    The repair technician was fast and did a great job replacing one panel in our cage that was damaged from Hurricane Irma. We called a few screen companies, including the one that originally installed our cage. Dr. Screen had the lowest price for one panel of Super Screen. The other quotes were over twice his amount. In fact, the company that installed our screen wouldn't even come out unless the job was over $500. Dr. Screen was recommended to us, and without a doubt, we would definitely call them again.

    Called Carlos and chatted with him about what I needed done. He promised to be out the following day. He called to say he was on his way, and arrived on time. Went out and looked at what needed done, got his equipment from the truck and did the work properly and quickly. Price was extremely fair! I also asked for some advice on a gutter drainage problem, and he came up with a very creative solution to a problem we���ve been struggling with for years! I would recommend Carlos to anyone needing gutter work done. He does quality work for a very fair price.

    David Hubble, the owner, required payment up front for special screen to be delivered and to have on hand in case screen cage damage resulted from Hurricane Irma, to protect my large plant collection. I ordered it one week before the storm arrived. I had no reservations about paying ahead of time because he had previously done work for me about three years prior to this. It was never delivered before the storm arrived. He claimed it was not in stock. Fortunately, damage ended up being minimal, but I decided to take delivery of the material anyway since I had already paid for it. Weeks and months went by, and he continued to say it was not in stock with the supplier (something I discovered to be untrue.) I then asked for a simple refund over six months later, it was then that he stopped communicating. I tried numerous times to get him to respond via phone messages, emails and Face Book messaging. My only recourse for restitution now is to file a complaint in Small Claims court. He is so brazen that he continues to use my screen enclosure for his flagship photo to advertise at his business FB website! This guy qualifies as a simple thief in my book. Don't become a victim like I did!

    everyone I had contact with was very professional. They gave me a great price, showed up on time and did excellent work. The project manager was great and the crew that came out was awesome as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

    It went well BUT after the fact, with the first rain, water poured in like a water spout. Also, one of the end caps on the lanai frame is not tacked down. Contacted the company twice, but noone has come out to check either issue.

    Scheduling was tricky, as they could not give an advanced repair date/ time. This is challenging for working folks like myself. However, I think this is just due to how busy they are, still catching up from Irma. The repair technician was knowledgeable and did a great job. Overall, I would use them again.

    installation went perfect. After Irma winds I had 2 screens blowout on 1 side. I called over 2 dozen times, over a 3 month period. I received numerous excuses and commitments to come out and repair. My screens are still blown out and I'm currently searching for someone to repair.

    Answered my weekend email within an hour or two. Jeff came out on Sunday and looked at the job. He was able to do the job Monday and Tuesday. Jeff was able to come out and do a great job, during a time when it's hard to even get a call back from other companies. If you need your enclosure repaired, call Jeff, you won't be sorry. He'll do a very good job for you, and you won't have to wait for months to get the work done. He did not go up on his prices due to the hurricane like other companies did.
