AModern Cuts of Southwest FloridaEthan and his crew were timely, professional, and completed the work in less time than I expected. They took the time to walk my large property with me and do everything I asked, as well as helping make suggestions in areas I wasn't sure what to do. The property looks amazing after their work! They had to clear out a ton of overgrowth and debris, but while doing so, left the property looking clean and still lush and inviting. They didn't think they could get to me till the end of April but, they were in Westerville and had a cancellation. We're retired and always home so HECK YEAH come on over! I found it very easy to communicate with him and his crew. He came with no shortage of equipment; fully prepared. No doubt I will be asking Josh back the yearly tree maintenance. I trust his judgement 100%. Our Oak looks great as does the palm trees. The lot line look wonderful and no more like a jungle beside us. BAdvanced Seamless Gutters IncIt took 2 months to get installation done after I signed estimate acceptance. Installation was satisfactory but was done without contact or scheduling of installation date.There was nobody home and I was contacted for payment AFTER installation had already been done. I would much have preferred being there for installation or at least letting me know that they were coming.- Michael M.

AIt went better than I thought it would. They really know what they are doing. They also were able to do what they thought would look good to color up the front of our house. They did a great job of picking the arrangement of flowers and plants to bring the color factor all year round. They also install underground drainage in areas that it was needed. They will be continuing to do ur landscaping, we have plenty to still do. I highly recommend them. They are very affordable for the great work they do.

FWe hired Kelly Roofing to put on a 70K plus roof. We didn’t know that we needed to specify that we would like it not to leak. Within fifteen months of paying the last bill, the roof has leaked three times. The last time it leaked was eight days after Kelly “fixed” it. Clearly, they had no idea how to fix it and always tried to blame it on a drain in our roof. Well, the drain was there when they gave us the estimate, did the work, and cashed our 70K check. They never said that it was an issue, or warned the roof we were paying you to installing would leak, or to update our home owners insurance because we were actually getting a water feature in our office. Kelly Roofing refused to take my call or return my calls (the owner Ken Kelly). After the third leak, they refused to answer any emails. Is this a company you would be happy with hiring? We certainly were not - biggest mistake of our homeownership.
