cannot recommend Morgan Exteriors at this time for any home improvement project.

    Rich was great. He came out to give me an estimate first. He spent a lot of time with me talking color schemes and details. I received the estimate and a couple weeks later I scheduled the project. I picked the colors over the next few weeks and when I had questions Rich would always help me with the concerns I had and helped with color advice. The whole project I think took 4 days. They were battling the weather and rain while painting the house. They were very detail oriented and cleaned up well after the project. I came home to a beautiful new house. Love it! Thank you!

    Lucas and his team are amazing! I called several companies: one quoted, one came out and never sent a quote, one told me his time was worth more than mine, and then I called Lucas. *deep breath out* Lucas and his team saved my pavers (and what's left of my sanity). They went from looking like they'd never been taken care of in however long they were there (we've only owned our house just over 2 years), to looking amazing! Pictures don't do the new look justice but I"m so happy I almost can't wait for them to be maintained. Paver Rescue has a customer in me for life!

    Owner came out and promised a written estimate by end of day. A week later, I had to call asking where the estimate was. Months later and I still never received it. It's a shame, too, since the reviews were great. Also sad I'm finally getting around to leaving a review, but, just like this company, I had more important things to deal with.

    Adam was late to the initial estimate, which silly me forgave because he knew he his stuff. The day came when the work was supposed to start, and no one called or showed at the expected time. I called and had to leave a message, only for it to be returned a full hour after someone should have called me in the first place. I have a big issue with those who have no respect for others' time, and wouldn't recommend them, which is a shame. I was looking forward to working with them. They did try to reschedule, but that was after I'd left a message telling them to consider the job canceled. I guess I'm old school in the fact that a phone call to let me know the job even needs to be rescheduled in the first place is expected, and not an hour after someone should have been here. I understand extenuating circumstances, but this was a little ridiculous.
