    DTRT Sprinklers Llc.
Showed up when I wasn't home, SAID he replace broken sprinkler heads but refused to come back and show me. BUT I wanted sprinklers moved out from under bushes, NEVER authorized the work now Jerry keeps sending me past due notices for work I did not want. Smooth talker and big bills.

    Five Star Irrigation Service
5 man Crew arrived on time and quickly confirmed my leak and located source on the inlet PVC piping. Very quick repair by replacing 4 valve input header and new isolation valve. In addition they checked out the entire system and found 2 spray head issues which they fixed by replacing spray heads. In and out in less than 1 hr and price was reasonable for work performed. I would recommend them as reliable. There are may irrigation repair outfits in Cape Coral and many are unreliable. Five Star Irrigation stands high above the rest. The company is a family run business with the crew being related and very friendly on phone and on site. Crew worked together with high work ethics and was very willing to answer my questions

    Green Bird Irrigation and Landscapes
Green Bird showed up as soon as possible to check out the issue and give me a price. I was impressed on how he inspected every aspect of our irrigation system. Each sprinkler head was examined and all lines were checked. His quote was reasonable. Others came to give me a bid but none were as thorough as the Green Bird tech. On the day of installation he arrived early and I watched as he meticulously did his work. He replaced the old timer box and the all the leaky fuses. Each sprinkler head and line was inspected and brought up to perfect working condition. His price never changed. His work was excellent. My husband and I are beyond thrilled.

    AJ's IRRIGATION AND PUMP SERVICE
We had a major leak at house where pipes come to for control system. We were out of town and called AJs. It was a holiday weekend and Jack responded immediately. He immediately fixed the problem on Tues as soon as he was able to get parts. Kept us informed, gave us options, took pictures and completed work promptly. Thought his pricing was reasonable. Highly recommend.

    Triton Irrigation
Came across a puddle of water in my yard and quickly realized there was a leak in one of the pvc pipes underground. Initially thought was sprinkler system and called these guys. They were quick to respond and onsite next day after calling the previous evening. Identified it was actually the main water line feed to my house and fixed the issue in under an hour. All is working great and leak is gone. Highly recommended. Will have them back in coming months for some additional irrigation work.

    Menna Irrigation
Terrible. They were very fast to respond, set time to review project and arrived on time. Provided a good price and was able to start job within my required time frame. Due to positive reviews I approved. He stated one day to complete the job. I was not on site on the scheduled day Tuesday 26th, so time spent on the job is unknown, but he was not hear at 10:30 am when we left, and was gone at 7 pm when we returned. Tools, trash, clothing, and materials were left all over. He had another job so did not show Wednesday but he called and I agreed as my trees were scheduled for Friday. Thursday he returned and worked but did not finish. Again tools trash was left behind. He unloaded trash prom previous jobs in our recycle bin, several controllers, boxes, job trash I had to transfer from recycle to our trash bin. Trash was left in the road that my neighbors had to pick up. He did not show on Friday, returned on Saturday to finish the job. He planned on being done in an hour or so and then leave. Pipes were plugged so he had to cut and clear several lines. One new zone did not cover the lawn, and most lines were buried less then 1/2 inch below grade. He did not have the materials needed so he ran to Home Depot at least three times, for things like tubing, couplers, and other parts that should have been stock on truck. He left Saturday with system totally messed up but promised at least three time to return later Saturday and do whatever was necessary to satisfy me. After he left I inspected the entire job and it was so poor it was unbelievable. He never returned Saturday. I called him on Sunday and told him not to bother. I had paid him (my big mistake) in full. On Monday I sent him a test telling him I placed a stop payment on the last check, about 20% of agreed to price. He replied a some what threatening text, I replied I'd be happy to see him in court. I spent over $50 to purchase materials to fix the mess and close to 10 hours labor was spent to correct his mess. Photos show examples. One unbelievable example, I believe he did not have proper materials so as shown in photo, He used two or three foot sections of PVC pipe instead of two or three 10' sections with couplings. He did not have couplings to connect the 2 or 3' pieces so he used more costly threaded tees. He did not have plugs so he used MPT to barb 90's and then put a 6" section of tubing, kinked over and held in place with a small piece of 1 1/4 PVC. Then he partially buried the entire thing. (See photo) The first time the system ran on Sunday morning, the kinked tubing blew off and flooded the area.

    Sunrise Irrigation & Landscaping Inc
Most reliable contractor I have worked with in the last years. Not only was the office responsive, called ahead of schedules and easy rescheduled jobs, Jerry did excellent work and gave a lot of advise for the landscaping work. Very professional installation compared to my old irrigation system. They even followed up with information on the permit so I didn't have to care for it on my own. Never happend with any contractor before. Will use Sunrise Irrigation on all my properties. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Tony and Dan were wonderful. Estimate and work done on the same day which was so greatly appreciated as we had just moved into town. We contacted others who never showed and they were on time, courteous and professional. Accomplished everything we needed and left our place immaculate. We would highly recommend them!!

    Menna Irrigation
Rich did a great job repairing our sprinker system. From the very beginning he was easy to communicate with and he always returned our calls. He was very fair about his price. Rich is pleasant, caring, and a hard worker. We would definitely recommend his services.

Best Home Services - Plumbing Electric Air
Avoid the company Best Home Services Get other quotes before calling Best Home Services. We called them for a plugged sewer line. First off they wouldn't give me an estimate of the cost until AFTER they put a camera into the line. Once they did, they came back with three unreasonable quotes with different options ranging from $3,000 to $5,000. They offered to reduce the prices by 10%, which was still unreasonable. When we challenged the price, we were told we would have to pay $350 to them because they had found the plugged area with a camera. We would have to pay $350 even if they didn't resolve the issue. The technician then said they would drop the price to $1,500, and they would waive the $350. We felt pressured to accept the $1,500 even though we thought it was high, just to avoid the $350 fee. We subsequently talked to other companies that would have charged around $500 to run a camera in, locate the issue, and water jet the plugged line. I called the Best Home Services office to see if they would reduce the cost to a more reasonable price, and the two managers I spoke with said we accepted the price at the time and that they were unwilling to make any adjustment. The technician also broke our underground sprinkler line while accessing the sewer cleanout point, which he knew happened. I subsequently had to have the sprinkler repaired Bottom line, call around before calling Best Home Services
