AThis was my first visit to Dr. Holmes as I had been to a previous Chiropractor in Fairhope when I worked there. I had also been to another chiropractor in Foley a few years prior. It only took a few days to get in and I was pleased that he had early morning appointments. I saw him for upper back and neck pain from auto accidents and from poor posture at work. I had prior X-Rays and MRI's which I took with me because my insurance doesn't cover chiropractic care.
Dr. Holmes took his time talking to me and explaining to me what he recommended. They started with warm compresses on my back, followed by a deep tissue massage, acupuncture, and an adjustment. I used to be skeptical of chiropractic care but now I fully believe in it. Dr. Holmes is very kind and really knows what he is doing. He was able to adjust me when other chiropractors weren't able to. I also recommend acupuncture for deep pain. Dr. Holmes is not one of the chiropractors who want a contract and want to see you every week. He'll tell you exactly what he recommends based on your situation.
I referred a co-worker to Dr. Holmes and he wrote me a hand-written thank you note! My co-worker had never been to a chiropractor and was very pleased with adjustment.
I went back for a follow up treatment and had the same great experience. Last but not least, his staff is wonderful! They've all been there many years which says a lot about about a person and how they run a business.

AI've been under chiropractic care for 15 years, we moved to Pensacola 2 years ago and were referred to Blue Angel Family Chiropractic Care. They have been amazing from day 1, the best chiropractor I've ever been to in 15 years. Small family owned business, take the time to talk to you and get to know you with excellent adjustments as well. Always able to fit me in, same day, if I'm hurting pretty bad. My husband and 13-year old son also get adjustments there. I highly recommend them to everyone I know looking for chiropractic care in the Pensacola area.

AI've been seeing chiropractors off and on for several years (decades, in fact), and I count myself lucky to have found this one. A lot of chiropractors will try to sell you a plethora of 'extras' that you may not want or even need. By contrast, these doctors seem to be more interested in just fixing the problem, and getting you back on your feet. Dr. Frank is a 'hands-on' therapist, very friendly and caring, with a good feel for finding what's out of place and getting it back to where it should be. A few more visits, spaced a few days apart, completely fixed my back pain. I now visit on a monthly basis for routine maintenance, with the option of coming in earlier if I feel I need it. Highly recommended.

AMy headaches are gone! By the time I'd had 2 adjustments, I was down to only taking 2 asprins, once a day. After 4 appointments (within 10 days), I was off pain killers entirely. Dr. Likens is extremely knowledgeable and his treatments have been the most effective of any Chiropractor I've ever been to. His explanations are thorough, answering both the and quot;whatand quot; and and quot;whyand quot; of the condition and the treatment methods. Highly, highly recommended!

AI love them I have been going there since 2006, they do a good job, they are friendly and what ever you need they try to get it for me. I recommend him to any body. He likes to tel jocks. He knows his patients and tells you what is wrong with you. I feel a whole lot better.

AAtlas Chiropractic of Mobile, AlabamaHe is a good chiropractor. He is really nice, thorough, knowledgeable and pleasant to be around with. He will get me in there, fix me up and put me on my way feeling better if I have back problems or whatever. He does not have me seeing him just for the sake of seeing him. If I am feeling better, he will let me take a break and ask me to come back if I am feeling bad again. He will tell me about little things that I can do outside of what he is doing like diet and so forth that will make my life better. It is just one lady in the office, and she is very nice. His availability is good. I would rate him highly and would continue to use him in the future; in fact, my next visit will be on Thursday.- nelson d.

He is exceptionally pleasant and kind, and every time I walked out of his office I was in a better mood. His office staff is outstanding. Joy at the front desk is friendly, patient, and impressively efficient. She never had a problem accommodating my schedule for appointments, and she was very clear and efficient with billing.
