    Champion Foundation Repair
During the repair they have damaged several spray heads, pressure vacuum breaker and underground piping which caused cement to go inside. These are just items that are visible, I haven't hired a professional yet! I have been trying to have this fixed since October 2016, they have sent 3 contractors to the house to provide them with estimates, however no work has been completed. I called them today (spoke with Kira) and she mentioned that they need to send a 4th contractor to give an estimate on fixing the sprinkler system, however this has been going on for over 4 months.... If you have hired them, DO NOT issue them the last payment check, otherwise they will not fix what they damaged or you may have to wait a long time. If I had held the last payment I think this issue would have been fixed a long time ago... Save your time and frustration... Lesson learned for me, that's for sure!

    LRE Ground Svc Inc
I called LRE because I heard that they were now installing and sealing pavers and I have had good experiences with them in the past. They came out right away to look at a bad paving and sealing job done by another company. They were up front in letting me know what could and could not be done. The guys came out as scheduled and we're very friendly, clean and professional. They did an excellent job and made the pavers look better than they did brand new. They left my property in great shape and cleaned up everything. I would definitely call them again for any projects in the future.

Spoke to Jeff, who stated that I was at the very edge of the service area for this type of job and offered to assist when he was in the area for a different type of job in the future. Jeff stated that I should request a refund for this big deal from Angie's List due to this discrepancy.

The insurance company paid them. I wasn't happy with the service. They didn't test the grout before they pumped, because the engineering monitor did not give the directive. I had to freeze pumping until someone agreed to test the grout. Finally under my duress they then took some responsibility for testing the reminder of the truck's grout. Also they lifted the house 19 times and they heaved the house in one spot an inch-and-a-half. The sales rep was excellent and the supervisors were polite. The sales rep was very responsive which is the biggest reason I chose the company. I wouldn't recommend them.

    All Florida Ram Jack
They did fine. This was the first time we used them. They have a lot of sink holes in this area. You go through your home owners insurance, so they come in. He helped us get through the insurance stuff. They fill up the holes and they are quite expensive. They are the best and they did a good job. I would recommend them. They were on time and the only problem that I had was that they had a different way of doing things. They were here every day and they got here on time.

    Hayward Baker Inc
They are so excellent. They took all of their equipment home with them at night. At 530 AM in the morning they bring a truck that unloads all of their equipment and you never hear them. My neighbor actually told me this because he goes to work at this time. They were so professional the whole time they were here. At one time we offered them refreshments and they respectfully declined. They told me that the company actually provides all the refreshments for them as well as lunches. If I called the office needing anything they handled it immediately. When they started the project they moved everything from the Lani while they were doing the work. They actually took pictures before they moved the furniture so they could put it back just as we had it. Everyone form the crew chief to every worker was great.

We found them to be very respectful and professional. The work was done without any additional problems , in a timely manner. The cleanup went well and after the inspection by the crew boss- it was recleaned to his satisfaction. Very satisfied.

    Certified Foundations Inc
Florida, being a third world country when it comes to service businesses being honest and reliable, Jim Collier and his company were a refreshing surprise.

Unlike some of the others we interviewed, they stood out with straight forward answers to questions. Also, their salesman Bill Caulfield is tall dark and handsome, and he knows how to charm women which cemented my wife's  choice. So maybe you should interview them when your wife is out.

They offered a warranty that I feel I will be able to rely on. Others offered third party warranties with so much tiny print on the back it would take a team of lawyers a month to decipher. Those warranties are worthless, and any company you encounter offering them, walk away, it's an indication the company involved can't be trusted. You can haggle with them concerning clauses in their contract you're not happy with and they will accommodate you up to a point. Remember, these contracts involve a lot of money and are written by the company and for the benefit of the company, not necessarily the customer. Anyway, we got past that stuff to my satisfaction.

Next, the work itself. All I will say is I was very pleased with both the work and the crew. Due to the nature of my property, they had to make quite a mess... ripping out bushes, digging up paver patios and walkways. They even had to go into a glass enclosed room full of furniture and dig up the floor.

They put the furniture in storage and could not have been more careful or thoughtful and were in and out fast and caused minimum inconvenience.

When they were finished they returned my property to much, much better condition than when they started. No skimping, a first class job making my wife extremely happy. In an industry known for ripoffs, this company is one I hardily recommend.

They stained my house siding with the chemical that they put in the ground.  They did not clean or repair any of that before leaving.

They put holes in the flooring of my screened in porch, and they filled them but not all the way.  You can still see the holes on my porch.  They were supposed to have an engineer checking it out, but I have NO idea if it was good or bad.  I don't think they do a very good job.

    Earth Tech LLC
Prior to choosing Earth Tech to handle our sinkhole remediation, we asked friends and acquaintances their opinions on which company they would recommend. Time and time again, we were told Earth Tech is the way to go. We were diligent and verified them with the Better Business Bureau and verified their licenses as well. When we found no complaints, we set up a meeting with them.  From the first meeting with Earth Tech's Project Manager, Denise Marrone, we felt secure and comfortable. Denise told us what to expect and when to expect it and answered all of our questions in a professional manner. We had interviewed several companies and found that Earth Tech had not only had the experience and expertise to handle our remediation but also were extremely professional and accommodating to our schedule. As the job progressed, we were apprised of how and when each step would be completed. The men who did the actual work were polite and courteous not only to us but to our neighbors. In addition, they took steps to protect our property and our neighbors properties throughout the remediation. At the end of each day, they left the property neat and tidy. What we imagined to be a nightmare of an experience turned out to be one that went smoothly. If anyone is looking for a reliable company to handle their sinkhole remediation you can feel secure with Earth Tech.
