ACode Red Roofers, IncI have had damage since Hurricane Michael. I had contacted numerous companies and many would not return calls or never returned an estimate or quote. Vernon came out the scheduled day and did a complete walk around, followed up promptly with a professional quote. He answered all my questions at the time and concerns was discussed on how it would be accomplished. My project manager was Ronnie, He was very courteous, professional and prompt with his communication. The timeline was given to me and they were able to start within it. The completion was delayed slightly due to the various and continuous storms we had going on through the time. There was one issue that I brought to Ronnie's attention at the end of the project and he assured me it would be followed up on. AEstimate provided was excellent. Estimator even went so far as to check house to insure that no leaks were present - thus, there was no immediate hurry to re-roof. Roof crew was great and worked so hard that re-roofing was completed in 3 days. (My home is about 2300 sg ft which includes 2 attached garages - one at each end of house.) Job included replacement of 6 damaged plywood roof panels plus construction of cricket to divert rain water from damaged roof area just behind fireplace chimney. Roofers also caulked small holes in fascia and reinstalled some sagging soffit. No extra charge was incurred for cricket, caulking, and soffit work. As per the contract, 2 roof panels were included. Thus, I had to pay for 4 of the panels at $65/each. Very fair! After re-roofing, new gutters, downspouts, and perforated aluminum gutter screens were installed. Web search served to indicate that perforated aluminum gutter screens are the best and longest-lasting. Thus, in my estimation, I got a top quality job at a very fair price and, consequently, would highly recommend Worthmann Roofing to anyone. In fact, owing to this, a nearby friend has already opted to employ Worthmann for roof work.

AI wanted to write about our experiences with Cedrick Jones and Gold Star Adjusters. Our insurance company was planning to not pay us for major damage we sustained during a wind storm that hit our house around Feb 2020. Even though water came into the house and was inside the wall, they told us that the damages were only worth about $2K or so and that it would be a cheap fix and the amount conveniently was below our deductible threshold. Mr. Jones was able to force the insurance company to pay out more than enough money for us to hire professionals to come out and rebuild most of the interior and some of the exterior wall where the water was coming from. If it wasn't for him, we would have been on the hook for several thousands of dollars worth of repairs. Mr. Jones also took the time to look over our insurance policy to make sure that they hadn't hidden high deductibles on other items on our policy to prevent any future surprises. I wanted to let you know that Mr. Jones handled everything above and beyond the normal level of care and professionalism one would expect from an adjuster. He spent several hours at our home ensuring that any and all damages were fully accounted for and held the insurance company accountable for payment of the damage claims.

AMy carport roof had some serious water damage and since it was original to the house I decided to replace the roof along with a small front porch roof. Once we finally got the city permit and got back into the schedule, the work was completed in one day with some follow-up painting a few days later. Three sheets of sheathing, about 15ft of facia and the 2 X 8 backing the facia had to be replaced. I was impressed they used a pressure treated 2 X 8 when all the existing rafters were pine. In replacing the porch roof, some of the existing stucco had to be removed and replaced requiring repainting to match the existing yellow paint. Perfect match. Cleanup of the old roof trash was excellent. I found one small piece of tarpaper in the shrubs and none in the yard or driveway. Bottom line is I was very pleased with the great work Greg and his crew did. I would definitely recommend A Tite Seal roofing.

AMy husband and I are very pleased with the metal roof that Triple Crown put on our home. We got 3 different quotes, and even though Triple Crown wasn’t the cheapest, we decided to go with them because we’ve been around long enough to know that the cheapest and the best are rarely the same thing. Triple Crown was the only contractor we spoke with who took the time to educate us on the different construction methods for installing a metal roof over shingles and why they prefer to use the batten strip method. Once we had that information, we did our own research (thanks Google) and agreed that was the best application to go with. From start to finish it was evident that Triple Crown does not cut corners on materials, technique, or workmanship. They produce a quality product which they stand behind with an amazing warranty that far exceeded their competitors’ guarantees. When the building inspector from Dade City came out to inspect our finished roof in order to close out the permit, he also spoke highly of the work he regularly sees from Triple Crown. We’re very satisfied knowing that we got a quality roof at a reasonable price, and we couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking for a roofer, we highly recommend this company.
