Great! Have used them twice now. As my dog is older and blind I don't want her to be in a pet store for grooming as it would scare her. I'm pleased how they come to my home and groom her while I wait inside.

A Touch of Class Pet Grooming
Came in to pick up my 2 dogs after they were groomed and saw one was sitting alone on one of the grooming tables with one eye shut. Was very still and looked terrified. After a few minutes, my groomer appeared and said there had been an "accident". She brought him over to me and said some shampoo had gotten into his eye. If this were true, I would have understood however I have worked at an animal hospital for several years and this definitely did NOT look like a little shampoo irritation. With further discussion, I discovered that all the groomers use a "degreasing shampoo" on all the dogs' ears...whether they need it or not. I said I would be taking my dog to the vet immediately. I was told to bring the bill from the vet in two days when the owner would be there, and I would be reimbursed. The veterinarian confirmed my fear.... my dog had a severe chemical burn over his entire cornea. Had I waited any longer, the burn would have only gone deeper. Went home with two prescriptions and an E-collar. Two days later I went back to "Touch of Class " groomers and tried to have an intelligent conversation with the owner who did nothing but argue and swear at me. Next, her daughter came up to the counter, continued to swear at me and then actually called the Police because I said I was not leaving until they paid for the Vet bill....as I had been told they would. When the Police arrived and heard what happened, the owner VERY RELUCTANTLY wrote a check for the prescriptions but refused to pay for the Vet's fee OR the follow-up visit. The Police politely recommended to me to take her to civil court for the balance. I am not a vindictive person and did not want to waste anymore time with these awful people, but felt it absolutely necessary to warn others about this place! Had I known they use these obviously dangerous (and unnecessary) products on our pets, I NEVER would have gone there! PROTECT YOUR PETS ..... DON'T GO TO TOUCH OF CLASS!

It was my 1st time going to this establishment. I was greeted by a woman that seemed to be having A bad day. No "welcome", no smile, no thing. She ask for my personal information and then asked what I wanted done. I mentioned that my dog has been recently rescued (I've had her 7 months) and was previously abused. She didn't seem to care what so ever. I them mentioned that my dog had a few matts and needed a hair cut. She said "we can brush the matts out, but at a cost" (which I didn't understand) and I said "wouldn't that be painful?" And she responded by saying "either way, it's going to hurt". WHAT!?!? Are you kidding me!?!? I said that I left something in my car and quickly left with my dog (thank god). Who says that!?! The woman that greeted me today really needs to work on her people skills and be more careful with how she describes services to be performed. This place will not be touching my babies and I will not be recommending them to any of my friends, family or patients.

Their no cage policy is really great for the dogs. Owner, Sarah did a fantastic groom on our Mini Doodle. Our former groomer in Illinois was extremely kind to share her secrets with Sarah on Sasha's "Perfect Cut"........ Sarah came highly recommended from our new friends at the dog park. Sarah is an "Up and Coming Dog Groomer"... Give her a try... We are extremely pleased...

This facility is not insured for injury to customers.  I know that because i was injured on the premises due to negligence admitted by the owner, and the owner's attorney advised that the shop carries no insurance.

We had a negative experience with them.  We used them about a year ago in November.  We dropped him off to be groomed and then go play with other dogs.  It was a deal which was an A but we had an F experience and we've never gone back.  Our dog was bitten by another dog and when asked about it the other dog had aggression issues and they still allowed him in the kennel play area and that our dog did nothing to provoke the situation.  The price was right.

I'm Very very disappointed  with them.the first 3 times i went there i thought they did a very nice job. the last time was in December of 2014 i have a very small 3 pound red AKC toy poodle i picked her up everything seamed good as usual 24 hours later i noticed that the bow they had put on her was so tight it was warped around her skin it was hard so i had to cut it off when i did her skin rotted off in the area the size larger than a quarter  wich is practiculy the size of her head because she is so small! and now 4 months later it still has not grown back they did permanent damage! i called two days after to ask if they had someone new they said no i ask if i should take her to the vet they said she should be fine i should of taken her there and showed them what they did but i am to nice of a person if she was a show dog this would be a even bigger problem. i just dont want this happening to anyone else pup.

I was very pleased from the first phone call with the personal communication, and I felt like they listened and cared about my concerns with our needy puppy. He has very sensitive skin and breaks out nearly every other time he's gone to the groomers. They took great care of him and came out of the mobile groomer happy and smelling wonderful. Our dog did not hesitate to go with Jay and jumped right into the truck - he never does that! I was very satisfied with our experience. Thanks!

    TENDER CARE ANIMAL HOSPITAL
The staff (Lisa, Katie, and Dr.Amber) were AMAZING!  They cheerfully answered all my questions, gave me an unlimited access tour, never rushed me,  were extremely affectionate to my dog, who was not used to being left behind, and listened intently to all my (and my pets') needs and wants. Dogs are great judges of character, and our little guy immediately melted happily into their loving arms.
They knew I was apprehensive about having to leave our little guy for 10 days while we had to be gone on business.  They offered a $6/day additional option for getting him out of his kennel area a minimum of 2 times a day for CUDDLE TIME and romp time with them so he would not feel abandoned, and even had him out in a play pen area with them in their work room with them to observe him the first few days.  AMAZING!!!  One reason for the play pen first two days was to make sure he did not have a reaction to a vaccine, which he luckily did not have.  (he had a history of reacting badly to some other vaccines when he was younger (different vet/different state) and had even ended up on iv fluids from them).  Most places would just 'breeze by' his kennel/crate in the boarding area to check periodically, but these folks actually had him out at their feet while they worked so he would feel a part of their 'working family' during this monitoring phase. This place goes well above and beyond to make sure their "puppy patients" are as happy and well adjusted as possible when away from their loving owners.
The facilities were impeccably clean, bright, and cheerful for small animals as well as adult humans.... and the 'tour' I requested prior to choosing this facility was unannounced so assume it is this way even when they do not expect to have to give tours. They even allowed me to bring a milk crate full of his 'comfort' items to add to his kennel... such as a blanket with our scents on it, my old tennis shoes that had my 'scent' on it, and some of his favorite toys and treats.  For those who do not know, if you are a hunter and 'lose' your dog when time to go home, the hunter simply takes his coat off and leaves it where he last had his dog.  The next morning he would get up early and go back to get his coat and his dog will have 'tracked' his way back and be curled up sleeping on it.  This is instinct in the dog, and if you go to work all day and have to pen your dog up, leave your old unwashed sneakers or a dirty tshirt you've worn so your scent is on it for your dog to cuddle with and your dog will not stress as badly. (sorry, couldn't resist the helpful hint).
I would definitely recommend this boarding/vet clinic to friends and neighbors.  I actually drove out of state to get to and use this clinic!
