    Marigold Construction and Repair
I dealt with Dale Partlow, who told me he owned the company. He is both uncooperative and unprofessional. In the middle of doing my roof he left for a week vacation. H e left all his equipment including work vehicles in my driveway, that I was unable to use my garage was well as the entire driveway. His work was so bad that 35% of the roof had to be redone. He never replaced the vents on the roof as the contract stated, instead he pored tar over them. He came to my house at 6am without first calling to see if I was even at home , to collect the balance of his money. I needed a paid bill for my insurance company as well as for the bank holding my mortage. I have repeatedly asked him fir three months and counting for it. Never got it. He does not ask him phone and does not call back. Stay away from this man I am sorry I used him.

    Armex Construction Inc
Amex was great. They were on time, removed the bad job the other company did, and replaced my corner bead straight and level! It was done in 4 hours the correct way! (It took the other co. 7 days to make a mess). I can say that Jose, Bernard and the 2 young men that did the job were terrific. I finally know who to call for my remodeling jobs. I am a happy customer!

    Ron Schmitt Construction
From the very beginning I was impressed by the prompt response to my request for a bid, as well as comprehensive and engineering and design services offered. Despite starting the project at the beginning of the rainy season, the project was completed on time and within budget. I also appreciated the flexibility of project specifications and accommodation of changes. Finally I was pleased with the quality of the workmanship of RSC and their subcontracters. Ron proved to be a man of integrity who was professional through out the duration of the project. I highly recommend using his services.

All went well! Very conscientious workers, clean, quick and well done. The owner actually picked up the phone when I called, or called back right away when I left message. So great work done for good prices. Completed when said it would be.

    Armex Construction Inc
Since we own an older home the job took a bit longer but they did an excellent job! The whole crew is extremely professional and courteous. I can recommend their services and had a big Job done by them before hand.
Before we had or windows installed by Armex we hired a different company which did not satisfy with their job.
I am glad we gave the job to Armex because there was no headache involved. They are always responsive and all questions and concerns are explained. In our case we had to pay a bit more than estimated due to our old construction of the home which was unforseen. When they noticed that it will be more dusty they covered the work area with plastic and sealed the work area to protect my livingroom. The whole crew was detail oriented.
Even the inspector was impressed with their work!

Our windows are beautiful ( our neighbors love them too!) but I am just happy that it was such a smooth process thanks to Jose, Bernard and the whole crew!

    Westshore Homes and Renovation L.L.C.

Can not say enough about Ron Schnaufer, owner of Westshore Homes and Renovations. Feel we won the lottery by choosing him as our builder. His attention to detail is second nature and has made our building process fun. He has a lot of experience and it shows. He's always available and is tremendous help in eliminating stress that often accompanies the building process. His ability to strategically stage a custom built home has been the biggest blessing. From moving the dishwasher to better accommodate convenience to eliminating closet doors as a way to create more workable space are just a couple to mention... Mistakes are inevitable when building, however having a professional eye that is able to catch and correct quickly is vitally important thus creating a smooth building process for the customer. During our building process we had a tornado go down our street causing significant damage to just about every home... Our structure was virtually untouched. I credit this to the high quality material used and thorough workmanship. Ron even hired a private inspector who was more thorough than the one provided by the city. Ron Schnaufer exceeding all expectations. Our home is more beautiful then ever imagined! Not only beautiful, but also convenient and well organized. Choosing Ron was the best decision we made. He really helped us understand where to spend money to make the biggest difference and enhance the quality, the living and investment of our new home. We cannot thank him enough! He is the best!

    Sincerely,

    Patience Rodriguez

    Villalba Homes General Contractor Inc
We purchased Our new home from Villalba Homes September 2014. We love the excellent craftsmanship and attention to details that went into the planning and building process. There were some small issues that needed addressed after the purchase. All the issues were expertly handled and we would definitely hire Villalba Homes for any remodeling or if we going to build a new home. Excellent people to work with!

    ISLAND HARBOR CONSTRUCTION
When you walked in everything looked good, it wasn't until we moved in that we found the many mistakes Island Harbor, especially Linda Davis made.  First and foremost she chose handle for our cabinets after we told her not to put any, that we wanted to select them after we moved in.  Now we are stuck with the holes she decided to make in our cabinets for handle we do not want. The closets weren't installed incorrectly and they started collapsing one after another until we had to empty them completely.  The laundry room sink faucet shot water over the edge of the basin onto the floor and when I pointed it out I was told ' you picked the faucet' .  The master bathroom mirrors cannot be centered because the outlets were obviously in the way, but they couldn't be bother to move them.  Speakers were missing from our surround sound leaving a hole in the ceiling but no wires, not only were two different size back splashes installed in the kitchen, Linda allowed granite that had two giant chips mashed together with glue to be installed in the island counter.  She cleaned off the glue but claims she never saw the chips....please.   The front door was either damaged or installed incorrectly and we have a gap at the top of the door, so it will not seal.  The well pipe has had to be fixed twice for leaks, ten tiles in the middle of the great room floor were loose and needed to be removed and reset.  We are waiting for the next thing to go wrong and his word and warranty mean nothing.  He sent someone to fix the closets then didn't pay them.  We received a notice stating that if he didn't pay we face a lien being put on our home.    She calls herself an interior decorator but in our house she was an over paid installer and she couldn't even do that right.  They have an excuse for everything and take responsibility for nothing. Our advise is to run, run fast and far these people are nothing but trouble.
