    Donnelly, Dr. Kevin J
am compelled to write this heads up/warning call because of the utter outrageous behavior of this Dr and his office and to do my part to bring it to the public's attention in any/every way I can. THIS CRIMINAL OFFICE NEEDS TO BE EXPOSED A bit of background: Retired law enforcement. In good standing. Served the public with respect and fairness, professionalism, and integrity. I was among the first responders that morning Sept 11, 2001 at Ground Zero. I literally lived, worked and breathed on that pile for many long months. As a result, I have been plagued with breathing issues/restricted airway that has been a long standing quality of life issue that I have been in search of ways to fix/resolve/find relief. I made a call to schedule a consult with Dr Donnelly's office, Spring Hill FL. Arrived on time for the 2:10 pm appt on 01/10/2019. Greeted desk person. My cordiality barely returned. I identified myself verbally as I put my name on the sign in sheet on counter. Packed waiting room. (Shared waiting room with dentist -weird setup, strange residential, off the beaten track location as well). I eventually found a seat. All walks of life but mostly elderly. I waited. And waited some more. Alas, no wifi to make the wait a bit more pleasant and tolerable. I should more clearly state there IS wifi (but not working/password locked) for the patient. After almost one hour of waiting I approached the counter and inquired. I was dismissed with a sneer, coupled with a "you're next". I'm growing somewhat more incredulous at this point but it didn't prepare me for what was to come. I again took my seat. 10 more minutes elapse. It is now well past 3 pm. A door opens and my name is finally called. I am told to take a seat in yet another waiting room. I ask (the also impolite/couldn't be bothered) woman employee how much more time will I have to wait here to finally see the Dr. She snaps at me, "I don't know. I don't know his schedule and how long it will be." I politely ask to find out, as now I am nearly about to get up and leave. I was quickly approaching the end of my rope. But still, always respectful, I asked once more if she could please find out and give me an idea of how much longer it would be to be seen. She doesn't give me a reply, turns and leaves room with a look of disdain attitude on her face, and not to return. Wow! What a place this is! And they call this a "health facility"??!! I waited a few moments longer and get up and leave. As I make my way out past the counter of the waiting room, I stated to the woman at the desk my intentions of leaving. I say something about how my time is important to me, how the office is clearly overbooking patients ($$$$) and how disrespectful this all has been. I got in my car thinking about this whole crazy waste of time and drove the almost hour ride home. I was expecting a phone call. An apology directly from the Dr himself (call me old-fashioned with my thinking.) That call never came. Actually no call ever came. Back to square one with my search for relief for my breathing. A short time later an envelope appears in my mailbox from "Select Physicians Alliance PL" out of Tampa area. It is a bill from Donnelly for $100.00 stating "NO SHOW FOR APPT" and also interestingly shows my "Insurance Company:United Healthcare Charge Status Processed" WHAT ?! !! This now begins an almost indescribable agonizing/futile waste of more of my precious time with telephone calls. Continuing insults from Donnelly's staff and billing company, Select Physician's Alliance. I did speak with a somewhat apologetic/ empathetic woman from this billing company who listened. She stated that she will call Donnelly's office and I that will receive a call from their office manager by "end of workday" and if I didn't, then she told me to "feel free to call back". That call never came. I called back Monday am and spoke with her again. Again, she appeared surprised and offered apologies when I told her that I was not called back. This time Joy offered a bit more information. She told me that Donnelly's staff billed me as a "NO SHOW" but that her records did indeed state that I was there. She again told me that I would be hearing from Donnelly's office manager by end of day. And once again offered assistance and to call back if I needed "further help" lol. Well, that folly of me calling went on for 6 separate calls/promises from Joy that I would be receiving a call back and that this $100.00 bill would be reversed. She agreed that it was insane I was getting billed when I was there and NO SERVICE was performed. To date, I have received 5 bills from Select Physician's Alliance. Each one more threatening than the next. Threatening report to credit agencies. After all of this abuse I am left with the only recourse of taking Donnelly to small claims court. *Edit: consulted professional counsel. In short, Donnelly and Select Phys All. will really regret this unethical behavior!

WOW, BY FAR THE WORSE PERIOD OF TIME I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED WITH ANY DOCTORS OFFICE IN OVER 50 YRS. NOT ONLY IS HIS STAFF THE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL BUT TRY AND GET A CALL (A VERY IMPORTANT CALL), A RETURN CALL FROM THE DOCTOR HIMSELF WITH YOUR TEST RESULTS?, NEVER HAPPENS AND TRIED DAILY FOR 5 DAYS. NOT KNOWING YOUR CONDITION OR LEVEL OF LUNG DAMAGE IS TERRIBLE AND WILL CAUSE MANY SLEEPLESS NIGHTS. I TRIED FOR 5 DAYS TO GET HIM TO CALL ME TO REVEAL TO ME MY CONDITION OR LEVEL OF DAMAGE AFTER MY PULMONARY LUNG EXAM AND I NEVER GOT IT, ALL I GOT WAS HIS RUDE ATTENDANT CALLED ME TO TELL ME I HAVE LUNG ISSUES AND COME PICK UP MY REPORT AND TAKE IT TO MY PRIMARY DR. WOW, ALSO IF YOU HAVE ANY NEED TO GET ANY (ANY) PAPERWORK SIGNED OR FILLED OUT (SO YOU DON'T LOSE YOUR JOB LIKE MED. LEAVE OF ABSENCE FORM) WELL FORGET THAT AS WELL. IT IS A FAIR STATEMENT TO SAY HE JUST DOESN'T CARE AND HIS STAFF IS VERY RUDE. TAKE IT FROM ME, FIND YOURSELF A DIFFERENT DR. OR YOU CAN TAKE A CHANCE AND EXPERIENCE WHAT I AS WELL AS MANY OF HIS OTHER PATIENTS HAVE TO GO THROUGH. JUST SITTING IN THE LOBBY AND HEARING AND TALKING TO OTHER PATIENTS THAT ALSO HAVE THE SAME OPINION. SAD BUT TRUE.

Prime Aesthetica Spa and Sunshine Primary Centers
Each and every time I have gone to an appointment, it has been a pleasure. Dr. K has such a calming bedside manner, even during the scariest moments of health scares, he has been amazing. He is very particular and pays great attention to every detail during spa services. I have never seen a more dedicated and caring physician.

    Tawfik, Dr. Eihab H.
I dont understand why I always have to see someone new? I dont like the idea of being assigned a Doctor but always seeing someone else who doesnt know me personally as a patient or my medical past. I feel like if something is wrong the Doctor or Nurse wouldnt know because just when you get comfortable with a Doctor they leave and your seeing someone else? I think if Dr. Tawfik was assigned as my PCP it should be him I see not every single Dr. & Nurse in the Center. I like to have a relationship with my Doctor who will know my medical history and tests we are running and why we are running them that way the pieces of the puzzle can be put together. I love the decor of the building and the fact it allows religion to be part of the practice but I have been with Christ Medical Clinic for 2 almost 3 years and not once have I ever seen or met Dr. Tawfik. I have already over 10 Dr.,s & Nurses. Not one out of all them have been able to diagnose my problem. I had to pay out of pocket to see a Functional Dr. who instantly found the problem and I now dont feel like Im dying. My labs were even off the chart and the Dr. at Christ Medical said they are fine. They definately wer

    Kroll, Dr.Brian
I went in for a physical, and to ask him about removing a lump in my finger. He showed me a diagram of the lump. He said he would not recommend removing it. It is a cyst. If he removed it I would loose my nail. He is so good. He always make you feel you are the only patient. He takes the time you need. He explains every thing. If you let him know you don't understand. He will explain until you do. If you need a specialist, he will send you to the best of the best. I will never change my primary unless I move, or he retires. I don't mind waiting to see him. I have waited as long as 1 hour. Never go in a hurry.

    Diagnostic Clinic
He was in and out in 15 minutes.  No questions, no conversation.  This is an assembly line medical operation.  Great if all you need is a physical for work.  Bad if you really have a medical issue.

    IHA Brighton Family Care
Dr. Raymond Smith is my physician at IHA and he is extremely caring, thorough, courteous, professional and takes the time to answer all questions.  Also at IHA, Dr Cha is my dermatologist and is similarly nice and knowledgeable. He froze off a pre-cancer spot on my arm and it healed perfectly.

appointments I had to take days off from work and then to be told the appointment was cancelled didn't sit well with us.  We would set up Appointments to see Dr. Kroll but a day or so before the appointment, it would get cancelled. Or you could see the nurse practicianer. Some
He was a very friendly doctor but on subsequent appointments, we were seen by the nurse practicianer.

    Krishna Ganti MD

    March 16, 2015

I visited Dr. Krishna M. Ganti M.D. on a referral from my primary care doctor, Dr. Maria Scunziano of Access Health Care. The health issue was regarding my left ear which, for some time, had the feeling and sound of being completely plugged. Dr. Ganti peered in my ear and said he could see nothing. He also said it could be a Dysfunction of the Eustachian tube. I verified this by the Valsalva maneuver. I gave him a copy of an MRI I had earlier in March that indicated that ?The fluid signal in the mastoid air

cells particularly on the left could represent mastoid effusion versus mastoiditis in

The appropriate clinical setting?. He prescribed a decongestant. I was to return in a couple of weeks.

    April 7, 2015

I returned to Dr. Ganti?s office. I told him nothing had changed. He, again, peered in my ear and said he could see nothing but he could put a tube in to drain any fluid build up. A tube was installed to see if that helped.

    July 15, 2015

I returned to Dr. Ganti?s office and told him that nothing had changed except that I was experiencing significant hearing loss in my left ear. I still had the plugged feeling, the Eustachian tube was still plugged, and that there had been no drainage. He removed the tube which left a hole in my ear drum. I was told it would close by itself. Also, he said that hearing test was needed to verify the hearing loss. This was scheduled for July 21, 2015.

    July 21, 2015

I returned to Dr. Ganti?s office for the hearing test and a consult with Dr. Ganti. Hearing test verified significant hearing loss compared to previous test. Dr. Stated it could be as a result of the hole in the ear drum. I believe that was a guess. He ordered a CT scan of the left ear area. When I call the Imaging Center to make an appointment, they ask if the scan was to be performed with or without contrast. I contacted Dr. Ganti?s office 3 times and the Imaging Center contacted them at least twice. I don?t believe Dr. Ganti or his office ever clarified the contrast question. The CT scan preformed on July 28, 2015.

    Aug.4, 2015

I returned to Dr. Ganti?s office for a follow-up regarding the CT scan. I was told the scan showed him nothing unusual and that he had no idea what my problem was. He basically gave up and sent me to get a ?second opinion? somewhere. I feel he was clueless from day one but wanted to experiment which he did at my expense ?both monetarily, timelines, and hearing loss.

I have not gone in for a year because I got all upset over stuff with them. I need to go back and get re-established with them on my end because I get free shots and stuff with them. Contrary to the horror stories you hear my experience has not been that bad. I don't claim any disability so if you don't do that it really messes them up. There are long waits when you go for an appointment because they have too much business. If I went today to try to set an appointment they would probably give me one in two or three months. I don't go to them for critical things. I had a fight with one doctor and got him taken off my case. They keep sending bills for zero cents and that kind of cr*p.
