He it only explained the difference between locks at our house, he dealt with two crazy people (just moved in) and two large curious dogs. I would recommend him to anyone. AI called early in the morning to try to get my locks changed the same day (ex-roommate, need I say more?) He said he had one job he had to do and would be over in an hour or so. The previous job took longer than he expected BUT he did call to let me know. Since I was not in a hurry, it was no problem. My job was done very quickly with no issues.
