    Bryan always does a great job. He is a professional. He actually pointed out to our internet provider that several problems that my small business encountered was their responsiblity in an attempt to bolster our case for reimbursement of their fees. He was actually on the phone discussing another case with a large internet provider and he actually discussed our case at the same time. This was unprecedented. I highly recommend Bryan and the others that work with Daytona Networks.

    If this is the way the owner talks to prospective employees, how do you think he looks at you as a customer? The pictures say it all. Background: The guy had a job posting, so I asked a bunch of questions to see what the company offered, as far as benefits, and how they paid their employees. The picture provided shows the owner's response. So very professional (sarcasm).

    I called Chardani 3 times over a period of 3 weeks. Not one phone call was returned. I then called Tilton Roofing. My phone call was returned. Inspection was done in a timely manor. At that time I was told that repair would take place in approx. 4-6 weeks. Very professional.

    Fabulous. 5-stars. Hit of the shower. Sherri's design was perfect. She took my vision and designed an amazing cake - both in looks and in taste. She was attentive and within budget. I would use The Pastry Studio again and have recommended her on a number of occasions. You will not regret using their services..

    They showed up a day late and diagnosed the problem. Took $150 down payment to order the part. Came back 3 times over 12 days (I had no refridgerator during this time). Finally got fridge running but hadn't fixed the control display which is needed to regulate the temp. They were suppose to come back and I called several times to follow up. After about 2 weeks their phones had been disconnected and I couldn't get hold of them.

    I had a new service come out and fix the fridge. The part I was charged $150.00 for was never replaced, fridge still had original part.

    Called to replace a broken phone (I have insurance on it). They charged $200 even though I had an upgrade available in 5 days. They made a mistake on the address and FedEx could not deliver. AT&T refused the call and change address so they could deliver. They also refused to allow FedEx to release the phone to me even with proper ID. Even FedEx was surprised at how unreasonable they were. They had the phone shipped back to them which took 7 days and would not send out a new one until the other one arrived back even though it was their error.

    I was a customer for 22 years and it didn't matter. No customer service at all. You are just a number and they don't care!
