ACutting Edge Construction IncCutting edge is by far the most trust worthy, concise, and detail oriented contractor I have had the pleasure of doing business with. My husband and I own two houses, one in Monroe county and one in Collier county. We have had many remodeling projects between the two homes since 2004, ranging from backyard renovations, kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms. It is needless to say,we have dealt with many architects, general contractors, and all their subcontractors. Many had been fired due to poor workmanship, and many had been kept on the job do to the point of no return. Our last project was a full kitchen remodel in Monroe county. We decided to hire Scot to do the job. My husband and I can honestly say we are very pleased with the outcome! The level of craftsmanship is at the highest end of contractors we have dealt with Scot drew the plans himself, ordered materials, pulled building permits, and finished the job on time and in our budget. He is very pleasant to work with and has a very creative mind along with all the latest gadgets to get the job done! My husband and I look forward to our next renovation of an outdoor fireplace pizza oven sitting area and have already started working on plans with Scot. AWilly's Chimney Service, LLCDue to age and construction of original chimney, we had a fire which came through the fire box into the walls. The fire department took care of this but damage was so extensive that the entire fireplace and chimney had to be replaced. Willy's made every effort to protect our property during the removal of the old chimney and fireplace and the construction of the new chimney and fireplace and insert. Every step of the job was explained to us by Dan. All of the employees were thoughtful, courteous and careful with our property. They cleaned up after themselves every day. Also, in order to not inconvenience us there was a port a potty installed outside for their use. Their expertise shows in how great the fireplace, chimney and insert look and we have received many compliments on the work already. We would like to highly recommend Willy's to anyone considering a new fireplace or repair of an existing one. We plan on using him yearly to clean our new chimney.- Fred R.

AMy husband and I noticed water seeping into our downstairs through some tile grout and needless to say we were very concerned. So we found Stable Foundations Solutions on the web and read many great reviews about this company. All the reviews were 100% correct. Travis King came to our home on time and was extremely informative and professional. He gave us very good advice on what we could do to solve the problem without having to do enormous and expensive work to the foundation that would result in us having to retile our entire downstairs. He didn't charge us a penny to come to the house and was kind and helpful. If I ever did need to repair a foundation, this is the company I would hire!

I have been in the Fence Business since 1983 and we are a family owned and operated company. We do all our work ourselves and do not sub-contract our work out. We bill 1/2 to start the job and balance on completion of job. We take all credit cards but do not have any in house financing.
Recent Review:
CWe hired them to perimeter fence our farm with no climb horse wire with wood on top. Approximately 7 acres of that type of fence. We also have a 13 acre pasture that we wanted fenced in RAMM flex fence. I specifically asked if they had experience with RAMM because it works on a tension system and needs to be installed specifically according to the manufacturer. Melanie said they did have experience with it and it would be no problem. While the crew did a good job on the perimeter fencing, they had no idea what they were doing with the RAMM fencing. They didn't brace corners/gates properly, and I had to hire another company to uninstall and reinstall what was messed up. And when I went to pay Melanie the final payment, there was an additional $4000+ added to her original quote. She said she had missed 200 feet of fencing when she did the estimate.

AI've never had my ducts cleaned so wasn't sure what to expect. Seemed like a fairly straightforward cleaning. Technician made some decent recommendations and pointed out a few issues with the system. He pulled a bunch of lint out of our dryer vent so I'm looking forward to a more efficient dryer as well. Would recommend to others.

Just to name a few $17,500 Cash complimentary food ,my payed Materials all gone and ..... if your looking for all your brand new items in your home painted up ,cement and full of dust not to forget on finish paint job in EVERY ROOM, new Windows with paint all over the outside, I was told by him and him team everything is finish ,after driving 14 hours clean and mop my dad room to give your 80 year old dad a bath to find out there’s very little water coming out his bath by then where coughing from the bleach , there’s not enough water to wash out the shower, went to second bathroom same problem but a little more on the bottom . Theses are brand new showers ! water leaking under the sink and they put a T-shirt under after 3 months 3 weeks don’t take any advice from basil. His intention I think is good buy at the end of the day I’m paying for a service not empty words and unprofessional work ! He’s a smooth talker that will cost you stress and more money in the end !
