FTechnician (Gus Lanfranchi) replaced capacitor within 15 minutes. In his notes he mentioned AC unit looked new and home office should check warranty on parts. Pure Air charged me $235 for a new capacitor. I found 8-10 capacitors of the same specifications on the internet ranging from $10-20. I called and talked to the manager, Roger Gatenby. He said it wasn't worth the time to do the paperwork involved in getting a refund for the capacitor from the manufacturer. I think he was reticent to claim $235 for a $10-20 part from the manufacturer. I will no longer do business with this company.

AIt went very well. Called the company and Cindy was very through on information and scheduled a tech to come over. Robert (the tech) called ahead, was on time, wearing a mask and maintained CDC protocols at all time. He was very amicable, professional, very knowledgeable and walked me through all the check ups and steps. He educated me on how to maintain the units/filters.

AGuys arrived earlier than scheduled. They were professional and very focused on getting the job done. Upon completing the install they did a great job of cleaning up after themselves and discarding trash. The communication with Reynolds Air and Heat was superb, from start to finish. We provide Air Conditioning service and sales to all residential homes and light commercial. Our Technicians are all paid hourly unlike most of the competition in the area who are based on commission. The hourly rate is an added protection for the home owner as the Technician is not compensated to sell something you don't need. We have Technicians on call 24/7 to take care of your cooling needs. We have been in business for over 20 years and are family owned and operated.

FAffordable Air is NOT AFFORDABLE. They refused to install a heat pump I bought for $1347, 9000 BTUs, 38SEER. Reason is they would charge TWICE the amount for the unit plus huge installation fee. Even though my unit comes with a Manufacturer's warranty their fake excuse is that the installation would not be under warranty. They also don't have 38SEER efficient heat pumps. Time to change the name to Expensive Air!
