    Radhakrishna Rao MD
The first visit lasted approximately an hour. Dr. Rao was very thorough in his explanations of what could be happening. He did a multitude of tests, both verbal and physical during the first visit. He had my daughter sent for an MRI and an EEG. On our next visit he reviewed those results very carefully with me. Everything was normal, which was a relief of course. One of the things I like about Dr. Rao is that he explains things on my level - i.e. not too much medical terminology! We have a follow-up in January.

He engaged my son very cleverly. We did have to wait almost an hour and a half past our appointment time which I heard was the norm, but he was very thorough and he took his time with us.

He is fantastic with children, and he was great with my son s ADD. He was thorough, and he followed up to make sure that he was on the right medicine, and the right dosage, and that he was having success with it in school.

    Jacinto, Dr. Sergio
Our first visit with Dr. Jacinto was for my son's seizure. He was very kind and knows how to interact with children. After my son's school a few years later kept pushing and insisting he be tested for ADHD I decided to go back to Dr. Jacinto since our experience there was so great. I delayed doing this for a year since I don't like putting children on drugs especially this kind of medication but my son was going to fail the first grade if something wasn't done. When we went it became clear that Dr. Jacinto isn't just another drug pusher like some of the ADHD dr's are. He explained things to me to put my mind at ease and is very helpful. Most of all he is great with my son. When we brought in the first report card after being on the medication and my son had not only gotten straight A's but had earned his first principle's honor roll Dr Jacinto was enthusiastic and told him how proud he was of his grades. My son loves going to his appointments now and likes his dr alot.

The EEG was a sleep deprived test (only 4 hours sleep). I decided not to let the technician know that I use to be an EEG technician too. I can guarantee that she did not pass her ABRET test to be a registered technician by performing THAT kind of quality test. She kept walking in and out of the room, leaving us by ourselves while the test was being performed. The electrodes were "popping", which means they weren't on correctly. She did not measure my daughters head to know exactly where the electrodes were suppose to be. How much you want to bet they weren't placed correctly? While waiting for my daugher to fall asleep during the test, she popped open a can of soda and left it by the machine! This test was very poorly done and she was very unprofessional! When I had scheduled the follow-up, I thought it would be for Dr. Foradada. Nope! It was for the P/A again. The conclusion was to repeat the MRI/MRA and told me to give her 500 mg of Motrin. wow. That was the best they could do for us? I think I will go for a second opinion.
