    Doctor Diet Centers
    They moved out of their office overnight with no warning at all and I and many others prepaid for services. They left us all holding the bag. Their website now says they relocated to Hudson and will continue services and to email them if we want to continue. Their email does not function...not a valid email and besides Hudson is almost an hour drive away. I called and left a message and they have not returned my call. Thinking they should refund the prepaid money we paid and they should definitely be apart of Angies list in regard to trusted. They are not to

    I have tried for two weeks to be able to set an appointment and have had ZERO luck in doing so. They do not answer the phone and now request you to submit an email request for assistance. I am now being told they lost her records which I was told they had to have to speak to the doctor about scheduling an appointment. So I'm watching my daughter getting worse with whatever is going on with her while I'm dealing with doctors who I don't know very well and the one doctor who has known my daughter her entire life I can't get a hold of because he hires people who can't read and file their patients records away properly. Its very obvious to me that the patients care is no longer the priority with this practice.

    They actually have two locations in Tampa that he goes to. They have the latest equipments. He uses all the different machines there, the weights and all that and he likes the pool because they have a pool at those locations. Our overall experience with them has been awesome. I used to go there years ago but I have not been going there within the last few years because I did not have the time. My son has the time and he goes a lot. It is a nice place. It is very clean and very convenient but they are a little pricey. The quality of their equipments, their professionalism and their customer service are awesome.

    They are excellent. They have everything. They have people to help you and programs for different things. They have two different pools, an outdoor and an indoor pool. They cater to all ages and they have a nursery on site which we do not use but our daughter uses it with her children. They just have a lot of things that are very good and oriented for families and stuff. The only thing that they can improve on is their rate. They can make it a little more reasonable.

    They are really great. It's immaculate and the owner is very responsive to the clients. It has a room where you can create your own exercise program, dance, yoga, samba, or anything. There is a big computerized system there where you can even just go in and have your own exercise program all by yourself. They charge between $33 and $35 a month and it is open 24 hours. It's very secure and it's all locked up. If you are threatened, you just press a button and a police car is notified. It's very secure for a single female to workout at 3 o'clock in the morning if she wants to. It's also on Medicare list, so Medicare pays for it.

    This posting is way past due, as I come up on my one year anniversary here at HIAC I have been
    surrounded by many great people who have inspired and ���Willed��� me to be the
    person I am today. Every single time I walk through the front door I feel like
    I am in a good place, surrounded by good, kind, and motivating people. I also wish
    to thank Michelle Richards who for the past year has been my personal trainer.
    I was and still am a challenge to her at every turn, but Michelle always found
    a way to get me to exercise in spite of my physical limitations and lack of
    coordination and frustrations.
    If you haven���t met Michelle she easy to find, her passion for her profession is second to done,
    she brings a wealth of experience and knowledge. Her personalized methods
    ensure that each and every one of her clients has a routine specifically geared
    to his or her physical needs; Michelle always make exercising interesting with
    constant changes to each session.
    Michelle made me comfortable immediately. She's caring and compassionate. Her professionalism
    and expertise in her field allowed her to see beyond what I was, and see the
    potential of what I could be. Michelle always works within my own physical
    capabilities, while giving me an excellent work out, increasing stamina,
    strength and fitness. She tries to incorporate things that I like to do, so the
    likelihood of me doing it on my own and continuing with it are high (with the
    exception of ���Dead bugs���) She has also provided much needed guidance in the areas of
    nutrition and goal setting. Michelle���s passion and professional manner and
    positive attitude have really motivated me to achieve my personal fitness
    Above all else, Michelle makes me feel like it's not just my battle anymore. Michelle
    knowledge along with her enthusiasm and flexible approach has provided me with
    support, encouragement and the ability to engage in a healthier lifestyle,
    Michelle NEVER gave up on me even when I wanted to give up on myself.
    Lastly; Michelle is a warm, caring, empathic, analytical, direct, engaging, and extremely
    passionate in all that she does. She accepted the challenge of my health problems
    head-on and gave me the belief that I could reach my goals. I know that if it
    were not for her support and commitment to me I would not be here today!! I owe

    Pena, Dr. Sainz De La
    I have been seeing Dr. Sainz de la Pena for over 4 years.  I suffer from hypothyroidism and even have a somewhat visible goiter.  I have gotten worse under his care.  My thyroid has enlarged further, I have put on 20 pounds, and I have even suffered some hair loss. This most recent visit was the last straw.  He did raise my dosage, but he didn't even want to schedule a follow-up within 2-3 months.  I have disrupted sleep as a result of my thyroid deterioration, and it was becoming difficult to function.  Frankly, Dr. Sainz was cold and what I got out of him was all that I was going to get out of him. I really don't think that he was all that concerned about my welfare as a thyroid patient.  He is knowledgeable, but when I presented him with a study relevant to some of the symptoms I was experiencing, he was dismissive.  And this is after being his patient for over 4 years!  I finally switched to another endocrinologist with a decent bedside manner, and I am already receiving better care in only 2 months.

    SwimKids USA is not a brick and mortar swim school. It is a company that offers classes in a variety of locations. My children attended swim lessons in an outdoor community pool 6 miles from our home. The classes were offered at convenient times, the teaching methods were effective, and I thought the staff was very professional.
    I was very much looking forward to continuing lessons for my kids at an indoor facility in the fall, which was also 6 miles away from our house, but one day before the next set of classes were due to start, I received an email stating the school decided to relocate our classes to another facility that is 20 miles, yes, that's right - 20 miles from our home. Their website says they do this from time to time if one location is not full enough. It does say however as long as the other location is within a less than 10 mile radius, and the time change is not greater than one hour either way, you understand the business reasons for doing this, and agree to do so. 
    When I expressed to the owner of the company that it would be disruptive to our schedules to drive to another city for these classes and I wanted a refund for the sessions we would no longer be able to make, the answer I got was no refunds - that's the policy. I was also told "We just cant please everyone even though that is our goal." I would have never signed up for classes if I had known this situation would occur. It's just not good business.
    Overall the classes were great, but buyer beware... you might not be able to get what you paid for. Do yourself a favor, look for a swim school that stays in one place.

    She is an excellent trainer well educated in that and her training is individually based. She has small groups and I was in a group of three. She researched my health problems and developed exercises that would not hurt anymore than I already was. Debbie is the entire staff so I would rate her highly. I would continue to see her when I am released from the doctor.

    We started receiving a bill for an and quot;enhancement feeand quot; from a third party billing company that wound up being for Shapes Fitness. Due to some surgery and illness, my wife was out of the gym for some time this year. Apparently, they picked up a third party billing company who sent us a bill for an enhancement fee. The bill didn't explain what it was for, and my wife thought it was an advertisement for a different gym, and threw the mail away as spam.

    After getting more bills, she called the company and spoke with a representative who informed her that she wasn't the only one calling with questions about this fee and said it might take 6 weeks to research. We waited, but apparently the late fees did not stop while this was being investigated.

    After being informed where this and quot;enhancement feeand quot; was hidden on the back of our contract, we called the gym to complain that they waited four months into the contract to bill for this fee and that because of their lack of an explanation of using the third party billing company, we now had late fees tacked on to the fee. They refused to do anything about it and were unsympathetic to my wife being through surgery and illness and not being in the gym to see a sign they had apparently put in the gym to notify members of the new billing company.

    We know other veteran members of the area Shapes Fitness gyms and they have all complained about this fee. The gym staff contends that they did this to avoid increasing their fee by 10%, but the $29.00 enhancement fee is more than the 10% increase my wife's annual membership would have cost: $19.90. I feel that this is wrong, by keeping their fee low on the front and hiding a stiff annual fee through the contract. When my wife paid her annual fee, she was told this was all that she would ever have to pay, and now we're finding out that it is not the case.
