FChapman's tractor serviceLowballed the quote so I hired him $5000 to clear the lot. A week and a half into it he calls stating that he needed more money due to rain making it muddy for the equipment he had. He doesn’t own his own equipment so he rents the smallest cheapest equipment that couldn’t get the job done. He wants an extra $2000 which I gave to him, a week later he tells me he’s done the best he can under the circumstances! I went to the lot and it was a mess, wish I could upload pictures. Don’t hire this guy, get a professional and pay a little more you will save in the long run. I had to pay a professional $3500 to Clean up his mess. Chapman wanted to cover all the palmetto Roots and wood scraps with fill dirt which when it rotted it would have sunk and cause structural damage to my house! Don’t hire this guy. AMike Failla's Tree Service IncEven with all the calls coming in, due to the storm, Mike was out to give us a bid within a couple of days. His prices were extremely reasonable and we scheduled the work to be done the following week. He and his crew were on site and half way done by the time I got into the office at 8am. He and his crew were extremely friendly and professional. The work was completed and FULLY cleaned up by 9:30am. I HIGLY recommend this company!!- Sandra K.

AMike Failla's Tree Service IncThe crew arrived shortly before 7 AM and went right to work. By 10 AM they had cut down 5 large trees, ground the stumps, chipped the branches and raked up the debris. I asked for a price to do additional trimming and got a more than fair price for that. Mike pointed out several other trees that should come down in the future. We had seen Mike's crew work at our neighbor's place and were very impressed. I won't call anyone else from now on.- Dan N.

AThey were simply amazing. Moving can be very stressful and they did a great job of making the process seamless. I called the company a few weeks before my moving date to schedule an appointment and I received plenty of information on what to expect. On the actual moving date, they were arrived on time with masks on as well as their large moving truck. They were communicative as to double checking what things we want moved and what we didn't, and they took really good care of our items. We had some larger things like bed frame, mattress, desk, etc. and they packed them very well. The unpacking process was also very professional and easy. Would highly recommend them and would use them again.

FI had used this company successfully 4 times in the past. This time I requested a quote online as always. The response came back from a company named Professional Auto Shippers with the same phone number as Executive Auto Shippers. They sent me a price and we set the first day of pickup as May 20. Understanding the 3 day pickup window, I got concerned late on the 21st. On a phone conversation I was promised someone would call me before the end of the day. That did not happen. The next day I called at about 10 AM because we had a 2 PM flight to return to Illinois. No answer or call back. We got in the car and made the drive back in 2 days. This morning I received information from the company and a truck driver that our car would be picked up sometime today, 7 days after the first pickup date. I told the driver we had already driven the car to Illinois. I doing a little research I learned apparently this company operates under several separate names, although the phone numbers are the same and the contact person, Ray Rodriguez is the same.

AI cannot recommend Mark and his team enough. I was having drainage issues in the back and along the side of my house. I sent an email to Eau Gallie Wholesale explaining the issue and asking for options on ways to fix it. Mark came out and walked me through his recommendations as well as the reasons behind them (which was unexpected but greatly appreciated). He also gave me a reasonable quote along with some fair expectations as to how much the drainage would improve. He and his team did an amazing job. You honestly could not even tell they were there once the sod took root and the lawn was back to normal. Not only did they come in slightly under their estimate, but the drainage was even better than he originally told me to expect. My neighbor even noticed the improvement and asked me who did the work. I was more than happy to point him in the direction of Mark and Eau Gallie Wholesale Nursery!

FSome furniture was partially wrapped, some wasn’t wrapped at all. Several pieces of furniture were damaged, and the wood trim and walls on the condo were damaged. It took 5 weeks to get someone to repair the furniture. It’s now been 6 weeks and there hasn’t been any attempt to repair the damage to walls and wood trim.
