    The hardest thing to find at the beach is a worker that will answer the phone, arrive at all, arrive on time and then do the job that was asked. This company hit a home run with doing all of those things. We called and Josh came out as scheduled and on time, made some changes to our settings and the computers could now talk to each other. We scheduled another appointment to have additional items tended to. The next appointment Elliott arrived to get our email adjusted, give us cloud backup and anti virus software. Elliott was very knowledgeable. He did a great job explaining what he was doing, and what the result would be. I felt as though he was efficient and did not waste time. The price was fair. I hope to have them as our "go to" tech support team for a long time.

    Randy Fothergill was the estimator and even cleaned the pine needles out of the crevices of the roof for me while he was up on the roof doing the estimate. The repair man Brian Hines was very knowledgeable, and both always came exactly when they said they would. They were friendly, honest, and the work is warranteed for a year, but no problems in heavy rains. We would hire them again in a heartbeat.

    Excellent. Brent was professional, efficient and courteous. The job was done much more quickly than I thought. It wasn���t the lowest cost but I feel it was worth the extra to get the job done right.They also stand by the work with a 5 year guarantee with details explained before the work is done.

    They came out and did service. Did not do everything their website said they would do. Had a broken lock on the accordion shutter and they did a questionable replacement of the lock. Does not seem securely installed and does not stay locked. They have never been able to give us any specs on their own shutters. Don't know how that is possible. They supposedly built them. Called them on Sept 5th because we had a roll shutter we could no longer open and some of the accordion pieces had slid down out of the top track. Unfortunately we had Hurricane Irma coming through the following weekend and they said they could not get to us before then but would call us later to schedule service date. Never heard back and called them again on 10/2/17. Spoke with Rosette and found out they had never opened a ticket in September. She opened a ticket and indicated someone would get back with me in a couple of days to get me scheduled. Again did not hear back. Called again today, 10/6, and again spoke with Rosette. She can not give me any time frame for when they can get to me. Already scheduled through the end of October and apparently can't schedule past that point.

    They offered to tarp the roof asap. I found the problem and fixed it but was very impressed with the response, especially considering the demand for roofers in my area. As it turned out they were the company that but two new windows in my townhouse 3 years ago. They did an excellent job back then as well.

    Quality, professionalism, punctuality, and honest pricing were EXCELLENT. G & G Roofing and their Superintendent Jimmy acted with integrity and urgency to correct the problem at hand for myself and a neighbor... without scams, puffery, or gouging. These are genuine community members, and you can see and hear in Jimmy the sincere desire to make people's homes "whole" again as quickly as possible, to mitigate additional home damage. G & G Roofing is an honest member of the community who are in business for the long haul. We feel fortunate to have found them. Have some patience during these tumultuous times... Jimmy mentioned that he has twelve crews working from pre-dawn to post-dusk. I can attest to their fortitude until no light remained. In the future, when it is time for us to get ANY roof work or roof replacement, Jimmy and G & G roofing is who I will trust and rely upon. Beware the OTHER companies who, after the hurricane, were SOLICITING DOOR to DOOR with inflated costs, and suspiciously written "assignment of benefit" contracts trying to get people to sign on the dotted line.

    The roof seems to be fine, done almost two years ago, not leaking, looks ok. I had to caulk several joints, new ac was damaged from falling debris, light- fan wire was damaged I had to replace, stepping stone was broken because of trailer tongue jack

    We are extremely fortunate to have been a Boardwalk Real Property Management, Inc (BRPMI) client since 2006 when our house was first built. From day one Boardwalk has treated us like ?family? and we have enjoyed a great relationship with all of their staff. Boardwalk knows our property, responds immediately to any requests, is professional and attentive. Over the ten-year partnership we have had only two principal property managers. This stability provides assurance that our Boardwalk manager knows our property and knows us. Boardwalk has given us advice about rental fees and property upgrades. Because of the great relationship, we have given Boardwalk permission to authorize any minor repairs without need for our concurrence. They have skilled tradespeople who complete any necessary repairs quickly and at reasonable rates.

    We are absentee landlords who live out of state. We have visited Boardwalk and the property only twice in the ten years of ownership. Our monthly fee to Boardwalk is worth every penny. Monthly statements and tax forms are detailed and sent promptly. Since 2006 we have had constant tenancy despite having tenants who have been served papers to work overseas in the military. Each year we receive a detailed property report for a nominal fee. This report is then used as a guideline for any recommended renovations.

    Think about it. What does an out-of-state landlord want? Our fantasy would be to have a company like Boardwalk who looks after our property like their own, maintains constant tenancy (to pay the bills), provides updates on the property, offers advice, is professional and timely in their accounting, and does all of this for a reasonable fee. Boardwalk does all of this but sets itself apart by making us feel like ?family.? We?ve been dealing with the same people since 2006. We recently needed to make some repairs. We spoke to Stephen Foster (the owner), Caleb Lee (our property manager) and Shannon McLaughlin (head of accounting). Each knew the property, gave advice and assurance, and acted as though we were their number one priority. There is no listening to music, a real person answers the phone, and they know you. We started out by meeting Elaine in 2006, before our house was built, and Elaine is still there for us. ?Five Stars? is not enough to truly set this company apart.

    Jim arrived and went right to work.  He determined the best place for the tv and put up the bracket and hung a surge protector behind the tv for Roku and Fire Stick.  Dropped HDMI and Ethernet needed for my TiVo.   Everything was working and he cleaned up after himself.

    this is the 3rd time I've hired Jim and I've been very happy every time.

    After we were left waiting at a different place for help with our taxes, we were running errands and saw this office. We decided to stop in and see if they could help us. It was a little after noon, but the people in the office were very welcoming and happy to help us. We immediately felt that we had made the right decision by stopping in.
    Chris Castaldo helped us out and did a wonderful job. He found out that we had incorrectly applied a credit in 2014. When he did it correctly we got an even larger return for 2015. He also answered some questions we had about with-holdings for a new job.
    He was very nice, very professional, and asked lots of questions so he could understand our tax situation.
