Well & Water Pump Repair reviews in Cape Coral

    Plumbing Nerds
They came out the very next morning after my call. The tech that arrived was a pleasure to deal with. Very professional, yet personable demeanor and exuded a strong, "I like what I do and am happy to help you!" kins of vibe. He evaluated the problem and determined that my pump was air locked and that we just needed to bleed the lines, explained what was causing it and some suggestions on preventing it from re-occurring in the future.. He then proceeded to show me how to do it myself if it came up again. The best part? Because they didn't have to repair anything it they covered it under their free estimate and didn't charge me a dime! (And I was resigned to getting hit with a massive bill less than 3 months before they are pulling us off our well anyway so this made me VERY happy.) They have earned my future business for sure! Finding quality, honest service personnel has been a very difficult experience for me in Florida so I am grateful to have found Plumbing Nerds and wouldn't hesitate to refer them to any of my friends and family for help with all their plumbing needs.

    Next Plumbing
Just purchased a home and had a few components of the water filtration system flagged during the home inspection. We hired Next Plumbing to address the issues, but when they came onsite they identified a number of additional components that were ready to fail within the next few months. The quote seemed high so we called in another company. They confirmed the same parts were ready to fail and provided a similar quote. So we went with Next Plumbing and we ended up replacing the entire home filtration system, as well as the pool filter, pump and heater. Michael, who did the work, was an absolute pleasure. Talked us through both the what and the why of what he was doing. He even called a few days after the install to ensure we were happy with the service and the quality of the water. Overall a great experience with a company that seems capable of handling all things plumbing. We would absolutely recommend them and use them again.

    Crystal Clear Water Purification Inc
At first, I was very worried about the leak and how bad it was but once the tech came out they assured me everything would be okay. Then proceeded to fix the problem. Once they left I felt so much better that the system was repaired! The girls in the office were extremely proficient at their job. They were so kind. I spoke to Sarah on the phone and she was wonderful.

    Water Pro
It has been brought to our attention that Bo Coates is a criminal with a lengthy history of multiple offenses, both alleged and adjudicated of guilt. Felony arrests, misdemeanors, cocaine, criminal traffic, DUI, domestic violence, criminal mischief----these are just some of the offenses he has on file. In light of our interaction with him and the revelation of this knowledge, we fired him. See mugshot attached. Individuals with a marked history of criminality do not belong in business in Lee County, never mind on our property. I advise avoiding Water Pro for your water treatment needs and instead, focus on vetting someone before they conduct nay service on your home.

West Coast Plumbing And Water Treatment LLC
We purchased our home in March of 2016 & West Coast was the current provider for the R/O system, so we continued to use them. It wasn't long before we started having problems. It started with a busted pipe   that we had to call for an after hours service call to repair to have water. This was a result of the membrane that was completely shot, of which the replacement was included in our monthly service. We requested this be repaired, but the company wanted to replace several other things along with it & we kindly asked for this to just be replaced (the items they were trying to add on had nothing to do with the functionality of the membrane). They then raised the monthly $10 a month,  which we continued to pay while waiting for them to replace the membrane. Then we had another item bust. We called them for repair and they tried to charge double what they were supposed to, as a monthly customer you were not supposed to get charged a premium for an after hours service call. Water went out again, we called for repair. This time it was a lizard in an electrical box that the tech simply removed and left after 5 minutes & they still charged us for the after hour service call. All the while still never replacing the membrane that was included in our monthly bill. My fiance called several times asking for to speak with the owner as the manager is useless, and never received a call back. I also called and discussed our issues each time I called to pay the monthly bill, even though we were disputing the service charges. They then called 3 weeks ago and said they were terminating our service due to the unpaid service calls. No call from owner, no courtesy or customer service, nothing. We came back from our honeymoon 2 weeks later to find our pipe busted again, called another reputable company to come out.  They confirmed pipe busted again on account of the shot membrane, and used the term "ghetto rigged" regarding the previous pipe repair done by West Coast. So, the negligence of West Coast no replacing the membrane as specified as an inclusion in our monthly service, which we never stopped paying in light of the other over charged disputes, resulted in $137 to properly repair the pipe and $750 to replace the membrane that they were ultimately responsible to replace months ago. I would steer clear away from this company. They have affirmed that they have "cut ties" with us and that they don't care if we file a complaint as they are not a member of the BBB.

    David Miller Plumbing & Remodeling
The job went super well! I called first thing in the morning, and Dianne was lovely to work with. She let me know I'd have technicians out by 8AM. They came just a few minutes after, which was fine with me. They immediately started inspecting the issue, and were incredibly thorough. I liked that they explained everything to me, and the pricing was fair. They finished in just a few hours between diagnosis, retrieving materials, and installation, which was fantastic. Diane was incredibly responsive with me about questions and pricing, and an absolute pleasure to work with! I will absolutely utilize this company again for their services.

    Water Medic Of Cape Coral
Very dissatisfied! I felt they took advantage of my lack of knowledge of the well system as they replaced a pump twice in a period of a three year time. They also replaced numerous parts costing me thousands of dollars. Once I called another company for a second opinion, who diagnosed the problem as a bad air tank. This tank was the same tank that was on my system that water medics had serviced during that period of time, of which they did not replace, however replaced every other part instead. To add insult to my poor experience, when I called the office and spoke with the dispatch the young girl was extremely rude, her tone condescending and she argued with me continuously making me feel that I was stupid and that I did not know what I was talking about. However, the new water service company who portrayed professionalism and confidence in their knowledge of the well system had explained to me exactly was NOT done right previously so therefore the knowledge I was trying to discuss was a professional opinion, not my opinion in which she argued with. I would encourage anyone using water medics to also get a second opinion before allowing them to service your water system.

    Water Medic Of Cape Coral
Colt did the installation and the new unit eliminated the hydrogen sulfide smell.  System was tuned up with optimal pressure in the pressure tanks and now operates like new.

Highly recommend Water Medic for all your water needs/problems.

    Gator Drain and Plumbing
Gator Drain and Plumbing far exceeded my expectations for excellent customer service. I am an out of town owner of rental property. Kelley coordinated the scheduling with the tenant. Kelley kept me updated throughout each step of the repair process, and more importantly, emailed clear photos before and after completion. A home warranty company was also involved, and Kelley handled the coordination of activities necessary to get authorizations approved. The company is professional, a pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend their work.

Jeremy arrived as scheduled, changed all the filters and sanitized the system.  The entire process took about 2 hours.  He also tested the water from our water softener.  Everything was fine.
