    CESAR'S PAINTING
We required Sherwin Williams Emerald for our Hardie plank siding and after asking around in the Port St Joe and mexico Beach, Florida area Cesar's Painting came up multiple times, even at the SW paint store. I called Cisco and he went through his process of prep, sand, skim, caulk and repeat and multiple coats of paint after primer. We hired him and scheduled him within 3 weeks (out of season) and he did take one more day than he thought it would take and we also added a couple of internal rooms. I will say this their attention to detail and pride in their work was absolutely amazing and thought they did a phenomenal job and will use them again.

    Danny Dickens Decorating Inc
Let me begin by saying this was our first time using Angie's List.
We purchased a place in Cape San Blas, and were attempting to do a pretty large renovation project on it. We live outside of Chicago, so taking on a long distance project can be a pretty daunting task. After talking with various painters, we knew Danny was going to be the right fit for us. I will say right off the bat, he will not be the cheapest. If that is  what you will base your decision on, he probably will not the right person for the job. But he is not the most expensive either.
Danny and his son have truly been a godsend. He is dependable, trustworthy, hard working, detailed, and conscientious. His communication skills are outstanding. He took pictures, asked questions, and kept us updated on everything going on at the townhome. He went above and beyond the scope of work, knowing that we were at such a long distance.
Danny "and crew" removed the popcorn ceilings, wall paper, and large glued on mirrors. He tore out cabinets, and got rid of old furniture. He patched, painted, and repainted (without complaining) when other contractors would mess up his work, or we would make changes. He worked around endless deliveries of furniture, again without batting an eye.
Because of the distance, and not knowing the area well, we were unsure of how this project would unfold. We chose only to renovate 1/2 of the townhome this year, but our first call will be to Danny and son next year to finish it up.

My husband and I own a real estate, development and investment company, Part of what we do is work with new subdivisions, new construction, and renovating houses. Our latest project was a complete renovation of our 3 story 1927 (10,000 sq.ft footprint) office building. We are aware of the ins and outs, the good and the bad, and the shoulds and shouldn'ts of this business. Danny and son far exceeded our expectations and  would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. We have forwarded his name to many of our neighbors who have been curiously watching the "goings on" of our place.
The only downside to Danny and son is that they live in Florida, and probably aren't  willing to relocate from the sunshine and warm to the harsh midwest weather. So we will not be able to utilize his services up here for any of our projects. We are truly grateful for all he has done.

    BEACH TRACTOR
They are wonderful.  I have had plenty of services with them. They have been working with us for some years. They are very meticulous, they do good work, and they do what they say will do when they can do it. The interaction with them was very good, and the work was perfect. We plan on using them again for our pantry.

    BEACH TRACTOR
Adam Miller (Beach Tractor) can do many things. He installed 100' of 18" drainage pipe for us when we first moved in, expanding our usable yard. Adam remodeled our master closet, doubling the space, while also adding doors and shelving. It doubled the storage for our home. Adam build the stable decking we needed for our outside spa. He built a pergola near the back of the house. Adam is currently clearing an entire house (plus the cement pad and a dozen trees from our new 100' x 250' beach-view lot. He has planted trees for us before and will move existing trees on the new lot. I trust his judgement. He is dependable and does the work as planned.
