    John Anderson Building Contractor Inc
My wife & I are so happy we selected John Anderson Building Contractor. Their work has made our house look phenomenal. They helped us throughout our entire renovation project with not only their excellent workmanship, but also with helpful guidance on several major decisions such as the perfect size to use for Hardie Board siding, trim, soffit, & fascia. They even recommended for us to change the direction of our siding from vertical to horizontal which cost us much less and is more aesthetically pleasing, giving our home a more classic look. This was really a great recommendation. Additionally, Johns team painted everything beautifully and helped with a color specialist from Sherwin Williams. Everything just looks great! John and his team of workers were very professional and pleasant, always picking up after themselves at the end of their workday. It was such an enjoyable & exciting experience watching our home get a beautiful facelift and we owe it all to John Anderson Building Contractor for all their excellent & hard work.

    Paul's Home Pro Service LLC
As our bathroom is now completed we couldnt be happier with Pauls hard work & dedication to this job. He was extremely detailed & he really did an amazing job. He was realistic with us about what to expect when quoting us, as my husband & I have not lived through a major renovation to this magnitude prior to this. Paul was very professional; his experience was very helpful (only when asked) in suggesting ideas if we werent certain of different designs, etc. Paul is very passionate about his craft & very proud of his work-with good reason! We cant honestly imagine our spa-like master bath having come out any better. It oozes such serenity & luxury that by far exceeded our expectations. Thank you again, Paul!

    Masterpiece Construction
I could go on about what a stand-up man he is and how I trust him and would recommend him to anyone. He will go above and beyond for you, like he has done for my family and I. The other day he fixed numerous dents/holes in my walls just because and not no extra fee. It is in his nature to help and provide you the best possible service. You will not be disappointed. He is the only handyman Id ever use! With a kitchen remodel, next for us, he will be the guy I call!

50% Cheaper Seven Golden Floors Installation
We had used Adriano on three other occasions, for travertine and wood flooring throughout our house. We of course were very happy with the work he'd done before, and were very happy with how the bathroom turned out. It was horribly outdated, and is now completely transformed (see pictures).

    Allen Masonry & General Contractor
He was punctual, clean, and professional.  The work was excellent especially the concrete work.  His crew matched an existing stucco without any flaws and it is impossible to tell the old from the new. The work included framing, drywall, and crown molding,

    Yeager & Company Inc
Yeager flooring did an outstanding job on our stair remodel.  We initially where going to have engineered wood put down on them, put when the carpenter arrived, he mentioned the owner wanted to make sure that's what we wanted, and threw out there that we would probably like the look of actual treads.
We decided to go with the treads for the same price.  The only additional cost was the starter step.  We found the original had been cut down the center by the home builder once we peeled the old carpet off.  They did a great job of matching the stain of the treads to the color of the engineered wood we were having installed at the top.
There were some minor hiccups and changes along the way, but the carpenters were willing to work with us and were very patient, which I appreciated.  They may do this a couple of times a month, but we do it once every 15 years (or more) heh.
Overall I was very pleased with the outcome from start to finish and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to have flooring installed,  or their stairs re-done.
We plan to eventually re-do some other rooms in the house, and my first call will be to Yeager.

    ATi Services of Tampa Inc
We purchased tile to install about 500 square ft (dining room and living room areas) with the intention of installing ourselves.  After several days and only 1/4 in we decided to call in some professionals.  We selected ATI based on their reviews on Angie's list, and we weren't disappointed.  Jack Z called back promptly and came to evaluate our space within a few days. After meeting and discussing the project he took measurements and photos, and had a quote prepared the same day.  We accepted with the understanding that we would be a few weeks out since Christmas and end of year made this a busy time.  We were surprised and excited to get a call the following week that Jack had a potential opening on Monday if we were available to start.  Since we had been living in our half-construction zone we were thrilled to have the work expedited and we were even able to get it completed before Christmas!  James and Tyler did the installation, and they were great. They were punctual and worked hard every day.  They were actually able to save the tiles that we had laid (apparently we didn't so such a good job with thin set coverage - good thing we called some professionals!).  This saved us a significant amount in materials cost.  They went above and beyond and really took pride in the work.  Our new tile floor looks great and we were so pleased to work with Jack and James and Tyler through the process.  Thank you ATI for coming to our rescue during this busy holiday season!

Shingle Masters Roofing & Construction Services
Mike was the rep who came out to inspect the old roof, and give an estimate.  He was on time, and very professional.  I was very pleased with the entire process.  If there is such a thing for getting "white glove" service for a a new roof, they must be writing the book.
He measured, and explained they use both GAF and Owens Corning.  The labor and materials warranty would be the same.  He presented all of the company's professional documentation (license, insurance etc...) which I did verify latter.  He explained the process and what to expect.  Fortunately my neighbor had his roof done a few months earlier, and when I talked to him he said he used Shingle Masters and was also very pleased and impressed with their work.
Mike was very patient with our multiple changes on the color selection, and provided multiple home locations to look at for each color and if they had done the work (they did the work on all but I think 1)
During the installation of the roof a storm cell popped up and did happen to cause some minor damage to the back patio roof.  The foreman called right away, explained what happened and what they would do to fix it.  I said it was fine, just as long as it went back the way it was.  Things happen ya know.  Sure enough the patio roof had new panels installed, multiple areas around the facia where repaired and repainted.  It all went back to "the way it was".
The workers where all courteous when I interacted with them, and they all worked so hard.  The actual roof install took two days. The first day they must have been out there from 7am to 8pm.  The other punch out work was completed of the course of about two weeks.  The completed roof and works looks outstanding.  Also, with the new wind mitigation form it dropped out HO insurance by about $1k
Here are the high points of my experience and reasons I selected them:
Extremely Professional, white glove service, you are truly purchasing a roof system not just "roof tiles" they all take pride in their work.
    * Financing was available, this was important for me.
    * The ability to provide secondary services such as blowing in insulation this has been a HUGE improvement and highly recommend if you have an older home.  At the time is was a measly additional $800 to cheap to pass up.
    * The pricing was "all inclusive" there was no, "Hey, you have a bunch of [fill int he blank] that needs to be replaced" surprises that would jack up the cost.  I had one quote that was significantly lower, but was just for installing the roof.  They had a price list for all the other stuff.
    * White Glove Service - again, the entire process was akin to buying the BMW of a roof.
    * No payment until completely satisfied and you sign off on the final walk through.
I would certainly recommend this company to friends and family.

    David Rodriguez Home Repairs

    1. Exterior door - He did a good job of advising that the application of the material was not advisable in the cold weather.   He did a poor job with preparation of the trim area.  He did not adequately remove the chipped and loose paint.  He did very limited sanding and this job was overpriced for the amount of work performed.

    2. Window seat and door.   He created a plywood door only.   I requested a finished door that would match my kitchen cabinets.  The hinges used did not create a door that was stable.  After my request, he covered the door with the laminate materials.  Poor quality and very disappointing results.  He installed the laminate for the window area and quarter round trim.  The joints did not match.  I requested a re-do.  Very disappointed in the quality

    3. Replace sills with Hardie materials.  This task was fine.

    Solarshield Industries Inc
Our shingled roof was on it's very last leg. We interviewed five other companies, and Frank McKinney from Solarshield was the only salesperson that explained every aspect of his product. He had actual samples of every part of the roof he proposed to install; from the underlayment,  to the fasteners used to install the roof panels. He was very meticulous about describing every aspect of installing the new roof, and the quality of the materials used. You can tell by Frank's enthusiasm that he truly believes in what he sells.
I must admit that I was very apprehensive when I received the quote - as it was easily twice the money than the quotes I received for shingled roofs. We also received a quote from another metal-roof company, but the salesperson was not prepared, and to get answers to most of my questions, he told me to go to their website!  What samples he did bring were clearly second rate to the materials presented by Solarshield.
After deliberation, we decided that the Solarshield metal roof would be the last roof we would have to install on this house - ever. Although it seemed expensive, it is cheaper for us in the long run, especially when you consider the energy savings over the life of the roof. After executing the contract, they started work a few days later ( After pulling the permit from the County). They stripped off the old roof, made repairs, and "dried-in " the roof in one day. The remaining work was completed in four days, including the soffit / fascia work.
Throughout the construction, I was in contact with either Frank or the Superintendent Jacob. Any questions or concerns were addressed quickly and professionally - I never felt that I was "in the way".
When Frank and I closed the contract, there weren't any "hidden" costs or surprises. He delivered their Lifetime Warranty, along with the wind mitigation report, which I have utilized to reduce our homeowners insurance nearly 50%.
Overall, it was our pleasure to do business with a great company like Solarshield. They truly deliver everything they say. We got a great-looking, energy efficient roof that will probably out-last us!
