AMetro Carpet CleaningVery professional, they were late, but got lost coming to our remote location. They lost cell service due to our remoteness and could not call us. Owner was very apologogetic and even gave us a discount upon completion of service. Owner was the one who cleaned our carpets. Did a fantasic job and will definitely use in the future.- Michele K.

AStanley SteemerFrom the very first contact (I called them), everyone was polite, professional and courteous. The cust service rep was able to schedule me an appt within 2 days and she got me a price quote even less than I had anticipated. They sent me a detailed email with all my appt specifics, and a place where I could add services if I decided I needed them after all, then they sent a reminder email followup. The 2 cleaners arrived right in the middle of their 2 hour estimated window and put booties on their shoes even before they started cleaning. They were very respectful of our furniture and mindful of our nervous dog. The whole job took about an hour and the carpet looks great! I like that they were able to accept cash, check or credit, right there on the spot. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.- Karin C.

AA Master's Touch Restorative Cleaning, LLCIt was the first time we had it professionally done. It is on Angie’s List. The man’s name is Paul Tricomi. I went on Angie’s List, I checked out a few. Then I did my own research and he has a piece of equipment that I am familiar with that no one else has. He just did the neighbors because I gave them a referral. He was very professional, he was exceptional. He comes out and does an estimate. Some of the people on Angie’s List that I called tried to give me an estimate over the phone. I’m thinking, you are going to give me an estimated for my carpet over the phone without looking at it. That just didn’t ring through we me. He was the only guy to come out without me begging him to come out. He did not charge me for the estimate.- Tom O.

ADirty Surface Solutions IncWe scheduled Dirty Surface Solutions for grout cleaning and sealing for Saturday around 11.00 am. They showed up on time and were very professional. First they moved our furniture very carefully and started with the cleaning of our grout and tile, after the tile dried up they proceeded to seal the grout. After completing the sealing of the grout they placed all the furniture back in its place. The Job came out very clean and we are extremely happy with the services and highly recommend them to anyone that needs this service.- Gabriel F.

AThey did a GREAT job. I had tried every carpet cleaner and nothing worked. Somehow they got it all and the rug looks brand new! They have a minimum cost of $75 so they cleaned two other area rugs. Everything looked great. I'll definitely call them again if needed.

AI have used the company before to clean my carpet in the living room,
dining room and den and they did a very good job. This year I had a
family gathering planned and was on a tight time schedule. They were
very helpful. They made arrangements to get my carpets and
three couches cleaned even though their schedule was full. Just as before, they did a very good job on the carpet. The couches were pretty bad, having some stains and years of neglect, but they were cleaned -- top, sides and back and both sides of the cushions. They looked brand new.
The man was very pleasant and professional. Worked quickly and did a thorough job. The company has a self-contained truck and all the noise is outside. I am very pleased with Authorized Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning and will definitely use them again.
