    He recommended that after a thorough checking of the washer, It will be more expensive to fix it than buying a new one. Also, he recommended some names that would be easy to fix. I appreciated that he was honest and did not try to do a unnecessary repair. He is always my go to appliance repair man.

    Repaired my Hot Water Heater, lucky the part was still under warranty (he notice from the label on the heater) he could have lied and charge me for full repair. Later date came back repaired washer and serviced dryer. Yes I will used them again BUT will not buy anything else from Sears. Their service department is great it is a shame that their stores stink.

    On the appointed day, the technician called early to narrow his visit to a two hour window. He called on the way over which was the start of the window given earlier. He repaired our refrigerator, explaining parts and processes as he went. He was professional and friendly. We will always call DiChristopher with any appliance repairs as well as tell our friends!!!

    My schedule time was between 3 and 6. They never showed. I called them 3 times. The first time I was told the technician would call me. Didn't happen. The second time I was told that dispatch would call. Didn't happen. The third time he said someone will call me. Now it's 8 and nothing. Very unprofessional. Would never recommend

    Although I had only paid him approximately $300 total over the course of the times he had been out and he was very helpful on trying to give me a good deal since finances are difficult lately. The job was butchered and very obviously not done correctly. Been out almost 6 times. Said he would fix everything. Instead I've had 2 other repairmen out to tell me he completely butchered my HVAC and now I'm looking at almost $1500 worth of repairs to my 2015 trane Central AC. There are screws and sensors completely missing. Removed and replaced the coil. Never installed the new coil or mounted it correctly. This caused the panel to not fit back on my system flush. He taped all around the edges and attempted drilling his own holes to provide a "quick fix". Removed necessary items from the coil that were supposed to be left on and told me that they weren't necessary. I asked about flashing lights if they were faults and he proceeded to tell me that they were just normal functions lights and it was nothing. But the 2 men who have been out from different companies have informed me that they are indeed system faults and should not have been blinking the way they have been. I do not recommend for AC repair if you need more than just freon added to your system don't contact him. Although he was very friendly he was not professional and has left me and the 5 young kids in my home without central AC until we can come up with the money to repair the damage he has done. Thank goodness for local friends and family who have lent us a few window units for the time being.

    It is very difficult for me to take time off from work. I had taken the day off to get estimates on other issues relating to my home. The dryer broke the night before and I called DiChristophers first thing the next day in hopes they could come out. They were booked but did manage to get me in. Anthony came out. Very pleasant and professional and diagnosed problem right away. Fixed in about 20 min. Great service and I so appreciated them being able to work me in on short notice.

    We didn't have a service contract on that but we did have a twelve year warranty on it and the hot water heater is only nine years old, we kind of knew that it was but he brought it up so he was very honest he brought it up so we saved a few bucks there too. They were really great, both times they were very honest with us. The service people they came out both times especially the hot water heater I was very surprised and I was very surprised that we saved some money.
    The service department is awesome, very good professional, fair  they were here when they said they are going to be here, I would tell them to use them.
     Their store and their return policy they are terrible going to the store I won't buy like a vacuum cleaner but I will buy large appliances from them, but I won't buy a vacuum from them a little vacuum okay.

    We were having problems with the washer and so I said well let me call them and service the washer and a dryer so they came out and did both, they just came out when they said they should come out and make sure everything was okay and they cleaned it.Now I have a three year contract for five hundred dollars, they come out three times, where they come out and just fix it, service it whatever for the next three years, they wont charge me anything.
    They would come out once a year to just service it to make sure there is nothing wrong with it or they'll come out and replace anything that is wrong with it.
    The guy was, my husband was here and he thought he was very professional because we have the HE washer and he told me to we probably using too much soap in there.

    Roger called me the next morning after I left a message using the $79 diagnostic coupon. We scheduled repair was scheduled for the following day. Fernando called me earlier on the day the service was scheduled, Robert was working from home and was able to accommodate the earlier time. Fernando brought a part to replace the mechanism that failed and it wasn't the correct one. He installed it anyway to see if it would work and it did not. Robert even brought this to his attention. Robert asked that if he could find a part at a local store and he said we could check around. So we did, and found the part about 7 miles away, replaced it and saved on the repair. Since he left the wrong part in, we took it out and have it on hand. In our opinion, the part doesn't look new. Like I said, Roger was fine to work with, but the customer service on the part of the tech needs work.
