I selected Professional Home Improvement because they were quite professional, competitively priced and most importantly the services performed were done in a timely and high-quality manner with great quality and materials as well. I also like that, Mal, the owner was quick to point out potential issues on the job that turned up in the demolition, window replacement and siding process. He was always able to offer practical cost-efficient solutions before the issues turned into major costly problems. AParamount Siding & WindowsParamount did an excellent job - the house looks fabulous. They were very generous - throwing in several upgrades (higher grade siding, accent siding, gutters & they repaired soffits & fascia). This work was covered by insurance and Paramount was able to include insulation in the bid when several other contractors were not. They were persistent in getting my business; I was prepared to go with another contractor, but they convinced me to give them a shot. I was glad I did. There were some very minor things that needed attention after the job was done and they addressed them right away.The only issue I had with this contractor was with payment options. As I said this was an insurance job. Because I had not received proceeds from insurance and Paramount needed a payment, I offered to make a partial payment with my credit card. The owner readily accepted my credit card payment. Later when I still had not received insurance proceeds and Paramount was calling me for another payment, I again offered to pay the balance with my credit card. This time, I was told I could not use the credit card again because it cost Paramount too much to use the cards and because the company had exceeded its limit with the credit card company. This has created a budgeting issue for me and I would have appreciated being informed up front that I could only use my credit card for limited amount. Still, my overall experience was a good one and the work was excellent. I would just make sure I spelled out every detail about payments prior to starting work.- Charlene P.

AVista Home ImprovementThis project was hampered by the record October snowfall and subsequent long power outage in New England. Even after taking storm delays into consideration, this job took five weeks to complete. This was much longer than the two week estimate given. I believe that Brian Rudd (Vista Owner) had overbooked jobs and was unable to assign an adequate number of crew to complete the project in a timely manner. All crew members were extremely coureous and accommodating. The house now looks much better than before. I would recommend Vista Home Improvement to anyone.- Eugene B.

From the initial consultation and throughout the roof replacement process, Frank went above and beyond to keep me informed. Frank was always available to answer any questions that I had. The crew were very professional and the install was done in an extremely timely fashion. I doubt that you would find such a thorough job with any of the competition. From start to finish they kept the debris to a minimum on the property. The end product is fantastic. Usually, I do not write reviews as English is not my native language. In this case though, I could not let it go as I was completely impressed with Frank and the Roof Smart team. Furthermore, this is a very big investment. ANick and Carmen were terrific to work with. They were responsive to questions and completed the job on time. I appreciated that they offered some great suggestions during my mobile home remodel. I had inherited the place and I don't think much work had been completed on it in 20 years. They did a fantastic job and I was definitely pleased with the results. I was not present during the remodel but the neighbors all around told me how hard they worked and how professional they were. Several asked for their information. I added on, changed some ideas, etc...during the process and they were accommodating and delivered! I had received quotes and asked for estimates from several contractors but they were the most attentive, caring, and professional. From subflooring, walls, bathroom redesign and remodel, closet redesign and remodel, windows, lighting, roof - they did it all. I think some construction companies wouldn't deal with a mobile home remodel so to find someone who was of this quality - I feel blessed. Would most definitely hire again in a minute!
