    Although the workers were on time and enthusiastic and truly wanted to do a good job and please the customer (me) I had to remind them to go back and clean up and I had to point out smears on several vents and request them to retouch the paint! With more training I know the workers who came to do the work could be more through and do a really great job! The screws also needed to be tightened after the workers left. Again using a checklist and more training could resolve this! There was miscommunication as to exactly what service would be done and the price! I originally contracted for cleaning 9 vents and cleaning the ducts but after the workers came to see my ac ducts they recommended a painting/coating of the ducts and I agreed to the additional work. As to the vents- The issue was that I had paint to match the existing color of all the vents but the job only included spray painting with white paint. Due to additional cost and the fact that it would be a more time consuming job and would require coming back another day.I agreed to having vents spray painted white but I would have appreciated more options even if more costly! And when I originally contracted the work. I also told them I had 9 vents but they only did 7-telling me the remaining two didn���t need removal/cleaning-however they remained the original color so now the majority of vents are white and don���t match! As I explained when I first called my vents were very dirty and I had not been successful in cleaning them myself and akso that the vents were quite old! I can recommend Duct Dr- but be very specific as to exactly what the work will be and maybe get an estimate only after the company actually views your vents/ducts in your home! I do find the company honest and reliable! That is rare these day!

    Asked for a checkup of our AC unit in our condo. The company was recommended to me by our building's management. The technician came as per the appointment. It was determined that cleaning the coils of the unit wasn't worth the expense and therefor I asked for a quote of a new unit. I called several times after the decision was made to follow up and to get the price. Every time I was assured that I would get a call back with the price. The explanation given for the delay was that the best deal for me had yet to be found. Repeatedly I was told that the prices went up because high season for AC's was over, which didn't make any sense to me. I was extremely patient because it didn't occur to me that a company wasn't interested in performing the work of installing a new unit or at least conveying this to me. I am very disappointing how this was handled by the office.

    TRINITY AIR CONDITIONING
    For the past three years, I have had Trinity Air Conditioning check my A/C unit in June for preventive maintenance before the long, hot summer begins. This cost me $135. This July, a month after they checked my A/C, my unit wasn���t cooling to the temperature that I set it and was running all night long, causing a sky-high electric bill. I checked with my building to make sure that the cooling tower was working properly, which it was. I then called Trinity to fix whatever was wrong. A different tech came on a Thursday and told me that nothing was wrong, so I asked if it could be the thermostat. He said no, then he changed his mind and said it was definitely the thermostat. I spent $225 for that visit. That night, my A/C ran all night again -so the problem obviously wasn���t the thermostat that I paid for. I called Trinity in the morning to tell them that it wasn���t fixed. Brittany said that the owner would call me ASAP, which he didn���t. I still hadn���t heard from Trinity by Wednesday of the following week and called them out of desperation. They begrudgingly said they would come back out, but if something was wrong, I���d have to pay. I already paid $225 and nothing was fixed. I was also informed (without me asking) that they wouldn���t refund anything done already or take back the thermostat. Is that what they mean by standing by their work? A third tech came out and explained that there was something majorly wrong and this was a huge job - the building A/C needed to be turned off while the work was done and Trinity���s owner said he won���t take the job on since it was so big. So, all you do is fix and install air conditioners and you can���t fix my little unit? That same day, I had another A/C company come out. The tech saw that a switch inside the unit was off, so he turned it on and it���s worked ever since. Really, that���s it??? How on earth did three Trinity techs not see that the switch was off? Worst of all, they literally made up reasons why the unit wasn���t working properly, so they could say the job was completed and collect money. If you want incompetent morons to service your AC unit, Trinity Air Conditioning is the company for you. They ripped me off and then took no responsibility for their shoddy work. I spent $360 and they did nothing! DON���T HIRE TRINITY AIR CONDITIONING!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Ken from AAA showed up on time and was a pleasure to deal with. He had to comeback for a follow up visit after it became clear that repairing the unit was more complicated than it initially seemed. The work was completed about 2 weeks ago and the unit has been working better than ever since. I will definitely use AAA modern air in the future for any air conditioning problems.

    Get Mo Cool Inc - Miami
    Awful. The merchant bailed on me. Get Mo Cool did not pull any permits for the job, even though the contract indicates that it will be done. Get Mo Cool took the money, ruined my unit, leaving me with holes everywhere and make my unit uninhabitable. Get Mo Cool doesn't answer my calls anymore and didn't reimburse me for the money he stole from me. I've also indicated to them that their employees are smoking Marijuana while performing the job. Be ware!!!

    Both my air handler and condenser were replaced at the end of July. From the estimate at the beginning of July through today, this company has been professional and efficient and the technicians knowledgeable. The system was installed within 4 days of hiring. Recently I had a technician come out to adjust fan speed and he was within the time window given, efficient, and polite. Also price was reasonable - it was in the middle of the range of quotes I received. I figured a company that has been in business 40 years must be doing something right - and I was correct!

    I called on Tuesday, the first day power was back on, and right away they gave me an appointment for Thursday, the first day I was planning to be back in town (very responsive!). Gary the technician came right on time, was very polite, and did a great job. Apparently the hurricane had damaged a couple of key components of my system which Gary replaced. He also called my attention to a box that needed to be replaced by the condo association, he repaired it as best he could without charge. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely call them again. Highly recommended!
